Rich Oliver is an Executive Vice President with the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and has been with the Bank since 1973. Since 1998, he has served as Retail Payments Product Manager for the Federal Reserve System. In this capacity, he has responsibility for managing the Fed's check and ACH businesses nationwide. Earlier in his career, Mr. Oliver served as planning analyst, Administrator of the Automated Clearing House, Chairman of the Federal Reserve's Electronic Payments Implementation Task Force, Manager and Officer in Charge of Software Development, Vice President in charge of Automation Services, the Federal Reserve System's Product Manager for Electronic Payments Services, officer in charge of business development and check software, and Staff Director for the Federal Reserve System's Policy Committee for Financial Services, where he was responsible for coordinating integrated financial management, project management, and strategic planning for all the Federal Reserve's payments services nationwide. He also serves on the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta's Management Committee.

Mike Bryan is a vice president and senior economist in the Research Department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. He is responsible for organizing the Atlanta Fed's monetary policy process. Mr. Bryan previously served as vice president in the research department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland where he specialized in business analysis with an emphasis on measuring and tracking inflation trends. He joined the Cleveland Fed as a bank examiner in 1978 and transferred to the Research Department the next year. In 1986, Mr. Bryan served as an economist in the Research Division of the Federal Reserve System's Board of Governors in Washington, D.C. He was promoted to the position of economic adviser in 1991 and appointed as a bank officer in 1995. In 1998, he was a visiting scholar at the Bank of Japan's Institute for Monetary and Economic Studies in Tokyo, and in 2000 he was a visiting economist at the Swedish Riksbank in Stockholm. Mr. Bryan taught in the Department of Economics at Cleveland State University and has served on the faculties of Baldwin-Wallace College and Case Western Reserve University, both in Cleveland. He joined the Atlanta Fed in 2008. A native of Cleveland, Mr. Bryan earned a bachelor's degree in business from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and a master's degree in economics from Case Western Reserve University.

Federico Mandelman is a research economist and assistant policy adviser on the regional team in the research department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. His major fields of study are international macroeconomics, emerging economies, banking, and monetary economics. Prior to joining the bank in 2006, Dr. Mandelman was a research assistant, teaching assistant, and instructor at Boston College. While working on his undergraduate degree in Argentina, he worked at banking institutions like BNP-Paribas and Banco de la Nacion Argentina. Dr. Mandelman received his doctorate in economics and a master of arts in economics from Boston College. He earned a degree in economics from the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina.

Galina Alexeenko is a senior economic analyst for the Latin America Research Group at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. In addition to monitoring and reporting on economic, financial, and political developments in Latin America, she provides general assessment of the macroeconomic conditions in other major U.S. trading partners. Galina is originally from Kyiv, Ukraine, and holds a bachelor's degree in economics and business from Agnes Scott College.

Iftekhar Hasan is a research associate at the Berkley Center for Entrepreneurial Studies of the Stern School of Business. He is a professor of finance at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a visiting scholar at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. He has held visiting faculty positions in several European and U.S. Universities including University of Rome-Tor Vergata, Robert Schuman University, France, Swedish School of Economics and New York University and has served as a consultant to a number of foreign central banks, regulatory authorities and international donor agencies. His research interests are in the areas related to new ventures and the going public process, and international banking issues. He has published a number of books, book chapters, and numerous articles in reputed academic journals.

James M. Nason is a research economist and policy adviser on the macropolicy group in the research department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. His major fields of study are business cycle fluctuations, asset pricing, and monetary and fiscal policy. Prior to joining the Bank, Dr. Nason was an associate professor in the department of economics at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada from 1995 through 2003. He started as an assistant professor in that department in 1989. Dr. Nason also worked at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System as an economist from 1987 to 1989 and as an analyst in the Congressional Budget Office from 1982 to 1983. Dr. Nason is a member of the American Economic Association, the Society for Computational Economics, the Society for Economic Dynamics, and the Econometric Society. His research is published in the American Economic Review, Journal of Econometrics, Journal of Money, Credit, and Banking, and the Journal of International Economics. A native of Dayton, Ohio, Dr. Nason received his bachelor of arts (economics) in 1979 and a master of public policy degree in 1981 from the University of Michigan. He earned a doctorate in economics in 1987 from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Julie Hotchkiss is a research economist and policy adviser in the regional group of the research department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. Her major fields of study are earnings and employment differentials across different groups of workers, variations in employment and earnings across time, and policy implications and determinants of changes in labor supply. Prior to joining the Fed in 2003, she was professor of economics at the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University. She began teaching as a senior associate and assistant professor of economics at the Policy Research Center at Georgia State University in 1989, and she joined the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies when the school was formed in 1996. Dr. Hotchkiss has published her research in numerous academic journals, co-authored a leading labor economics text book, and authored The Labor Market Experience of Workers with Disabilities. She has served as co-editor for the Southern Economic Journal and the Eastern Economic Journal and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Southern Economic Association. A native of Los Angeles, Dr. Hotchkiss received bachelor of arts degrees in economics and French from Willamette University. She earned her master's degree and doctorate in economics at Cornell University. She counts her marriage of more then twenty years to Robert E. Moore and her two (perfect) children among her highest accomplishments.

Kristopher S. Gerardi is a research economist and assistant policy adviser in the economic group in the research department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. His major fields of research are real estate economics, applied microeconomics, and macroeconomics. Prior to joining the Bank in 2008, Dr. Gerardi was a research associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. He also worked as a teaching assistant at Boston University and a research assistant at Hamilton College. Dr. Gerardi has published in several journals, including the Journal of Urban Economics and the Journal of Housing Economics. He has served as a referee for the Journal of Monetary Economics and Labour Economics. Dr. Gerardi received his doctorate in economics in 2008 from Boston University. He received his bachelor's degree in economics and physics in 2002 from Hamilton College, in Clinton, N.Y.

Catherine Crenshaw serves as president and CEO of Sloss Real Estate, a multi-disciplined commercial real estate firm in Birmingham, Alabama. Under her leadership, the company focuses on urban development and revitalization of the city center and on renewal and appropriate growth of her community. Cathy and her company have made a commitment to redevelop historic buildings, construct new buildings that honor their surroundings, and provide planning services to others throughout the region. She is responsible for creating and managing the Pepper Place Farmer's Market, a nationally-recognized public market, and participated on the Farmer's Market Advisory Board for the Ford Foundation. She was named Birmingham Business Journal's Woman of the Year in 2002. Cathy has attended Harvard University for the past two years first as a Loeb Fellow at the Harvard Graduate School of Design and this year as a visiting scholar.

Cordia is a graduate of University of Arkansas, and is a seasoned entrepreneur. She has built several successful companies including real estate, fast-food restaurants and commercial bakeries from start-up. Her passion in life is to help others succeed which is a big reason for her success in the business world. She often shares her experiences as a Keynote Speaker. She raised three sons. Cordia is a board member on the Minnie Pearl Cancer Foundation; Better Business Bureau; Committee of 200; CEO Organization; Ronald House Charities, and is a deacon at First Presbyterian.

Mr. Turner is president and chief executive officer of the Company and the Bank. Mr. Turner is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology where he received his bachelor's degree in Industrial Management in 1976. Following his graduation, Mr. Turner worked for Arthur Andersen & Company as a consultant in Atlanta, Georgia, and joined one of his clients, Park National Bank, Knoxville, Tennessee in 1979 where he held various management positions, including senior vice president of that bank's commercial division. In 1985, Mr. Turner joined First American National Bank, Nashville, Tennessee, as a result of its acquisition of Park National Bank. Mr. Turner served from January 1994 until November 1998 as President of the Retail Bank of First American National Bank. From November 1998 until October 1999, he served as President of the Investment Services Group of First American Corporation. Mr. Turner's banking career at First American in Nashville covered 14 years, and entailed executive level responsibilities for almost all aspects of its banking and investment operations. During Mr. Turner's tenure in Nashville, he has served as chairman of the board of the Nashville Sports Council, chairman of the board of trustees for Brentwood Academy, advisory board chairman for the Salvation Army, vice chairman for the Southern Baptist Foundation, member of the board of trustees of Belmont University, member of the executive committee of the Nashville Credit Bureau and a member of the board of governors of the Nashville Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Turner continues to serve on the board of the Nashville branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Belmont University, Nashville Sports Council and the board of the Gaylord Hotels Music City Bowl, is an active member in the World President's Organization and is also a member of numerous local clubs and organizations including Leadership Nashville.

Matthew Gordy Stuller was born in Lafayette, Louisiana in 1951. He attended Our Lady of Fatima High School, where in his junior year he began an afterschool job doing part-time work for a local jeweler. Within a year, he had worked his way into the business of doing jewelry repair and sales, and in his senior year he began his own business in a corner office of his father's orthodontic suite. At the age of 19, he developed his first wholesale line and began traveling the state of Louisiana developing business connections. Frustrated with the industry's slow delivery and service, he developed a business philosophy and program of supplying quality merchandise and service with nextday delivery. Today, Matthew Stuller is Chief Executive Officer of Stuller Settings Inc., one of the largest jewelry manufacturing and distributing firms in the United States, and an industry leader in the domestic and international wholesale jewelry sector. Mr. Stuller is a member of the Young Presidents Organization, the Sons of the American Revolution, and the 24 Karat Club of the Southeastern United States; Member of the Board of Directors, The Jewelers Vigilance Committee; Member of the Board, Jewelry Information Center; Member of the Board of Directors of the University of Southwestern Louisiana Foundation; Board Member, U.S. Senate Productivity and Innovation Award; and Member, GIA Vision 2000. His past memberships include Member of the Board of Directors, Jewelers Board of Trade; and Member of the Board, Greater Lafayette Chamber of Commerce. Awards and honors he has received include the 1995 Entrepreneur Of The Year award in the Wholesale/Distribution category in the state of Louisiana, which qualified him to become a National Entrepreneur Of The Year award winner. He also earned the Eagle Scout award from the Boy Scouts of America.
