Doug Madden is corporate executive vice president of Celanese Corporation with responsibility for the company's largest business segments, Acetyl Intermediates, as well as the company's Industrial Specialties business. Additionally, Mr. Madden has regional oversight and accountability for the corporation's Asia operations. In February 2008, Mr. Madden was named executive vice president for Celanese Corporation. He has served as president of Celanese's AT Plastics, Emulsions and PVOH businesses since April 2006, and has served as president of the Acetate business since 2003. Mr. Madden is a member of the company's Office of the Chairman council and has served on the Corporate Executive Council (CEC) of Celanese since September 2000, when he was appointed vice president and general manager of the Acrylates business. He has also served as head of global supply chain for Celanese Chemicals. Mr. Madden has held several successive vice president and general management positions in Celanese Chemicals, Celanese Fibers, Ticona, and former Hoechst Celanese Life Sciences Group. Prior to joining Celanese in 1984 as manager of corporate distribution, Mr. Madden served in operations and distribution management roles within Warner-Lambert and Johnson & Johnson. A native of Chicago, Illinois, Mr. Madden holds a bachelor of science in Business Administration from the University of Illinois.

Ms. Chapin received her JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and is the retired Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Celanese Corporation. She has worked extensively in the areas of compliance, ethics and governance for both public and private companies. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of Eagleville Foundation, a not-for-profit multi-faceted service, prevention, research, education and training institute for substance abuse and behavioral healthcare. She received her Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Lyndon Cole has been our executive vice president since December 2004. Since April 1, 2003, he has also been president of Ticona. Dr. Cole is currently vice chairman of Celanese AG's board of management, of which he has been a member since September 2003. He has been the head of the Celanese AG Growth and Excellence Council since April 2003. Dr. Cole joined Celanese AG as president of Celanese Chemicals in March 2002. From 1998 to 2001, he had been chief executive officer of United Kingdom-based Elementis PLC, a global specialty chemicals company. Prior to joining Elementis, he was general manager of Global Structured Products for GE Plastics from 1990 to 1998, and previously held general management and commercial positions with GE Plastics, Dow Chemicals Europe and ICI.

David Loeser is currently Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Communications for The Celanese Corporation. With annual revenues in excess of $6 billion and approximately 9,500 employees worldwide, Celanese is one of the largest global specialty chemical companies. Prior to joining Celanese, Loeser served as Senior Vice President of CompuCom, a national leader in helping companies plan, implement and manage multi-vendor, industry-standard computer environments. Loser was instrumental in the successful transition of CompuCom moving from a technology equipment company to a premier service delivery organization, while also doubling in size. Loeser brings to HRsmart more than 20 years of Human Resources experience introducing innovative programs and processes related to staffing, training, change management, organizational effectiveness, retention and productivity with firms such as Quaker State Corporation, Continental Airlines, PepsiCo Foods International and it's subsidiary Frito-Lay, Inc., Gulf Oil Corporation and Chevron. Loeser holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from the University of Toledo.

Since 2001, Mr. Barlett has been vice chairman of TeleTech Holdings, Inc. where he works directly with the company's four regional general managers in North America, Asia Pacific, Europe, and Latin America. Mr. Barlett is also responsible for Percepta, TeleTech's joint venture with Ford Motor Company. Mr. Barlett was chairman, president and chief executive officer of Galileo International until October 2001. From 1994 to 1997, he was president and chief executive officer of Galileo International, where he acquired the online travel provider, Trip.com. Earlier in his career, Mr. Barlett served as vice chairman of Cirrus, Inc., directing the development, implementation, and operation of the Cirrus International automated teller switching system. He also managed the redevelopment of core banking systems during his tenure with NBD Bancorp. Currently, Mr. Barlett is a director of Celanese Corporation. Mr. Barlett earned a master’s of business administration, and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Akron.

Mark C. Rohr is chairman, president and chief executive officer of Albemarle Corporation, a leading global developer, manufacturer and marketer of highly engineered specialty chemicals for a wide range of industries. Upon joining Albemarle in April 1999, Mr. Rohr was elected executive vice president of operations, with responsibility for the company’s Polymer and Fine Chemical global business units, global sales, marketing, and information resources. He was named president and chief operating officer in January 2000 and was elected to the company's board of directors in March 2001. In October 2002, he was named president and chief executive officer and, in August 2008, Mr. Rohr was appointed as chairman of the company's board. Under Mr. Rohr's leadership, Albemarle has substantially expanded its geographical footprint, diversified its product lines, and significantly increased shareholder return. Along with other strategic acquisitions, the company profitably integrated the Akzo Nobel refinery catalysts business, a move that has positioned Albemarle as a leading participant in the clean energy marketplace. The company has also expanded into new global markets including China and the Middle East through wholly-owned manufacturing/technical facilities and joint ventures. Since 2002, Albemarle has increased net sales from $1.0 billion to $2.3 billion; grown diluted earnings per share from $0.85 in 2002 to $2.36 in 2007; and declared annual dividends from $0.27 per share in 2002 to an annualized rate of $0.48 per share in 2008. Prior to joining Albemarle, Mr. Rohr was senior vice president for the Specialty Chemicals group of Occidental Chemical Corporation in Dallas, Texas, where he was responsible for a diverse portfolio of businesses. He has over 20 years of experience in the chemical industry, including assignments at Cain Chemical, Corpus Christi Petrochemical Company and Dow Chemical, with international experience in Asia, Latin America, and Europe. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Celanese Inc. A native of Kentucky, Mr. Rohr received B.S. degrees in chemistry and chemical engineering from Mississippi State University in 1975 and 1977, respectively. He also completed the Executive M.B.A. Program at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, in 1989.

Paul is a Special Advisor and Consultant to The Blackstone Group and a member of the firm's Domestic Advisory Board, with a focus on advising the firm's private equity funds' portfolio companies on operational and related issues, and assisting the firm in analyzing potential private equity investment opportunities. He is currently a Director of Eastman Kodak Company (NYSE: EK). Paul served as the 72nd Secretary of the United States Treasury from 2001 to 2002. Previously, he was Chairman and CEO of Alcoa (NYSE: AA) from 1987 to 1999, retiring as Chairman at the end of 2000. He was President of International Paper Company from 1985 to 1987, where he was Vice President from 1977 to 1985. O'Neill was on the staff of the U.S. Office of Management and Budget from 1967 to 1977, serving as Deputy Director from 1974 to 1977. He worked as a computer systems analyst with the U.S. Veterans Administration from 1961 to 1966. Paul received his B.S. in Economics from Fresno State College in California, and his M.S. in Public Administration from Indiana University.
