Mr. Unger has been a director of the Company since 2001. He is the former president of the Optical Networks Division of Nortel Networks and was a driving force in the development, implementation and business strategy that resulted in global growth and leading market share of Nortel's highly successful optical networks product lines.

With more than 20 years of hands-on, telecom-specific experience in both the technical and management facets of the industry, Chun-Ling Woon is a dynamic, proven veteran of the OSS/BSS software market. Mr. Woon's ability to drive a company and its product to market is well proven, having scored numerous wins with such industry players as Nortel Networks, Siemens, Architel, and Astracon. As a former Vice President at Nortel and an Executive Vice President at Astracon, Mr. Woon brings with him a deep understanding of the challenges facing the telecom industry - an ability that allows him to distill and clearly articulate the real value in any product offering. Extensive experience in related fields, such as Partner Management and Sales Support, allows Mr. Woon to introduce a high degree of corporate-wide cohesion in his marketing initiatives, which are by design, inclusive in nature. Many in the OSS/BSS analyst community have recognized Mr. Woon's thorough understanding of the telecom world, and he is now routinely polled for his opinion of the market, the technologies that drive it, and the overall trajectory of telecom at large. Mark Rau joined Airvana from Carrius Technologies, where he was Vice President of Engineering responsible for the development of Intelligent IP service platforms. Mark’s prior positions include Senior Vice President of Engineering and Operations at SOMA Networks and Vice President/General Manager of the Broadband Wireless division at Nortel Networks. Mark is a high tech veteran with a record of successfully developing and deploying leading edge carrier grade system solutions for the telecom and wireless markets. He brings over 20 years of engineering, operations, and executive leadership in both startup and large corporate companies. Mark holds a BS in Mathematics from South Dakota State University and a MSMAS with an Operations Research concentration from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Richard Henderson has been a leader in the telecommunications industry for over 18 years, and has spent the past 14 years focused on the wireless arena. An award-winning sales and marketing Director and AVP for Metawave and Nortel Networks, Richard is adept at researching, communicating and strategically facilitating innovations in his field.

Mr. Nelson brings to WorkSource over 20 years of experience in the computer networking and telecommunications industry. For Ruby Receptionists, he was responsible for implementing one of the industry's first computer/telephone interfaces based on web/.net technology. As network architect, he ensures the security and reliability of the Ruby Receptionists network. Mr. Nelson is employed full time with Nortel Networks as a Systems Engineering District Manager.

Andre brings more than 18 years of global executive management and leadership experience. Since 2005, Andre has been serving as the President and CEO of NTRglobal, a successful Remote Support and Access software company. Prior to NTRglobal, Andre turned around and transformed Expertcity into a profitable Enterprise solution provider, which was acquired by Citrix. Prior to Expertcity, Andre Angel served as CEO of ElasticEdge a content delivery company that solved last mile problems and simultaneous distribution of large content to millions of users, which was acquired by BackWeb. From 1999 to 2000, Andre was Global Vice President of Sales, Marketing and e-Business at Nortel Networks, prior to which he started and led Nortel's $9.6 billion in electronic commerce business. Andre also served as the CIO of Nortel's Service Providers, $17 billion division. Earlier, he started and managed Nortel's Professional Services organization that grew to over $1 billion and the Alternate Software Delivery program, which grew to $450 million. Andre holds an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Toronto and is also a concert pianist.

Bill McGee is Vice-President of Product Development at Third Brigade. He was founder of KeySpire, a security software development company prior to joining Third Brigade. He was Senior-Vice President of Product Development at Entrust for over six years and was part of the founding team which created Entrust as a spin-out from Nortel Networks. Mr. McGee managed the growth of the product development team from a small group to over 300 people and the award-winning Entrust product line from four to over 40 products. While a member of the cryptographic systems group at Nortel Networks, Mr. McGee did pioneering work applying public-key technologies to communication systems. He received a B.A.Sc. (Electrical Engineering) from Queen's University and has completed the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Program for Growing Companies.

As co-founder and Vice President, System Architecture, Dr. Oprea is responsible to set the strategic technology direction for Tropic Networks ensuring that product development meets customers' current and future business requirements. Prior to co-founding Tropic Networks and assuming his current role, Dr. Oprea spent 15 years creating product architectures and development strategies for several leading-edge optical networking and high-capacity IP routing systems. His previous role as a senior architect at Nortel Networks involved architecture definition, performance evaluation and system integration for several projects, including high-capacity optical transport and terabit switch routing. At Mitel Corporation, Dr. Oprea focused on digital system design and digital signal processing. He began his career as an associate professor at the Technical University of Bucharest in Romania, where he earned a Master of Science and a PhD in Electrical Engineering. A frequent industry speaker, he holds 25 patents in digital communications technology.

Daryl Curtis- (CTO) Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder of Sales Bridge Technologies INC. As CTO, Curtis oversees the development and integration of Sales Bridge Technologies' core product technology, while charting the direction of next-generation services to meet the needs of the company's rapidly expanding, global client base. Curtis brings to the position over 16 years of experience with leading companies in the technology arena, including Nortel Networks, Bay Networks, Nichols Research, AAI Engineering Support and Turner Broadcasting Systems, where he developed broad expertise in translating customer requirements into successful product and service deliverables. Fred Reller has responsibility for the full scope of Human Resources' functions, from talent acquisition and management to employee relations, compensation, benefits employee education, diversity, change management, organizational effectiveness and other HR activities. In addition to working closely with the McKesson Provider Technologies Executive Committee, Reller will also collaborate with Paul Kirincic, Executive Vice President, Human Resources in San Francisco, to ensure alignment across McKesson Corporation. Reller has nearly 20 years of solid HR generalist and leadership experience, serving at senior levels in major business units of global companies such as Whirlpool Corporation and Nortel Networks. Reller joined McKesson in September 2004.

Jeff is the Director, Product Development. He has been with Circa since 2001 and has more than 10 years of engineering, business and operations experience with various companies including Nortel Networks. Jeff holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and a MBA, both from Queen's University.

Joanna Harrington is a public relations consultant; helping her clients secure speaking engagements in key high-tech, business, and financial forums. Ms. Harrington's speaking programs help to heighten industry awareness for her clients' products, technology and corporate image, as well as improve credibility and industry relationships on a corporate and individual level. Ms. Harrington has over 13 years experience in high-tech public relations, both in corporate and PR agency environments. Before starting her own PR practice in 1998, she was most recently responsible for speaking engagements, and vertical and International PR programs at Bay Networks, which was later acquired by Nortel Networks. Earlier, she was an account specialist at Aigner Associates, a PR firm based in Boston, MA. Ms. Harrington has placed client executives in numerous keynote, panel, and tutorial speaking engagements at such conferences as SUPERCOMM, NGN, Networld + Interop, VON, Venture Wire Conferences, SAN, ITU Telecom Geneva, 3GSM World Congress, and ComNet, to name just a few. She holds a BS degree in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

With over 20 years of executive experience with companies such as NEC, Nortel Networks and Qwest Communications, John Borusheski is a results-oriented sales and business development executive with extensive experience in developing market strategy, driving revenue, new product development and increasing customer satisfaction. John has a history of generating multi-million dollar sales for companies by leveraging of current assets with development of new products and services. He is also adept at creating, organizing and controlling company program offerings from conceptual stages through product life cycles to optimize profits and meet financial and corporate growth objectives. Prior to joining The Rockbridge Group, Borusheski served as Vice President of Emerging Technologies for NEC Unified Solutions where he successfully developed and implemented growth strategies for this $600M Integration and Professional Services Company. As the Executive Director of Network Technology Services for Qwest Communications, John led the merger team that managed the integration of US West's IT networks into a single managed architecture. John also served in consulting roles for Nortel Networks as well as managing technical services at CompuServe Network Services. John earned an MBA from the University of Ohio and a Bachelor of Science from The University of Kansas.

Karen has worked in the corporate communications field for more than 20 years and has extensive experience planning and executing strategic communications programs for the media, employees, customers and executives. She has a background in the telecommunications, energy and financial fields and has worked with companies such as Nortel Networks, Sprint, Bank One, Comerica Bank and Devon Energy. Karen received her Bachelor's Degree in Communications from the University of Texas at Arlington and her Master's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of North Texas.

Kevin Rankin is co-founder and Chief Executive officer of Tropic Networks. In his role as CEO, Mr. Rankin sets the strategic direction for Tropic Networks and focuses on driving the telecom and cable markets to standardize on flexible, intelligent optics for their metro-regional transport networks. Mr. Rankin has built a strong team, actively recruiting not only the top optics experts in the industry but also key business leaders who serve on Tropic's Board of Directors to ensure the company's ultimate success. Most recently, he co-founded and served as Vice-President of the Broadband Copper Access division at Newbridge Networks. In this role, Mr. Rankin built and led a large team of people that catapulted Newbridge into a new line of business and ultimately secured the company's largest customer. During Alcatel-Newbridge amalgamation planning, Mr. Rankin assumed the role of Co-Chair, Broadband Copper Access merger team and saw the successful integration of all aspects of the business between the two companies. Mr. Rankin's extensive career spans over 20 years in the telecom industry and includes progressively senior positions with LSI Logic Corporation and Nortel Networks Inc. He received his Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering and Management from McMaster University in Hamilton, Canada. A frequent industry speaker, Mr. Rankin serves on the Advisory Board of the Canadian Executive Development Series.

Mike is a seasoned programmer who brings BookingCenter more than eighteen years of experience as a database and software developer for clients including Nortel Networks, Qualcomm, Natural Resources Canada, and Bombardier Transportation. As a systems expert, Mike is helping to improve BookingCenter's Central Reservations Service and is responsible for enhancing the Management Tool and web-based services. He lives with his wife in Fitzroy Harbour, Canada on the Ontario side of the Ottawa River and is a Riverwatcher for the Ottawa RiverKeeper (www.ottawariverkeeper.ca/). Nigel Waller is based in London and is responsible for all sales and account management activities in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the Asia- Pacific Region. Most recently Nigel was the Senior Vice President of Sales at Glenayre Messaging. Nigel has significant telecommunications experience from a career working with industry-leading companies such as Schlumberger, Sema Group and Nortel Networks. Nigel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering from Birmingham University and is a Chartered Engineer. He is a member of the Association of Project Management, the Institute of Electrical Engineers and the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

After participating in some of the foundation's events in 2003, Paul joined the board in early 2004 and chaired the effort to introduce the first annual "Curl 4 Care" bonspiel later that fall. Paul is a big believer in giving back to the community and credits his volunteer experience while at the University of Western Ontario for developing this approach to life. Prior to joining the foundation, Paul was an event planning volunteer with Horizons for Youth a Toronto based youth shelter. Paul lives in Toronto and is currently in a Corporate Marketing role with Nortel Networks. Besides his career and a role with the foundation, Paul stays active year round with his love for the sport of "Ultimate" Frisbee. With a belief that cancer is something that affects all of us, Paul is committed to the difference that the MVSF can make in his own community. With the events and contributions that the foundation has committed to, Paul believes there is room to compliment rather than compete with other cancer related charity organizations.

Peter Bojanic is an experienced software development manager who has specialized in Linux/Open Source Software and remote project management for a decade. Peter has lead several innovative projects, including HomeBase Linux, and held senior positions in a number of leading edge companies, including Nortel Networks, Pictorius, and OEone. Peter studied Computer Science at Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario.

Mr. Young has 8 years of telecommunication/networking expertise in central office environments and network operation centers. He is proficient in troubleshooting and fault isolation of various networks carrying local, long distance, voice, data, and Internet traffic. Knowledgeable in the installation of various communications equipment, Mr. Young is certified as a CCNA and has his NTI basic installation certification. He has extensive training in a variety of networking and telecommunications skills developed in his service with Genuity, Teligent and Nortel Networks. Mr. Young has served as a Network Operations Supervisor, a Network Controller Team Leader, and a Technical Project Manager. He is currently the IT Project Manager for JDL's work in Baltimore City Public Schools.

Mr. Rodrigues brings a diverse skill set to the Kontext organization that includes corporate investment and financial planning, sales and marketing experience. Among his achievements are the launch of a multi-million dollar network software infrastructure business at Nortel Networks, and the management of a technology partners program for that business. He has been instrumental in both the creation and sale of big-ticket solutions and professional services to enterprise and carrier customers, building valuable, reciprocal, revenue-generating customer relationships, most recently with Xerox Canada Ltd. He holds an Economics degree from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA (for Science & Technology) from Queen's University. He is a graduate of the Competitive Marketing Strategy program at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Ramki has an extensive background in telecommunications systems, specializing in CDMA access technology and third generation wireless systems. He also has completed projects requiring in-depth knowledge of data signaling protocols such as TCP/IP, SONET/SDH and ATM. A software developer by trade, Ramki has been involved in the design, development and testing of numerous projects using object oriented technology and CORBA. His experience with many leading telecom and datacomm companies exposed him to the areas of telecom-related services, switching systems, digital transmission systems, and radio systems. He has worked on a wide variety of projects, ranging from system reliability and performance modeling and analysis, to the actual design and implementation of wireless and data systems. Ramki demonstrated his valuable leadership abilities in a wide array of CDMA projects, including development of CDMA radio systems and design of OA&M applications in CDMA systems. Throughout his career, Ramki has continuously participated in planning and conducting technical training seminars. His lecture circuit includes high tech firms such as Nortel Networks and Samsung Telecommunications, and the prestigious MobiCom98 (IEEE/ACM) conference. On a more informal basis, he has conducted training seminars such as a "CDMA Boot Camp" as an introduction to CDMA technology. Ramki's presentation skills coupled with his dedication to teaching have contributed to his success in the training arena. Ramki holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas, as well as a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University.

Harry J. Pearce - 66 ( 12 ) Detroit, Michigan Expertise: Multinational business management, finance, engineering and law Chairman of MDU Resources Board of Directors; Retired, formerly chairman of Hughes Electronics Corp., a unit of General Motors Corp., and former vice chairman and director of GM; a director of several major corporations.

Mr. Cleghorn is Chairman of the Board and a director of Molson Coors Brewing Company. He is the retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Royal Bank of Canada and is a member of the Desautels Faculty of Management Advisory Board and Governor Emeritus of McGill University, Immediate Past Chairman and a director of Historica Foundation of Canada, Chancellor Emeritus of Wilfrid Laurier University and a director of the Atlantic Salmon Federation. Mr. Cleghorn graduated from McGill University with a B. Com. and is a chartered accountant.

Mr. Manley is Counsel, McCarthy Tétrault LLP. Throughout more than 15 years of public service, Mr. Manley held several senior portfolios in the Canadian federal government. He was appointed to Cabinet in November 1993. Mr. Manley was appointed as Deputy Prime Minister of Canada in January 2002 and also served as Finance Minister from June 2002 to December 2003. In addition to the public company directorships listed below, Mr. Manley is a director of Optosecurity Inc., CARE Canada, the National Arts Centre Foundation and MaRS Discovery District. He is also a member of the Board of Governors of the University ofWaterloo, The Conference Board of Canada and the Board of Directors of the Institute for Research on Public Policy. In 2007 Mr. Manley was appointed Chair of the Independent Panel on Canada’s Future Role in Afghanistan.

Mr. Brown is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of CAE Inc. He is also currently a Director of CAE Inc., ACE Aviation Holdings Inc. and Chairman of Aeroplan Holding GP Inc. After a brief career with the Canadian Armed Forces, Mr. Brown entered the Canadian Public Service in 1971. Following several positions with Atomic Energy Canada, the Public Service Commission and the Treasury Board, he assumed responsibility for economic development policy with the Council of Maritime Premiers in 1976. From 1978 to 1986, he held various senior positions in federal ministries with economic vocations, including the post of Associate Deputy Minister in the Department of Regional Industrial Expansion, his last position before leaving the public service. Mr. Brown joined Bombardier Inc. as Vice-President, Corporate Development in February 1987. Two years later, he was promoted to Senior Vice-President responsible for corporate development, as well as for strategic planning. In this capacity, among other projects, he led Bombardiers' acquisition of Short Brothers in Northern Ireland. In 1990, he was assigned to the aerospace sector of Bombardier, first as President of Canadair, then as President of the Aerospace Group North America, and finally as President and Chief Operating Officer of Bombardier Aerospace, the unit responsible for all of Bombardier's activities in this sector. Under his leadership, Bombardier Aerospace grew to become the third largest civilian aircraft manufacturer in the world, and the largest supplier of jet aircraft for regional air transportation and the global leader in the business aircraft segment. From February 1999 to December 2002, Mr. Brown was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Bombardier Inc. Under his leadership, Bombardier positioned itself as the world leader of the rail transportation equipment industry and returned the Recreational Products business to profitability. In addition, during the period he was President and Chief Executive Officer, Bombardier was twice voted Canada's Most Respected Company in a Globe and Mail poll of Canadian chief executive officers. In March 2003, Mr. Brown joined the Board of Air Canada and was Chairman of the Board from May 2003 to September 2004. During his tenure, the Company was restructured and successfully exited from CCAA (Companies Creditors Arrangement Act) protection. This restructuring process was the largest, most complex and most publicly scrutinized restructuring process in Canadian history. He has been deeply involved in the Montreal charity organization of Centraide for many years and is also a passionate proponent of higher education and advocate for making Montreal and its universities competitive with the best in the world. Mr. Brown holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Royal Military College, Kingston, Ontario. He also attended the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard University Business School in 1983. Mr. Brown has received honorary doctorates from University of Montreal, Concordia University in Montreal, University of Ottawa, Ryerson University in Toronto and Royal Roads University in British Columbia. Mr. Brown is also an Officer of the Ordre national du Quebec and a member of the Order of Canada.

Tony Rybczynski is Director, Strategic Enterprise Technologies, in Nortel Networks, reporting to the enterprise CTO. Tony has over 32 years experience in packet switching for all forms of media. He now works with large enterprises assessing the value proposition of new networking technologies. He has written over 100 articles including an on-going column in Internet Telephony magazine, on topics ranging from VoIP and security, to 10 Gigabit Ethernet and optical DWDM storage, to collaboration and ebusiness applications. He is a graduate of McGill and University of Alberta, a Senior Member of IEEE, and a co-author of a protocol reference book and a contributor to the 'ATM for Dummies' book.
