He held the position of Treasurer from 2002 through 2006 and was named Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer in 2006. In 2007, Mr. Smith was promoted to Senior Vice President.

"Mr. Yust joined the Company as Chief Information Officer in 2006 and was promoted to Vice President in 2007. He joined the Company from Kraton Polymers LLC, a multinational chemical manufacturing and distribution company, where he served as the Chief Information Officer from 2001 until 2005."

He has held a number of management positions within the division during the past 11 years. A native of Great Britain, Andrew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh, and is an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and ICoTA. "

"Bruce Campbell has been appointed to the position of Norway country manager for the Well Services Division based in Stavanger. Previously, he held the position of UK country manager for five years in Aberdeen. Bruce also joined BJ Services in 1996 when the company acquired his employer, Nowsco. Since then he has worked for BJ as an operations engineer, progressing through several managerial roles, including the position of UK well services manager with specific responsibility for all coiled tubing operations carried out by the Well Services Division in the UK. He launched his career in the oil industry in 1979 in the Middle East before returning to the UK in 1980 to work offshore for Dowell Schlumberger in Aberdeen for four years. He spent the next five years with Britoil, initially as a trainee production supervisor, and then in further production supervisory roles, working offshore on a number of UK locations before the company was taken over by BP, where he worked for three years before joining Nowsco in 1992. With more than 28 years experience in the oil industry, Bruce, 49, is from Strathclyde, Scotland. He earned a Diploma in Management from the Open University, United Kingdom "

"BJ Services Company announced today that Gary Broiles has been appointed senior region operations manager – Europe & Africa Region with the Well Services Division. With 23 years experience in the oil industry, Broiles oversees all operations for the division in the region. He is primarily involved in managing operations in West Africa, North Africa and Continental Europe where the division is currently extremely active. Previously, he served for four years as CIS area manager for the Well Services Division in Almaty, Kazakhstan where he managed operations in Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan, as well as cultivating new business relationships in Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Georgia and all states throughout the CIS. Broiles, 47, joined BJ Services in 1995 when BJ bought The Western Company, where he had worked since 1981. During that time, he was based in Texas and Nigeria, and served in a number of technical, operational, engineering and production management roles. Since he began working for BJ Services he has been attached to the Well Services Division, serving as Nigeria country manager in Port Harcourt. Prior to his appointment to the position of CIS area manager, Broiles served for over five years as UK country manager in Aberdeen, Scotland. A native of Texas, Broiles earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University in Lubbock in 1981. He has been a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers since 1982. He is based at the BJ Services base in Aberdeen, and reports to Umberto Micheli, region manager – Europe & Africa Region for the Well Services Division of BJ Services. “In view of BJ’s ongoing global expansion programme, we are very keen to build upon the division’s presence in Africa, Europe and recent entry into Libya,” said Micheli. “With Gary’s in-depth experience of managing oil services projects in a wide variety of cultures and environments, I am confident that he will ensure that our customers throughout the Europe – Africa region will continue to receive outstanding service, and effectively nurture new relationships with operators throughout the region,” he added. Micheli is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. He reports to Dave Dunlap, vice president and president of the International Division of BJ Services in Houston, Texas. "

In this role, he gained extensive experience in delivering market share analysis, competitive bench marking, operating and capital business plans, statutory reporting, management reports and scorecards. More recent successes include implementing resources and providing leadership for the redesign of processes, procedures, and information systems to strengthen internal control and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. This experience will transition Spitfire Energy comfortably into the new world of Corporate Compliance and Governance. Dan has held many various financial leadership responsibilities over his career. This leadership along with strong motivation will contribute to the growth and profitability of Spitfire Energy. Rob's 18 years of experience in the oil & gas industry includes hands-on supervisory roles within an analytical lab and research roles for both Fracmaster Canada and BJ Services. Rob's research at BJ led to the development of a new line of lightweight cement blends. In-depth knowledge of field processes led to a stint with Halliburton, where Rob was responsible for streamlining the process of gathering, analyzing and reporting of field data, and was instrumental in the development and implementation of a nationwide database. Prior to joining RSEG in September 2006, Rob worked in Apache Canada's Reservoir Engineering group, responsible for providing research assistance and compliance reporting.

Mr. Ferguson is Vice President of Flowserve Corporation and President of the Pump Division. He has more than 24 years of experience in the flow control industry, including more than 15 years of experience with Flowserve and one of its predecessor companies, BW/IP. Prior to being named President of the Pump Division in 2003, Mr. Ferguson was President of the Flow Solutions Division. Before that, he served for nine years in sales, marketing, technical and general management roles for Flowserve Seals. Prior to that, he served for six years in sales and marketing in the Pump Division of BW/IP. He has also held key positions in the oilfield services sector, including nine years in sales, marketing and technical roles with several firms, including Nowsco Well Service, Ltd. (now part of BJ Services), BJ Hughes, (now part of Baker Hughes), and Zwick Energy Research. Mr. Ferguson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial distribution and technology from Texas A&M University. He also attended the University of Southern California Executive Management Program.

Dean Bilden is the Director of eBusiness Development for BJ Services Company in Houston, Texas and is responsible for the development and implementation of the company's eBusiness initiatives globally. Dean has been with BJ Services Company for 25 years and has held a variety of technical and management positions in U.S. Field Operations, Research and Technology, and Corporate Support. Mr. Bilden holds a BS degree in Geology from Northwest Missouri State University.

In December 1999, Mr. Jordan retired as Chairman of the Board of Reliant Energy, Inc., a diversified international energy services company that has operations in all segments of the energy chain that bring natural gas and electricity to customers. Mr. Jordan was employed by various subsidiaries of Reliant Energy, Inc. from 1956 until his retirement. He currently serves as a director of AEGIS Insurance Services.

He served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Nuevo Energy Company from October 2001 until its merger with Plains Exploration in May of 2004. He was Vice Chairman of Devon Energy Corporation from September 2000 until his retirement in January 2001. Prior to its August 2000 merger with Devon Energy Corporation, Mr. Payne served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Santa Fe Snyder Corporation. Prior to its May 1999 merger with Snyder Oil Corporation, Mr. Payne served as Chairman and CEO of Santa Fe Energy Resources. He joined Santa Fe Energy in 1982 as Senior Vice President, Exploration and Land, and was named President in 1986. Prior to Mr. Payne's career with Santa Fe, he spent 23 years with Chevron Oil in various domestic and international exploration and management positions. He also serves on the Board of Directors of BJ Services and Global Industries.
