Mary Jo Towle is currently an information technology project manager for BJC Healthcare in St. Louis, helping install and support new laboratory computer systems. Prior to moving to information technology, she worked clinically for 25 years in medicine. She worked for 10 years as a hospital based RN in medical and surgical care areas, as well as in the Emergency Room. After completing her physician assistant education, she spent 15 years working as a PA for the department of surgery at St Luke's Hospital in St Louis. There she was responsible for pre-operative and post-operative care for surgical patients.

Kathleen Killion has worked with BJC HealthCare since 1995 and currently is the Executive Director of Health Literacy. In this role, Killion develops and executes programs to educate BJC staff, area schools and businesses, high-risk populations, and the broader community. The many programs she oversees serve hundreds of thousands of individuals in more than 150 corporations in nine states. Killion's programs, publications, and presentations have received national attention. Additionally, she has received significant individual recognition including the St. Louis Business Journal "2006 Community Benefit" and "2005 Most Influential Business Women" awards. Killion has served on the St. Louis Sports Commission board of directors and executive committee since 2004. She is enrolled in the Executive MBA Program at Webster University in St. Louis. Killion received her undergraduate degree in Physical Therapy from Saint Louis University and completed post-graduate studies in Physical Therapy at Washington University in St. Louis.
