Laleh Bashirrad is currently a Vice President within the Syndication, Trading & Placement Group at BNP Paribas. She has been with group for four years specializing in the structuring and syndication of numerous leveraged transactions. Her emphasis has been predominately on leveraged buyouts involving middle market companies in the consumer products, retail and restaurant industries. Prior to joining BNP Paribas, Laleh began her career in finance at the Charles Schwab Corporation. She earned an M.B.A. from New York University's Stern School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from Tufts University.

James McGinnis is Managing Director for Anti-Money Laundering Compliance at BNP Paribas. James' career has been focused on achieving corporate compliance with federal laws, and since 2001 has specialized in ensuring compliance with the anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing provisions in Title III of the USA Patriot Act. From 2001 until 2007, he was at JPMorganChase, where he created and implemented the Patriot Act compliance program. He then moved to Paribas in New York, where he implemented revisions to the Patriot Act program and directs it. In his role he advised Paribas throughout the decision to cease doing new business inside Iran.

Antoine Savine is the Global Head of Derivatives Research for BNP-Paribas. His group is responsible for the quantitative and technological setup of Derivatives operations in Europe, the USA, Japan and Asia. In addition to his business responsibilities, Antoine occasionally appears at International conferences in financial mathematics. He also published a few academic and professional papers in the past years. A former student from ESSEC, Antoine holds a DEA in financial mathematics. After graduating from the Institute de Hautes Etudes Internationales, University of Geneva, in international economics, Bijan joined the equity capital markets group of BNP Paribas in London where he led the group's European technology sector. Since then, Bijan Khezri assumed board positions as Chairman, Chief Executive, and non-executive Director in publicly listed companies in the UK, the US and Germany. In 2004, Mr. Khezri co-founded Saphire Finance LLP, an FSA authorised and regulated principal merchant banking partnership based in London. Mr. Khezri is an active investor across Europe and the US in a variety of sectors. In 2005, he co-founded Enovation Resources, a Bermuda based oil & gas company with operations in the US Gulf of Mexico and the North Sea, acquiring a portfolio of distressed, dormant and high risk assets through the application of advanced geophysical technology. Since April 2008, former CEO of Artist Pension Trust Bijan Khezri has served as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors. He has been passionately collecting young emerging artists for many years. With his professional finance background, he brings his multi-faceted experience to APT.

Derry Hubbard is Head of Covered Bond Marketing/Execution at BNP Paribas, based in London. He started in this role in February 2005. Since then, BNP Paribas has continuously grown its covered bond platform and has achieved a significant presence in the Covered Bond market. Before joining BNP Paribas, Derry worked at ABN Amro Bank, where he was Head of Covered Bond Trading. Derry has over seven years of trading experience in covered bonds and related products and has been in the covered bond market for over ten years. Previous to his time at ABN Amro Bank, Derry was with Landesbank Baden-Wuerttemberg in Germany. Derry holds a B.A. (Hons.) in Economics and German literature and an M.B.A. with a specialisation in finance. He lives in London with his wife and young daughter.

Mr. Hoenn, age 68, has served as a director of NYSE Euronext and its predecessors since 2000 and continues to serve as vice-chairman of the supervisory board of Euronext N.V. He retired from BNP Paribas as of January 1, 2009. He is a member of the Collège de l’Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF France) and of the Collège de la Commission Bancaire. He is also a non-executive director of Clearstream International S.A. Luxembourg. He was formerly chairman of the supervisory board of Klépierre S.A. (France), and a member of the boards of Vivendi Universal (France) and LCH.Clearnet Group (United Kingdom ).

Elsa Berry is the representative of HEC (Hautes Ecoles Commerciales) on the board of the AAGEF (Association des Amis des Grandes Ecoles de France) and a member of its "Club des Dirigeants". John is currently Head of Treasury ALM for BNP Paribas in Dublin,where he is responsible for managing a balance sheet of 25 billion. John has spent all of his career in Treasury & Capital Markets and has gained extensive experience in Foreign Exchange, Money Markets, Bonds & Credit and related derivative markets. John has managed teams of Traders & Sales in these areas, assisting the rise to prominence of BNP Paribas in the local markets. Since 2004, John has focussed primarily on growing the bank's funding base. The success of this project, allied with his experience of several previous market crises left John well placed to navigate BNP Paribas Dublin through the current credit crisis, leveraging the bank's AA+ rating and the substantial customer base built up by his team over recent years. John Coffey began his banking career with Bank of Ireland in 1977. He moved into Treasury when he joined IIB bank in 1979 and he joined BNP as a Senior FX trader in 1981. He is a qualified CPA Accountant.

Louise Beveridge is the Communications Director of BNP Paribas Real Estate and the Head of Brand and Communications of BNP Paribas? Asset Management and Services division. With 20 years experience in corporate communications gained in London and Paris Louise, who is Irish, is also bi-lingual and bi-cultural. With a wide range of professional experience gathered from working for UK based communication agencies and 12 years working ?in-house? as head of communications with international responsibilities. She is expert of internal and external communication areas, particularly in B2B; SG, Arjo (Antalis) , Atisreal? With masters from Sussex University and IEP Paris in International Relations & French, Louise also teaches graduate courses at the Paris based communications school CELSA, and is a member of the Communication Directors professional association. Tunde Mendes made his home in New York City, after he graduated from Florida A&M University's School of Business and Industry in 1999. Currently, Tunde works as an associate commercial credit analyst with BNP Paribas. He is instrumental in monitoring the credit quality of multinational firms in the Aerospace industry. Tunde is also an avid martial artist as he studies Capoeira a Brazilian martial art.

Mr. Levy-Garboua is currently a member of the Supervisory Board of Linedata Services.
