W. James (Jim) McNerney, Jr., is chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer of The Boeing Company, effective July 1, 2005. He has served as a member of the company's board since 2001. McNerney, 58, oversees the strategic direction of the Chicago-based, $60.9 billion aerospace company. With more than 160,000 employees, Boeing is the largest manufacturer of commercial jetliners and military aircraft, with capabilities in rotorcraft, electronic and defense systems, missiles, satellites and advanced information and communications systems. Previously, McNerney held the position as chairman of the board and CEO of 3M, a $20 billion global technology company with leading positions in electronics, telecommunications, industrial, consumer and office products, health care, safety and other businesses. He joined 3M in 2001 after 19 years at the General Electric Company. McNerney joined General Electric in 1982. There, he held top executive positions including president and CEO of GE Aircraft Engines and GE Lighting; president of GE Asia-Pacific; president and CEO of GE Electrical Distribution and Control; executive vice president of GE Capital, one of the world's largest financial service companies; and president, GE Information Services. Prior to joining GE, McNerney worked at Procter & Gamble and McKinsey & Co., Inc. McNerney is a director of Procter & Gamble and serves as a trustee of Northwestern University. He serves on The Business Roundtable and the American Society of Corporate Executives. He is the former chair of The Business Council and of the US-China Business Council. McNerney is a fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and an honorary fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society. He is a member of The Field Museum Board of Trustees in Chicago, and is on the Northwestern Memorial HealthCare Board, where he serves on the Finance Committee. Chris Chadwick is president of Boeing Military Aircraft, a business of Boeing's Integrated Defense Systems. Boeing Military Aircraft comprises Global Strike Systems; Global Mobility Systems; Airborne Anti-Submarine Warfare and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance; and Rotorcraft divisions. Prior to this assignment, Chadwick was vice president and general manager of Global Strike Systems, responsible for the company's tactical fighter programs, weapons programs, and the T-45 Goshawk training system. Chadwick was previously vice president of the F/A-18 Program. In this role, he was responsible for technical, cost and schedule performance of the F/A-18 family of strike fighters, including the F/A-18A/B/C/D/E/F and the EA-18G. This followed his assignment as the general manager and deputy program manager of the F/A-18 Program. Leading up to these senior leadership roles, Chadwick served as the program manager for the Bell-Boeing MV-22 Osprey designed for the U.S Marine Corps, and as the program manager for V-22 Low Rate Initial Production operations for the MV-22 and CV-22, for delivery to U.S Air Force Special Operations Command. Dinesh Keskar was appointed vice president of Boeing International and president of Boeing India in March 2009. He is responsible for representing the entire enterprise and for leading Boeing-wide efforts focused on expanding the company’s local presence and pursuing new growth and productivity initiatives in India. He is based in New Delhi and reports to Shep Hill, president of Boeing International. From August 2004, Keskar served as Boeing Commercial Airplanes vice president of Sales for South and Southeast Asia. His responsibilities included overseeing all commercial airplanes activities in Brunei, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Maldives, Nepal and Sri Lanka. In February 2000, Keskar served as vice president, Sales, and president of Boeing Aircraft Trading. In this dual role, he was responsible for marketing all types of aircraft, owned by Boeing, to customers worldwide, and managed all commercial airplanes sales activities in India. Keskar served as president of Boeing Aircraft Trading until March 2005. From August 1995 to January 2000, Keskar served as president of Boeing India for Boeing Commercial Airplanes. In this role, he was responsible for sales and marketing of commercial airplanes, airline support and industrial partnership activities in India. John Lockard is chief operating officer for Boeing Integrated Defense Systems. Lockard also serves as the deputy to the President and CEO of IDS. This $32 billion, 70,000-person business unit includes the company's total defense, government, intelligence, space and communications capabilities. Prior to this assignment, Lockard was president of Precision Engagement and Mobility Systems (renamed Boeing Military Aircraft in July 2008), which includes Global Strike; Mobility; Airborne Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), and Rotorcraft for all military services. Previously, Lockard was vice president and general manager of Naval Systems for Boeing Integrated Defense Systems. He attended the Naval War College in 1974 and, after graduation, served with the F/A-18 Engineering Office at the Naval Air Systems Command. He became the Navy F/A-18 program manager in 1986 and later assumed duties as assistant commander for Systems and Engineering. In 1991, he was assigned to the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development and Acquisition as the program executive officer for Tactical Aircraft Programs. He assumed command of Naval Air Systems Command in 1995. In 2007, The Navy League of the United States presented Lockard with one of its highest honors, the Admiral Arleigh Burke Leadership Award. The award is named for former Chief of Naval Operations Admiral Arleigh Burke, a World War II hero who was recognized for his professional achievements, ethical standards and unselfish dedication to the United States and the Navy. Lockard also is a Fellow in the Royal Aeronautical society. Lockard, a highly decorated veteran, holds a bachelor's degree in aeronautical engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School. He has served since 1994 as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Navy Federal Credit Union, the world's largest credit union with more than $36 billion in assets. He also serves as a trustee for the Naval Aviation Museum Foundation and is a member of the USO Board of Governors. He holds a commercial pilots license.

Walt Skowronski serves as senior vice president of The Boeing Company, and president of Boeing Capital Corporation, a wholly owned Boeing subsidiary that is primarily responsible for arranging, structuring and providing financing for Boeing's commercial airplane, and space and defense products. He is responsible for the design, assembly, delivery and support of the 737, 747, 767, 777 and 787 airplanes. Shanahan reports to Scott Carson, president and chief executive officer of Boeing Commercial Airplanes. For 14 months before this assignment, Shanahan served as vice president and general manager of the 787 Dreamliner program. Shanahan and his team were responsible for all aspects of the airplane program, which will bring new possibilities for safe, efficient and economical point-to-point travel for the world's airlines and passengers. Previously, Shanahan was vice president and general manager of Boeing Missile Defense Systems, starting in December 2004. Headquartered in Washington, D.C., the division's key programs include the Ground-based Midcourse Defense system, Airborne Laser and Advanced Tactical Laser. A distinguished businessman, Oswald is currently the Vice President and Program Manager for Boeing Space Operations in Houston, Texas. A former naval officer and NASA Astronaut, Oswald speaks on topics including safety, teamwork and motivation. Oswald was born in Seattle, Washington, but considers Bellingham, Washington to be his home. He graduated from Bellingham High School in 1969, and upon graduation enrolled in the U.S. Naval Academy where he graduated in 1973 as an Aerospace Engineer. In 1974, Oswald was designated a naval aviator and following training in the A-7 aircraft, he flew aboard the USS Midway for two years. In 1978, he attended the U.S. Naval Test Pilot School at Patuxent River and upon this graduation, remained at the Naval Air Test Center to conduct flying qualities, performance and propulsion flight tests on the A-7 and F/A-18 aircraft. Oswald resigned from active Naval duty in 1983, but currently remains an active Naval Reserve Captain. Oswald joined NASA in November 1984 as an aerospace engineer and instructor pilot and was selected as an astronaut in 1985. He piloted two missions aboard the Space Shuttle Discovery. STS-42 was the first International Microgravity Laboratory mission, and STS-56 was the second Atmospheric Laboratory for Applications and Science mission. Oswald then commanded STS-67. This mission established a mission duration record for the Space Shuttle at 17 days. After completing his last mission, Oswald was assigned to NASA Headquarters as Deputy Associate Administrator for Space Operations. Robbie is an engineer at Boeing in Seattle, WA. He works with approval from the FAA to analyze and design repairs for airplanes to ensure they are safe for flight. This is a quick and complex job since he supports the production of the new 787 airplane which is made from millions of different parts and is under urgent time constraints. In addition to working as an engineer he has also volunteered in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors internationally. His volunteer service as has taken him oversees to Peru and Fiji. He currently serves as the Boeing REACH Community Involvement Lead where he organizes and plans service opportunities for a group of +3,000 new college graduates. Wanda Denson-Low is senior vice president of the Office of Internal Governance (OIG) for The Boeing Company, the world's leading aerospace company. A member of the company's executive council, Denson-Low was named to her current position in May 2007. She is responsible for the advancement and effective implementation of the company's internal governance policies and plans. She has management oversight for Corporate Audit; Ethics and Business Conduct; and, Global Trade Controls, which includes all import and export activities. She also has responsibility for all other related regulatory and compliance matters. As an integrated compliance organization, OIG is uniquely positioned to enhance the company's activities in gathering and analyzing compliance related data to enable early detection of potential issues and proactive strategies to mitigate future risks. Formed in 2003, OIG's mission is to maintain a comprehensive risk management system that supports a compliant, accountable and transparent environment, enabling Boeing to remain responsive and competitive in the rapidly changing global marketplace. Previously, Denson-Low served as the company's vice president and assistant general counsel with responsibility for leading the legal staff for Boeing Integrated Defense Systems (IDS), the company's defense and space unit, and its Phantom Works organization. Prior to that position, Denson-Low was the vice president of human resources for IDS and was responsible for the successful implementation of employee policies, strategies, and processes for the IDS workforce. With more than 20 years of experience in corporate law, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, data rights, government contracts, and intellectual property law, Denson-Low has a distinguished professional career that began in 1981 as a patent attorney at Union Carbide Corporation. She joined the $16 billion Hughes Aircraft Company in 1985 and in 1989 was named Hughes' chief patent counsel, making her the first minority woman chief patent counsel of a Fortune 500 company. Denson-Low became a member of the Boeing legal team in October 2000, as part of the Boeing acquisition of Hughes Space and Communications, where she had risen to the position of general counsel for the $3.5 billion company. As an active community leader, Denson-Low is currently a member of the board of trustees for College Bound, a member of the Windward School board of trustees and a member of the board of governors for the Japanese American National Museum. Her professional and business affiliations include the Los Angeles County Bar Association, American Bar Association, American Corporate Counsel Association, Black Women Lawyers Association and the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association. Her extensive list of professional achievements and awards include receiving the NOW Legal Defense and Education Fund Award, which recognized her as one of the thirty most powerful women in business (2001). She is also a recipient of the 2001 Barbara Clark Pioneer Award from the Boeing chapter of the Amelia Earhart Society, representing women in aerospace. In 2000, she was awarded the Silver Anniversary Award from the Los Angeles Black Women Lawyers' Association for her invaluable contributions to the community. Denson-Low earned her juris doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School and a bachelors of science degree in chemistry from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, New York. She is admitted to practice law in California and Connecticut. Denson-Low is married and has two children.
