Blonder Tongue Laboratories Inc.

Steve Hegge is the Director of Systems Engineering and Technical Services for Blonder Tongue Laboratories, Inc. Blonder Tongue Laboratories, Inc., is a designer and manufacturer of equipment for the commercial, industrial applications of MATV, SMATV, and CATV as well as the franchised and private cable television industries. Founded in 1950, Blonder Tongue has grown to be one of the leaders in cable television equipment manufacturing. Steve is responsible for training, design services, Engineering services, and supporting Blonder Tongue customers through out the world, and has more than 27 years of experience in MATV, SMATV, CATV systems. His experience includes 22 years as an Engineer for a major MSO, engineering, construction, FCC testing, technical training, and troubleshooting. Prior to joining Blonder Tongue, Steve worked for TCI as a corporate Engineer and The Ethnic American Broadcasting system, and is a partner in Broadband Integrators, LLC., a SMATV and CATV consulting and design firm.

Gary P. Scharmett has been a Director of the Company since December, 1997. Since January, 1989, Mr. Scharmett has been a partner in the law firm of Stradley, Ronon, Stevens & Young, LLP, the Company's outside counsel, and served on the Board of Directors of that firm from January 2001 until December 2003.

James F. Williams has been a Director of the Company since September, 1993. He has also served as the President and a Director of Ontario Consolidated Leasing, Inc., a heavy equipment leasing company, since March, 1997. Since April, 1996, Mr. Williams has also been the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Waste Services, Inc.
