Duston M. Williams has served as our Chief Financial Officer since June 2006. From December 2004 to June 2006, Mr. Williams was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Maxtor Corporation, an information storage solutions company. From July 2003 to November 2004, Mr. Williams served as Chief Financial Officer of Aruba Networks, Inc., a network infrastructure company. From July 2001 to February 2003, Mr. Williams served as Chief Financial Officer of Rhapsody Networks, Inc., a storage networking provider. Mr. Williams holds a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley College and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.

Erik brings more then 21 years of senior financial management of technology companies, most recently as CFO of BlueArc. He was one of the founders of the Snap! Server, which is the most successful offering in mid-range NAS (Network attached storage). Eric also successfully completed Nasdaq IPO's of Parallan Computer (1993) and Meridian Data, Inc. (1996). His efforts have raised over 80M in private venture equity from US and European sources. Erik is a graduate of UC Berkeley, BS in Business Administration.

Paul Madera was a founder of Meritech in 1999 and currently focuses on the storage, semiconductor and digital consumer sectors. He has been directly involved with Riverbed Technology, Corvis Corporation, 2Wire, PeopleSupport, Salesforce.com, and IntraLase, Inc. Prior to Meritech, Paul was Managing Director and Head of the Private Equity Group at Montgomery Securities/Banc of America. He began his career in finance as an investment banker with Morgan Stanley & Co. in New York. Before joining Morgan Stanley, he served in the United States Air Force as an F-16 Instructor Pilot and a member of the Air Force Liaison Office and representative to the Senate and House Armed Services Committees. Paul holds a B.S. from the United States Air Force Academy and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

As BlueArc's Director of Interactive Business, Chad combines his extensive business understanding with his vast experience in delivering large commercial Interactive projects. Chad oversees the strategy for the Interactive division and coordinates business development by working closely with the Interactive sales team to achieve measurable and meaningful business results. Chad also has strong expertise in digital media capabilities and strategies, designing programs and systems around effective technology use, creative design and implementation as well as project management of interactive and wireless projects. Prior to BlueArc, Chad was Solutions Manager at one of Australia's first web development firms in the early 1990's. In this role, he helped devise strategic plans and strategies for many of the country's top legal firms and accounting practices.

Michael Hasley is responsible for managing the finance and accounting functions at BlueArc. Hasley brings a proven background of leadership and growth company experience to the company, having been in senior management positions and technology investing for 25 years. Prior to BlueArc, Hasley was the CFO and VP of Administration for Barcelona Design, a technology-intensive, research-stage start-up founded to explore a revolutionary methodology for designing analog computer chips and components. While at Barcelona Design, he was responsible for finance, accounting, planning, board relations, HR, staffing, legal, IT infrastructure and facilities. Previous to Barcelona Design, Hasley was the vice president of business development and interim CEO for InterPro Business Solutions. Prior to InterPro, Hasley was the president of R&D Funding Corp, a venture capital subsidiary of Prudential Securities focused on investing in private and public companies via R&D contracts. Hasley earned an MBA degree from the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University with majors in Finance, Strategy and International Business.
