Mr. Martin has been an independent commercial real estate developer since 1991. From 1973 to 1991, he served as Chairman of a public accounting firm in Richmond, Virginia. Mr. Martin holds a B.B.A. degree from Old Dominion University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Martin has served as a director of Comstock since October 1989.
