Gary Cohen holds a BS in Business Administration and a Master degree in Marketing from the University of Colorado, USA. Mr. Cohen held senior positions with major US Wireless Carriers (US West Cellular, Cellular One, Cingular) from 1986-2000 in building sales organizations and as a general manager. Since 2001, he built the North American regional carrier practice for Telephia, which supplies primary competitive research to the wireless industry.

Robert Vangstad is VP Marketing and is responsible for strategic and operational marketing at Birdstep. Prior to joining Birdstep, Mr. Robert Vangstad was VP Marketing at the leading IP messaging specialist Mobeon and general manager Mobeon's US subsidiary, setting up resellers and distributors in the Americas. Robert Vangstad has more than 10 years experience in the IT and telecommunications industries. As a General Manager and Business Developer, Robert has launched products into the European and the US market and garnered numerous prestigious industry awards.

Brian Chen is COO and co-founder. Mr. Chen brings over 15 years of technical and management experience to his direction of the company. He has spent over 10 years in management and engineering positions in the commercial software industry, including Enterprise, CRM and consumer development. Prior to Aramova, Mr. Chen served on the development teams of Apple Computer and Berkeley Systems. He holds a Bachelor degree in Quantitative Economics and Decision Science from the University of California at San Diego.

Eva Wetterstrand is currently Managing Director at Aleris Senior Care AB. She has previously held management positions within Scandinavian Airlines as Director Route Area Intercontinental , Director Products & Services at Vingresor Group, Director Marketing at Telenordia AB, Director Marketing at SAP Svenska AB and CEO of Proffice Service Centers AB. She has completed an Executive MBA at the Stockholm School of Economics.

Loyd Aasen is Director at Wittusen & Jensen, the leading company in Office supplies and Graphic Communication in Norway. He is educated at H rens Krigsskole, has economical studies at BI and leadership/ top Management at Solstrand. Loyd Aasen has wide experience from both management and business development. He has been member of boards at several Companies during commercialization phase. He also runs his own investment Company.

Tom Nyman is Founder and Partner at Pod Venture Partners. He holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Stockholm University and brings more than twenty years of operational experience from high growth companies. Tom has held a number of important positions such as the CEO in Jobline, CFO in the Kinnevik group, CEO in Airtime, controller at MTG and CPA at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He has been member of boards at several companies within the IKT sector, in media and business service.
