Laurent Beaudoin was born in Laurier Station, Quebec, in 1938. After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ste-Anne College in Nova Scotia, Mr. Beaudoin went on to complete a Master of Commerce degree at the Universite de Sherbrooke. He is a Chartered Accountant as well as a Fellow Chartered Accountant. Mr. Beaudoin began his career in Quebec City in 1961 with Beaudoin, Morin, Dufresne & Associes, Chartered Accountants. In 1963, after two years in private practice, he joined Bombardier Limited as Comptroller. He was appointed General Manager in 1964 and, in 1966, became President. In 1979, he became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bombardier Inc. In 1999, Mr. Beaudoin became Chairman of the Board and of the Executive Committee, then Executive Chairman of the Board in 2002. In December 2004, Mr. Beaudoin was named Chief Executive Officer and, as such, chairs the Office of the President, to which are assigned the strategic and executive management responsibilities of the company. Mr. Beaudoin holds honorary doctorates from the following universities: Universite de Montreal (Quebec); York University (Toronto); in Business Administration from Universite de Sherbrooke (Quebec); in Economics from the University of Sainte-Anne (Nova Scotia); in Civil Law from Bishop's University (Quebec); in Science from Queen's University, Belfast (Northern Ireland); in Law from the University of Toronto; in Engineering from Carleton University (Ottawa); and in Law from McGill University in Montreal (Quebec). He is a Companion of the Order of Canada and an Officer of l'Ordre national du Quebec. He has also received numerous awards from various organizations during his career. Since June 2000, Mr. Beaudoin has been a member of the Advisory Board of Lazard Canada, and since December 2003, he has served as Chairman of the Board of Bombardier Recreational Products Inc.

Mr. Andre Berard was Chairman of the Board of National Bank of Canada from 2002 to 2004, after having assumed the duties of Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer from 1990 to 2002, President and Chief Executive Officer in 1989 and President and Chief Operating Officer from 1986 to 1989. Between 1958 and 1986, he held various positions of increasing responsibilities at National Bank of Canada. He is a member of the Boards of Directors of BCE Inc., BMTC Group Inc., Falconbridge Inc., Saputo Inc., Tembec Inc. and Transforce Income Fund.

David has over 25 years of business experience with Texaco, Nortel and Bombardier in Program and Contract Management, Strategic Planning, Business Development and Human Resources. Holding an Honors Arts degree from Loyola College, University of Montreal and a teaching degree from Simon Fraser University, David is also experienced in adult education. He has traveled extensively in the US, Europe and the Far East, managing business, military and government contracts. As a Business Development consultant, David provides expertise in bids and proposals, government contracts and program management. As a Senior Associate with Colin Newhouse and Associates Inc., David specializes in Executive coaching and Team Leadership programmes.

Greg is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with degrees in advertising, music and architecture. Prior to joining Focused Image, Greg held a number of high-level creative positions. After getting his feet wet in advertising as an art director at Henderson Advertising in South Carolina, he joined the creative team at Image Communications in McLean, Virginia, where he served first as a creative director and then as senior creative director. Following his tenure at Image Communications, he was appointed executive worldwide creative director for Ketchum Worldwide in New York and Atlanta, during which time he established Ketchum Creative Works and e-Ketchum. In 1998, he joined iXL as a senior creative director, and he remained with iXL until joining Focused Image in 2000. In addition to his interactive capabilities, Greg is highly proficient in all areas of the creative process including design, copywriting, print production, broadcast production and brand strategy development. He has won numerous Addy & PICA awards for his print, radio and television work. Over the course of his nineteen-year career, Greg has been the lead creative director on numerous high-profile advertising accounts, including British Airways, Delta Air Lines, Nokia, Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo, Learjet, America Online, Compaq, DeBeers, Mobil and Beretta USA.

Mr. James E. Perrella started his career at Ingersoll-Rand Company in 1962 as a Production Planner. He held progressive positions as Sales Engineer, General and Operations Manager, Vice President, Executive Vice President, President and Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Ingersoll-Rand Company. In 2000, he retired as Chairman of the Board. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Becton Dickinson and Company.

Mr. Carlos E. Represas has been Chairman of Nestle Group Mexico since 1983. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Merck & Co., Inc. since February 2009. He is a member of the Latin American Business Council (CEAL). He is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the National Institute of Genomic Medicine of Mexico and President of the Mexico Chapter of the Latinamerican Chamber of Commerce in Zurich, Switzerland. From 1994 to 2004, he was Executive Vice President and also President of the Americas of Nestle, S.A. In July 2004, he retired from his executive responsibilities at Nestle where he worked during 36 years (1968-2004) in seven different countries.

Mr. J. R. Andre Bombardier joined Bombardier in 1969 as Vice President, Industrial Division. He successively held the positions of Vice President, Research and Development, Ski-Doo Division (1970), Assistant to the President and in charge of new products (1973), Vice President of Marketing, Marine Products Division (1975) and President of Roski Ltd., a subsidiary of Bombardier (1976). He became Vice Chairman in 1978. He is a member of the Board of Directors of BRP Inc.

Martha F. Brooks, 49, president and chief operating officer of Novelis Inc., an aluminum rolling and recycling company, since January 2005, when the company was spun off from Alcan Inc. Ms. Brooks served as president and chief executive officer of Alcan Rolled Products Americas and Asia, senior vice president of Alcan Inc. and president of Alcan Aluminum Corporation from August 2002 to December 2004. In addition, she was vice president of Cummins Inc. from May 1996 to June 2002. Ms. Brooks serves on the boards of Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI, Hathaway Brown School, Yale - China Association, and Keep America Beautiful, Inc. Director since December 9, 2003.
