Harvey Brownlee is president and chief restaurant operations officer for Bob Evans Farms, Inc., a publicly held food service and restaurant company based in Columbus, Ohio. His primary responsibilities include building sales and focusing on standardizing operations across both Bob Evans and Mimi’s Café restaurants, as well as working with the supply chain management team to identify cost-savings.
Before joining the company, Brownlee worked at Kentucky Fried Chicken, where he served as chief operating officer since 2004. In this role, he was responsible for shaping operations strategy in company and franchise restaurants generating more than $5 billion in annual sales. In 2003 and 2004, he served as general manager, multi-branding/chief operating officer of Yum! Brands, Inc. From 2001 to 2003, Brownlee served as a vice president for Pizza Hut, Inc., after serving the previous 14 years in a variety of operations and management positions at Pizza Hut.
Brownlee holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University, Evanston, IL and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Cleveland State University in Cleveland, OH.

Randy Hicks is president and chief concept officer for Bob Evans Farms, Inc., a publicly held restaurant and food products company based in Columbus, Ohio. At age 15, Hicks started working during the summer months at the Ohio State Fair in the Bob Evans Food Tent. After eight years in this role, Hicks began working as a service attendant and grill cook in a Bob Evans Restaurant. He then joined the management program in 1982 as a manager-in-training and became a general manager five years later. He was promoted to area director with responsibility for six of the company’s restaurants in 1989. In 1994, he received a promotion to vice president, regional director of operations with responsibility for approximately 100 of the company’s restaurants. He was promoted to senior vice president of operations in mid January 2003 and to executive vice president of operations in July 2004, where he was responsible for the operation of the company’s nearly 600 Bob Evans Restaurants.
Hicks graduated from Canal Winchester High School in 1978 and the Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, in 1982. Originally from Canal Winchester, Ohio, he currently resides in Dublin, Ohio.
Tim Pulido is president and chief concept officer of Mimi’s Café, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bob Evans Farms, Inc. Bob Evans Farms is a publicly held restaurant and food products company based in Columbus, Ohio.
Pulido came to Mimi’s Café in 2007 as president from Shakey’s USA , a California-based pizza chain, where he served as chief executive officer since 2006. Prior to that, he was president and chief operating officer at Pick Up Stix, from 2003 to 2005, a quick-casual Asian concept with 100 restaurants. From 2000 to 2003, he served as global new concept development officer at McDonald’s Corporation. He also served for 19 years at PepsiCo in the PepsiCo Restaurants International Division, as chief marketing officer at Pizza Hut USA and in sales and marketing management roles at Frito Lay International.
Don Radkoski is the chief financial officer, treasurer and secretary for Bob Evans Farms, Inc. He joined Bob Evans Farms in February 1980 and has held many management positions during his career including restaurant accounting supervisor, general accounting supervisor, assistant treasurer, and vice president of finance. He became an officer in 1988. He was named senior vice president, chief financial officer and corporate treasurer in May 1993.
Radkoski graduated from Bishop Hartley High School in Columbus, Ohio, and The Ohio State University, where he received a bachelor's degree in business administration. He received his MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati. Radkoski and his family currently reside in Gahanna, Ohio.

Mike Townsley joined Bob Evans Farms Inc. as president and chief operating officer of Owens Foods, then Owens Country Sausage in 2003.
Prior to joining Bob Evans Farms Inc., Mike was senior vice president of sales and marketing, for Premium Standard Farms in Kansas City. Premium Standard Farms is the largest fully integrated pork company in the country, with annual sales of $700 million. His prior experience includes three years at Smithfield Packing Company of Smithfield, Va., and 11 years with IBP Inc. of Dakota City, Neb.
Mike Townsley graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from The Ohio State University and was recognized in 2007 by Ohio State's College of Food, Agricultural and Environmental Sciences with the Distinguished Alumni Award. Mike currently serves on the Board of Directors for the American Meat Institute. Mike formerly served on the Board of Directors of the National Pork Producers Council, as well as the Colorado Beef Board.

Bryan G. Stockton is president of International for Mattel, Inc., responsible for the in-house execution of global marketing initiatives on an international level. Stockton joined Mattel in November 2000 as executive vice president of business planning and development, and, until February 2003, was responsible for identifying and developing strategic opportunities for the company, as well as managing all merger and acquisition activity. From February 2003 until November 2007, Stockton served as executive vice president of International.
Previously, Stockton served as president and chief executive officer of Basic Vegetable Products (BVP), a privately owned company that is the largest manufacturer of vegetable ingredients in the world. In that role, he repositioned the company into a global business by accelerating volume growth and lowering manufacturing and distribution costs.
Prior to joining BVP, Stockton held a variety of positions during his 22-year tenure with Kraft Foods, Inc., the largest U.S.-based packaged food company in the world. Most recently, he served as president of Kraft's North American FoodService, one of the company's largest divisions, where he oversaw all aspects of the business and operations, including strategy development, marketing, raw material sourcing and sales. Previous positions have included vice president of strategic initiatives, new product development, international marketing services and government relations for Kraft's Oscar Mayer Food Division; vice president and general manager of Oscar Mayer Foods; and vice president of marketing for Kraft's Retail Cheese Division. He also served as vice president of strategy for Kraft Foods, where he developed the first strategic plan integrating Kraft, General Foods and Oscar Mayer.
Stockton received a Bachelor of Science with honors in business from Indiana University in 1975 and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Indiana University Graduate School of Business in 1976. He served as Chairman of World Trade Week Southern California for 2003. He currently serves on the Board of the Mattel Children's Hospital at UCLA.
