Daniel C. Koscher Senior Vice President, President and Chief Executive Officer of Bluegreen Communities Daniel C. Koscher joined Bluegreen in 1986. During his tenure, he has served in various financial management positions including Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President and Director of Planning/Budgeting. In 1996, he became Senior Vice President and President, Bluegreen Communities. In 2005 he was appointed Senior Vice President, and President and Chief Executive Officer, Bluegreen Communities. Prior to his employment with Bluegreen, Mr. Koscher was employed by the William Carter Company, a manufacturing company located in Needham, Massachusetts. He has also been employed by Cipher Data Products, Inc., a computer peripheral manufacturer located in San Diego, California, as well as the State of Nevada as an audit agent. Mr. Koscher holds an M.B.A. along with a B.B.A. in Accounting and is a Registered Resort Professional.

Anthony M. Puleo Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer Anthony M. Puleo joined Bluegreen in 1997 as Chief Accounting Officer. In 1998, Mr. Puleo was elected Vice President, and he was elected Senior Vice President in 2004. In 2005 Mr. Puleo was also appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer and subsequently Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. From December 1990 through October 1997, Mr. Puleo held various positions with Ernst & Young LLP, most recently serving as a Senior Manager in the Assurance and Advisory Business Services group. Mr. Puleo holds a B.B.A. in Accounting.

Raymond S. Lopez Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer Raymond S. Lopez joined Bluegreen in 2004 as Controller. In 2005 he was appointed Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. In 2008 Mr. Lopez was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to joining Bluegreen, Mr. Lopez served as Manager of External Reporting for Office Depot, Inc. and as a Senior Auditor with Arthur Andersen LLP, respectively. Mr. Lopez is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting.

Susan J. Saturday Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer Susan J. Saturday joined Bluegreen in 1988. During her tenure, she has held various management positions including Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer, Divisional Controller and Director of Accounting. In 1995, she was elected Vice President and Director of Human Resources and Administration. In 2004, Mrs. Saturday was elected Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. From 1983 to 1988, Mrs. Saturday was employed by General Electric Company in various financial management positions including the corporate audit staff. Mrs. Saturday holds a Masters of Science in Human Resource Management and a B.B.A. in Accounting.

David A. Bidgood President of Bluegreen Resorts Field Sales & Marketing David A. Bidgood joined Bluegreen in 1997 as Vice President of Bluegreen Resorts’ Sales and Marketing upon the company’s acquisition of RDI Group where he was a partner and employed since 1985. In 2001 Mr. Bidgood was promoted to Senior Vice President, National Sales and Marketing, Bluegreen Resorts. In 2008 he was promoted to Senior Vice President and Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Bluegreen Resorts. In this position, he managed over 4,000 sales and marketing professionals, 29 sales operations and 15 marketing regions. In 2009, Bluegreen transformed the sales and marketing operation into a major division of the company and David was named President of Bluegreen Field Sales and Marketing.

Allan J. Herz joined Bluegreen in 1992 and was named Director of Mortgage Operations in September 1992. Mr. Herz was elected Vice President in 1993 and Senior Vice President in 2004. From 1982 to 1992, Mr. Herz worked for AmeriFirst Federal Savings Bank based in Miami, Florida. During his 10-year tenure with the bank, he held various lending positions, the most recent being Division Vice President in Consumer Lending. Mr. Herz holds a B.B.A. and an M.B.A.

David L. Pontius President of Bluegreen Management Services Dave L. Pontius joined Bluegreen in 2007 as Senior Vice President and President, Bluegreen Resorts, and was promoted to President of Bluegreen Management Services in 2009 when Bluegreen transformed the resort and resort management operation into a major revenue-driven operation of the company. Mr. Pontius has 27 years of experience in the vacation ownership industry, including extensive experience in sales, marketing, product development and finance. From 2002-2007, Mr. Pontius worked at Wyndham Vacation Ownership, Inc. and its sister company RCI Global Vacation Network (RCI). From 2006-2007, he served as Executive Vice President, Hospitality, Strategic Planning and Chief Customer Officer at Wyndham Vacation Ownership. In this capacity, he authored and directed various initiatives aimed at improving customer service and satisfaction, and held responsibility for every facet of the Hospitality Division including resort operations and service delivery to more than 800,000 owners. Additionally, he led the company’s overall strategic planning activities, new program initiatives and the development of a fractional product for the luxury segment. From 2002-2006, Mr. Pontius served as President and CEO of RCI North America where he oversaw the region's business-to-business and business-to-consumer operations. From 1996-2002, Mr. Pontius served in positions of increasing responsibilities at Hilton Grand Vacations where he finished as Senior Vice President of Operations. From 1992-1996, Mr. Pontius served as Chief Operating Officer of Vacation Internationale, one of the pioneer companies in timesharing and points-based clubs.

James R. Martin joined Bluegreen in 2004 as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Clerk. During 1973 Mr. Martin was an associate in the law firm of Brundage & Yates in Denver, Colorado. From 1974 to 1976 Mr. Martin served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Colorado. From 1978 to 1983, he held positions as Vice President and General Counsel, and as President and Chief Operating Officer of Butterwick Enterprises, Ltd., a timeshare resort developer and operator in Denver. From 1983 to 1985, Mr. Martin served as Counsel to the law firm of Schmidt, Elrod & Wills in Denver where he was involved in real estate and timeshare law. From 1985 to 2004, Mr. Martin was a Partner in the law firm of Baker & Hostetler LLP in Denver where he was a member of the firm's Hospitality Industry Team. Mr. Martin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Denison University in Granville, Ohio and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Denver College of Law.

John E. Abdo has been the Vice Chairman of Woodbridge Holdings Corporation and its predecessors since its inception and of BFC Financial Corporation since 1993, while serving as a BFC board member since 1988. He has been the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Executive Committee of BankAtlantic Bancorp, Inc. since 1987. He is also Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bluegreen Corporation, and a member of the Board of Directors of Benihana, Inc. A successful real estate investor and developer in his own right, Mr. Abdo has made a career of developing residential communities as well as commercial structures throughout South Florida for more than 25 years. His company has built over 5,000 residences, which for a time made it one of the largest residential builders in Florida’s Broward County. Mr. Abdo has a wide range of contacts and experience in diverse industries. Mr. Abdo is the President of the Broward Performing Arts Foundation, a $60 million theater for the Performing Arts that serves all of South Florida and a member of the Board of Directors of PACA (Performing Arts Authority). He is a graduate of Florida State University.

John Laguardia became a Director in 2000. In 2005, Mr. Laguardia became Senior Vice President, Levitt Corporation. During the period 2004 to 2005, he was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bowden Building Corporation. From 1999 - 2004, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of ALH II, Inc., a holding company involved in the roll-up of regional homebuilders located in the southeastern United States. From 1997 through 1999, Mr. Laguardia served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Atlantic Gulf Communities, Inc. Mr. Laguardia was the President and Chief Executive Officer for American Heritage Homes from 1994 to 1997.

Joseph C. Abeles a private investor, served as a Director from 1987 through 2000. Mr. Abeles currently holds the honorary title of Director Emeritus and has no voting power on our Board of Directors.

Lawrence A. Cirillo became a Director in October 2003. Mr. Cirillo was Principal Partner and President of Atlantic Chartering, an oil tanker brokerage company, from 1979 until Atlantic Chartering merged with Seabrokers, Inc., a subsidiary of Clarkson, Ltd. Mr. Cirillo served as a Vice President of Seabrokers, Inc. until 2000. From 2000 to present, Mr. Cirillo has served as a tanker broker with Southport Maritime, Inc.

Scott Holloway has been engaged in the real estate finance industry in South Florida since 1977 when he became President of the Barnett Bank in Fort Lauderdale. In 1986, Holloway established Hampton Financial Group, Inc. In 1997, he became the exclusive Mortgage Market Advisor for Prudential Life Insurance Company and was responsible for originating all of Prudential's commercial and multifamily loans in South Florida. In 2000, he and ten other principals founded iCAP Realty Advisors which grew to be the sixth largest financial intermediary for commercial mortgage originators in the United States. In February, 2005, Holloway as a founding principal of US Realty Capital established this national company with his associates. Over the years, Holloway has generated more than $1 billion in loans while actively participating in professional and community activities including the Mortgage Bankers Association, International Council of Shopping Centers and the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks. Holloway has served as an elected public official and as a director for various civic and philanthropic endeavors throughout South Florida. He is also a director of Bluegreen Corporation (BXG NYSE). Educated at the University of Florida (degree in Business with major in Management), Holloway earned his Master in Business Administration degree from the University of North Florida with a concentration in Finance. He also completed the Graduate School of Credit and Financial Management at Dartmouth. In addition, Holloway is a licensed real estate salesman and a mortgage broker.
