Mr. Irina manages commercial teams in Romania, Spain, Germany and the United States for the Company, along with business development, negotiation and partnerships in over twenty-five countries. Responsible for the development of global business, marketing and sales strategies, he also facilitates project management in both the technical and commercial segments. With a comprehensive, working knowledge of software, Bogdan rounds out his thorough understanding of business having previously owned his own successful retail firm. Mr. Irina holds a degree in law from the Spiru Haret University of Bucharest.

Ms. Baluta develops and maintains a proactive, thriving Human Resources program for BitDefender, encompassing recruitment and selection, appraisal system maintenance, compensation and benefits, succession planning and training needs assessment for the Company. Monica brings with her several years of Human Resources experience, and holds a Bachelor's degree in psychology from Bucharest University, along with major coursework in psychotherapy.

Responsible for the development and implementation of the business plan for Eastern Europe, Mr. Talianu constructs sales, marketing and technical support tactics ensuring appropriate brand awareness and communication throughout the markets in the region. Additionally, Talianu generates new business both directly and through the Eastern European channel partners, and maintains the development and facilitation of the rolling business plan to support the objectives of the Company's business, maximizing revenue, profit and profit growth. Mr. Talianu has grown the BitDefender market share for Romania from 15% to 35% beginning in 2003. He saw BitDefender position itself as one of the top 5 most published brands in the Romanian press. Oliviu joined BitDefender in 2001 as an account manager and has worked tirelessly for the Company while developing his career to its current level. A graduate of the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Romania, Mr. Talianu has studied international business, financial management, online marketing, information technology and sales processes.

Mr. Garici is responsible for the coordination of the rigorous testing process through which all BitDefender products go before release to the market. Additionally, he develops the automated testing system for the entire BitDefender product line. Radu is a graduate of the Academy of Economic Studies of Bucharest, Faculty of Cybernetics, ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board).

The first member of the BitDefender Customer Care team in 2001, Mr. Balan manages a network of support personnel worldwide, with round-the-clock customer assistance available in a variety of languages via telephone, chat, or email to end-users, distributors and technology integrators. Balan's philosophy with regard to customer service is to keep it simple and personal, responding to customer requests faster than any other software company. During Balan's tenure with BitDefender, reaction time to customer requests has increased to a point where over 80% of customers get their needed support in less than 24 hours often much less than that. Daniel is a graduate of the Academy of Economic Studies Faculty of Cybernetics, Bucharest, Romania, where he majored in statistics.
