Amy Cueller is a partner in the Business Services and Litigation Groups. Her practice is concentrated in intellectual property litigation, environmental litigation, commercial litigation, and insurance coverage matters. Ms. Cueller is admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court, U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and the United States Supreme Court. A 1989 graduate of Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis, Ms. Cueller is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State and Federal Bar Associations.
Andrew McNeil is a partner in the Labor and Employment, Appellate, and Litigation Groups. Mr. McNeil concentrates his practice on litigating and advising clients concerning employment discrimination claims, trade secret claims, covenants not to compete, employee misconduct and embezzlement, traditional labor matters, general employment issues, contract disputes, business torts, products liability matters, environmental claims, and other matters. A graduate of Taylor University (B.A., summa cum laude, 1992) and the University of Michigan (J.D., cum laude, 1995), Mr. McNeil is the co-founder of and former articles editor for the Michigan Law & Policy Review. He is admitted to practice in the Indiana state courts, the Supreme Court of the United States, United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Additionally, he is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State and American Bar Associations, and a 1999 graduate of the Indiana Leadership Forum.
Bob Clemens is a partner in the Litigation and Appellate Groups, as well as an established member of the Indiana Trial Bar. He practices in the areas of civil trial litigation, concentrating in commercial litigation and personal injury. A graduate of Notre Dame Law School, he undertook his legal education after a successful military career as an infantry officer. Mr. Clemens has been the principal author of numerous appellate and amicus briefs as well as a participant in oral arguments before the Indiana Court of Appeals, Indiana Supreme Court and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He serves as Indiana Counsel to numerous insurers and transportation entities. Mr. Clemens is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He also is board certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocates, and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and among Indianapolis Monthly Magazine's "Indiana's Super Lawyers."

Brant Wright is a partner in the Business Services Group, concentrating in corporate, real estate and health care law. Mr. Wright assists clients with the formation, structuring, acquisition and sale of businesses, as well as financing, and developing real estate, including environmental real estate issues. He has experience negotiating commercial and industrial leases, 1031 exchanges, and securities matters. Bryan Woodruff is a partner in the Business Services and Real Estate Groups. He serves as counsel to financial institutions in the preparation and negotiation of loan documents for asset-based and real estate transactions. Mr. Woodruff also assists clients with corporate transactions as well as the development of real estate. He graduated summa cum laude with his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law, and is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State and American Bar Associations.
Carrie Wagner Bootcheck is a partner in the Litigation Group. She concentrates her practice in construction, mold, ERISA, trial advocacy and general business litigation. She has experience litigating complex ERISA matters for employers and ERISA plans; researching, drafting and arguing summary judgment motions in state and federal courts; and negotiating, drafting, and litigating construction contracts for owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals. She received her J.D. cum laude from Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington in 1997 and her B.A. magna cum laude from Miami University of Ohio in 1994. She also studied abroad and is proficient in French. While in law school, Ms. Bootcheck served as the notes editor for the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies. Cathy Elliott is a partner in the Litigation Group, practicing primarily in the areas of business and commercial litigation. Chris Janak is a partner in the Utilities Group. Mr. Janak joined Bose McKinney & Evans in 1994. He serves as special and local counsel for many for-profit and non-profit utilities, regional districts, conservancy districts and municipalities throughout the State of Indiana. Mr. Janak regularly represents utilities and private parties in proceedings before the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission, Indiana Department of Environmental Management, Department of Natural Resources, Natural Resources Commission and in state and federal court on a variety of issues including the creation of for-profit and non-profit utilities, establishment of utility rates and charges, and financing of utility projects. In recent years, Mr. Janak has actively represented clients in a number of precedent-setting cases involving utility rates, territorial disputes, utility procedures, and the powers and duties of for-profit and non-profit utilities. Mr. Janak has on numerous occasions made presentations and provided counsel to the Indiana Regional Sewer District Association, Alliance of Rural Water Association and Indiana Association of Cities and Towns.

Dan Emerson is a partner in the Labor and Employment Group. Mr. Emerson has represented employers throughout the country both in labor and employment matters as well as litigation, and has considerable experience in trade secret matters. He has been an attorney since 1979 and a partner in the firm since 1985. After graduating from Macalester College, Mr. Emerson attended law school at Indiana University - Bloomington, where he served as managing editor of the Indiana Law Journal. Mr. Emerson is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State, American, Federal and Seventh Circuit Bar Associations, and is a past Chairman of both the Indiana State and Indianapolis Bar Associations' Labor and Employment Law Sections. He also serves as an adjunct professor of personnel law at Indiana University - Indianapolis.
Dan McInerny is a partner in the Environmental Group, and has been a practicing attorney since 1984. Mr. McInerny concentrates his practice in the areas of environmental, natural resources and agricultural law, and also has an extensive background in Indiana administrative law. A graduate of Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College, he received a Certificate in Environmental and Natural Resources Law by that institution. David Jurkiewicz is a partner in the Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Group. Mr. Jurkiewicz assists both borrower and creditor clients in connection with various collection, foreclosure and bankruptcy proceedings. Prior to joining Bose McKinney & Evans, Mr. Jurkiewicz was an associate with another law firm for six years, and before that he spent three years as counsel to the Office of the Chapter 13 Trustee, Indianapolis Division. He is a member of the Indianapolis and Indiana State Bar Associations. Mr. Jurkiewicz has been an author and speaker on a variety of bankruptcy issues.
David Suess is a partner in the Tax and Business Services Groups. He assists clients with a wide variety of property tax issues, including complex assessment appeals. He also assists clients with business issues, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions and contract matters. He graduated with top honors from Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington in 1997. He practiced, for a year, in Illinois before accepting a clerkship with the Honorable Ronald T.Y. Moon, Chief Justice of the Hawaii Supreme Court. He earned a bachelor of arts degree in East Asian Languages and Civilizations from the University of Chicago in 1991 and, prior to law school, worked as a translator-interpretor for a manufacturer in Lafayette, Indiana. Gary Chapman is the chair of the Agricultural Law Group, and co-chairs the Estate and Business Succession Planning Group. Mr. Chapman's practice centers around estate planning for individuals and corporate succession planning for closely held businesses. He frequently speaks on estate and succession planning and other issues that affect privately owned businesses. After graduating summa cum laude from Purdue University with degree in agricultural economics, Mr. Chapman worked as an agricultural chemical sales representative and as owner/manager of his family's holstein dairy operation before attending law school. He graduated from Indiana University School of Law summa cum laude in 1989 and also is a graduate of the Indiana Agriculture Leadership Program and is past chairman of the Indiana Agriculture Leadership Institute. Greg Guevara is a partner in the Labor and Employment Group, representing national and regional clients in labor and employment related matters and litigation. He has extensive experience representing management in federal labor law matters, including unfair labor practice and union representation proceedings, as well as collective bargaining and grievance arbitration. Mr. Guevara also has represented employers in litigation involving wrongful discharge, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, Family and Medical Leave Act compliance, and other federal and state employment laws. Mr. Guevara began his law career as an associate with Bose McKinney & Evans LLP, and most recently served as Managing Director and Legal Counsel for Great Commission Ministries, Inc., an international non-profit mission organization based in Orlando, Florida. Jeff Gaither is a partner in the Litigation Group, representing clients in complex commercial litigation, appeals and arbitrations. His trial experience includes class actions, shareholder derivative suits, and individual actions in state and federal courts. Mr. Gaither has represented clients in a variety of liability matters, including trade secrets, business torts, unfair competition, corporate contracts, false advertising, franchise and distributor matters, and minority shareholder and fiduciary duty claims. Jim Hamilton is a partner in the Business Services Group. His practice is concentrated in employee benefits, federal and state taxation, and executive compensation. Among other clients, Mr. Hamilton represents several multiple employer trusts established by Indiana public school corporations. Mr. Hamilton is most recognized for his work with the HIPAA Privacy Rule. During the last several years, Mr. Hamilton assisted numerous Indiana companies, public schools and municipalities with their HIPAA Privacy compliance efforts. Since joining Bose McKinney & Evans, Mr. Hamilton has delivered more than 100 speeches to professional organization and clients. In addition, Mr. Hamilton has appeared as a featured guest on every major television station in Indianapolis, and is a frequent guest on Inside Indiana Business with Gerry Dick. Mr. Hamilton has also published one book and more than two dozen articles on various topics.
Joe Calderon is a partner in the Real Estate Group, practicing primarily in the areas of real estate transactions, land use and zoning, and property taxation. He has extensive experience with zoning, development, leasing and property tax issues, including property tax appeals and property tax abatements. Mr. Calderon has spoken at numerous seminars and written several articles on these topics. He is a certified Level I and II Assessor/Appraiser.
John Millspaugh is a partner in the Business Services Group, and chairs the Sci-Tech section. Mr. Millspaugh assists companies, including those in the health and life sciences industries, in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, general business and corporate law, venture capital, and entrepreneurial services. Kathleen Hart (formerly Kathleen Lee) is a partner in the Litigation Group. Ms. Hart handles a variety of commercial and business disputes, including contract, non-compete, trade secret, banking, mortgage, insurance, tort, real estate, fraud, and employment litigation matters. She has represented plaintiffs and defendants in several commercial cases involving temporary restraining orders and injunctive relief. She represents automobile dealers and both public and private companies in matters involving employment law compliance, defense of discrimination claims before state and federal administrative agencies and courts, and preparation/negotiation of non-compete and severance agreements. She worked full time for various law firms and as a federal court intern while obtaining her college and law degrees from Indiana University through its evening programs (B.A. with distinction, 1990; J.D. 1994). Ms. Hart is admitted to practice in all federal and state courts in the State of Indiana, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.

Kit Earle is a partner in the Utilities Group. Mr. Earle is certified as a civil mediator and concentrates his practice in the area of utilities, energy and telecommunications law, and utilizes his three generations of family agricultural experience to understand the opportunities and concerns faced by clients in the biofuels industry. He graduated from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis in 1986, and earned a B.A. in economics from Vanderbilt University in 1981. He served as a deputy prosecuting attorney and then a deputy public defender in Marion County, Indiana. In 1991, Mr. Earle joined the Indiana Department of Natural Resources where he litigated environmental and natural resources issues, including enforcement of the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act. Mr. Earle was also an instructor for the Department of the Interior's Office of Surface Mining where he assisted in the training of federal and state mine inspectors in evidence collection and testimonial techniques. From 1993 to 1998, Mr. Earle served with the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor, acting as an advocate for consumer interests in regulatory proceedings before the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, as well as in appellate proceedings.

Mike Trentadue is a partner in the Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy Group. Mr. Trentadue has extensive experience assisting clients with consumer, commercial and construction loan foreclosures and bankruptcy matters. He frequently presents at seminars for the National Business Institute, the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum, the Indiana Land Title Association and to various other groups. His topics include title insurance, priorities among competing liens and foreclosure. After receiving his law degree with honors from the University of Illinois in 1985, Mr. Trentadue joined Bose McKinney & Evans.
Mindy Shapiro is a partner in the Litigation Group. Ms. Shapiro concentrates her practice in the defense of medical professionals and medical institutions, including hospitals and long term care facilities. She is a 1994 graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law and served as assistant corporation counsel in the Office of Corporation Counsel for the City of Indianapolis. Natalie Stucky is a partner in the Real Estate and Financial Institutions Groups. Nikki Shoultz is a partner in the Utility Group, representing clients in all types of matters involving the telecommunications, water, sewer, gas, and energy industries. She represents clients before administrative regulatory agencies on such issues as certificates of territorial authority (CTAs), rate cases, service territory disputes, billing disputes, interconnection agreements, and regulations governing Indiana public utilities. She has handled numerous types of administrative litigation including financing proceedings, mergers and acquisitions, ratemaking, depreciation rates, and rulemakings. She litigates competition-related disputes under the Telecommunications Act of 1996 on issues including WinBack promotions, slamming, structural separation, unbundled network element pricing and availability, alternative regulatory plans of incumbent carriers, access charge reform, inter-carrier compensation, and Bell operating company long distance authority requests. Ms. Shoultz serves as Indiana counsel for several national telecommunications carriers and several Indiana payphone providers. She also advises clients on other telecommunications issues including regulation of Voice Over Internet Protocol ("VOIP"), Broadband Over Power Lines ("BPL"), and wireless carriers. Additionally, she has assisted developers, customers, municipalities and utilities with zoning and service territory disputes, water and sewer capacity issues, customer specific contracts, main extension agreements, annexation, and real estate transactions. She has appeared in state and federal court and lobbied before the Indiana General Assembly on a number of utility related issues. Ms. Shoultz served as counsel for the City of Indianapolis in its contested acquisition of the Indianapolis Water Company before the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission. As the former Republican speaker of the Indiana House of Representatives, Mannweiler aggressively addressed a broad range of issues from tax reform to accountability in education, and economic development to daylight savings time. A veteran public official, he served in the Indiana House of Representatives for 23 years before joining the firm. Phil Ripani is a partner in the Labor and Employment Group. Mr. Ripani represents employers in labor and employment matters regarding employee benefits, immigration, employment discrimination, employee misconduct, collective bargaining and contract disputes, and other general employment issues. He helps company management with these and other labor issues, including union prevention, hiring, discipline and retention of employees, wage and hour, and plant closing issues. He also aids businesses with the immigration issues surrounding transferring employees internationally and obtaining visa status for foreign employees. He has helped companies, their foreign workers and their families, to obtain or extend appropriate temporary and immigrant status visas, including H-visas, student visas and permanent residence visa status. Mr. Ripani has been a practicing attorney since 1976. He is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Indiana.
Richard VanRheenen is a partner with the Environmental Law Group, concentrating in all aspects of environmental law. Mr. VanRheenen represents a wide variety of clients, including automobile dealers, privately owned businesses, manufacturing plants and large public companies. He has extensive experience with environmental litigation, brownfield development, environmental aspects of real estate transfers, permitting and compliance assistance. He has represented clients in actions involving the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM), the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and in litigation before state and federal courts. Sarah Steele Riordan is a partner in the Litigation Group. Her practice includes trials and appeals of civil and criminal matters in the state and federal courts, with an emphasis on complex commercial and white collar criminal cases. Ms. Riordan represents individuals, businesses and state agencies in state and federal criminal grand jury investigations. She also has represented clients in civil matters before the federal and state appellate courts, including the Supreme Courts of the United States, Indiana and Ohio, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the appellate courts of Indiana, Michigan and Ohio. Scott Tarter is a partner in the Business Services Group. Mr. Tarter assists many different types of businesses with their corporate legal needs, including general corporate advice and transactions, contracts, acquisitions and sales of businesses, with particular emphasis on privately-owned businesses. He has assisted numerous foreign-owned businesses with establishing and developing U.S.-based operations. He also assists new and emerging companies form and structure their businesses and develop corporate strategies. Susan Traynor Chastain is a partner in the Education Law Group. Her practice is devoted to school law, and she has represented school corporations throughout the state. She has extensive experience with special education hearings under state and federal law, collective bargaining, arbitration hearings, teacher and student discipline and dismissal matters, unfair labor practice and unit clarification and determination matters. She also has defended school corporations in Section 504, ADA, and other civil rights matters. Tim O'Hara is a partner in the Litigation Group. Mr. O'Hara has a vast degree of experience in many areas of litigation. He represents clients in high profile and complex divorce and other family law matters, administrative proceedings, real estate contractual disputes and employment litigation cases involving harassment or discrimination. Tom Atherton is a partner in the Tax Group. He has more than 30 years of experience working with property tax issues, and has been nationally recognized for his efforts. Lynn Potosky is a specialist in public finance who rejoined Bose McKinney & Evans LLP in June of 2001. Ms. Potosky previously assisted and managed the firm's public finance group for over 8 years, before joining a regional investment banking firm, representing more than 20 years experience in various facets of the public finance industry. While an investment banker, Ms. Potosky utilized her strong fundamentals in public finance law, together with her finance education, to assist governmental and nonprofit entities throughout Indiana and Kentucky with their financing needs. At Bose McKinney & Evans, Ms. Potosky continues to work closely with clients, including school corporations, cities and counties, nonprofits and state issuing authorities, as well as with related finance professionals such as underwriters, banks, rating agencies and bond insurers, in the planning and implementation of bond issues. She also has experience in letter-of-credit backed variable rate debt transactions for non-governmental borrowers. Ms. Potosky manages the legal documentation and proceedings from inception to successful completion of the transaction. Ms. Potosky is active in the Indiana Association of School Business Officials and the Indiana School Boards Association and regularly works with the State Department of Local Government Finance.
Marisol Sanchez is an associate in the Litigation Group at Bose McKinney & Evans representing clients in business and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Ms. Sanchez was a summer associate at Bose McKinney & Evans, and clerked for Chief Justice Randall T. Shepard of the Indiana Supreme Court. While in law school, Ms. Sanchez was active as the Co-Executive Competition Coordinator of the Moot Court Board and was recognized among the top Best Oralists and Best Briefs. She participated in the International Exchange Program in 2001 studying for a semester in Barcelona, Spain. She also served as a legal intern in the Indiana University Student Legal Services and as a member of the Latino Law Student Association. Michelle Cooper is of counsel to the Education Law and Intellectual Property Groups. She has extensive experience working with educational institutions in grievance resolution and arbitration hearings, workers' compensation, teacher and student discipline and dismissal matters, unfair labor practice matters, employment discrimination, wage and hour matters, unemployment compensation and intellectual property matters. Ms. Cooper is admitted to practice law in the state of Indiana, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
Mike Bartol is a partner in the Intellectual Property Group. He has a wide variety of experience in several technical specialties, including biosensors and other medical devices, computer assisted surgery, engines, transmissions, orthopedic implants, chemical compositions, injection and extrusion molding and many others. In addition to patent litigation and prosecution, Mr. Bartol assists clients with trade secret, trademark and copyright matters. He is a Registered Patent Attorney before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Prior to entering law school, Mr. Bartol worked as an engineer for the U.S. Army in chemical warfare defense. He is also an entrepreneur, having owned and operated two businesses before becoming an attorney.
Monica Mulligan is a paralegal in the Environmental Law Group. As part of this team, Ms. Mulligan assists attorneys in several areas of specialty, including brownfields, voluntary remediation cleanups, RCRA and CERCLA issues, environmental litigation, ATC permitting and compliance assistance. In addition, she has assisted with the development of presentations used for various civic and private organizations in connection with hazardous spills and CAFO Regulations. Prior to working with the Environmental Law Group, Ms. Mulligan was a member of the information technology team at Bose McKinney & Evans. Ms. Mulligan has 19 years of experience in the law firm environment and has been with the firm since 1998.
Robyn Baker is an associate in the firm's Real Estate Group. Prior to joining Bose McKinney & Evans she worked as a legal assistant for a sole practitioner, preparing closing statements and documents for real estate transactions. Ms. Baker received her juris doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2005 where she was on Dean's List, served as managing editor of the Oklahoma Journal of Law and Technology, participated in the Student Bar Association and received the highest grade in her class for antitrust and for legislation and the courts. She earned her bachelor of science degree in agricultural communications, summa cum laude, in 2002 from Oklahoma State University where she was a Top 10 Senior in the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources, editor-in-chief of Cowboy Journal, member of the President's Leadership Council, Mortar Board and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, treasurer of the Alpha Zeta Honor Society and recognized as the Outstanding Agricultural Communications Freshman. Ms. Baker is admitted to practice law in the states of Indiana and Oklahoma.

Rodger Hendershot joined Bose McKinney & Evans in 1998 as of counsel and is a member of the firm's Bankruptcy and Creditor's Rights Group. He assists both borrower and creditor clients in connection with various collection, foreclosure and bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Hendershot has served as an instructor for business law classes at Indiana University-Purdue University. He received his law degree from Indiana University - Indianapolis and his undergraduate degree from Butler University.

Roger Harvey is a vice president with Bose Public Affairs Group and a strategic communications specialist with Bose McKinney & Evans. Harvey works closely with corporations, governmental entities, and non-profit organizations providing strategic communications services. His expertise includes crisis communications, media training, public relations and grassroots campaigns. Harvey is an Emmy award-winning journalist whose news reports have been featured on MSNBC, CBS, CNN, and Court TV as well as network affiliates across the country. Harvey's career as a journalist has taken him around the world, and his investigative, political and general news reports have been honored dozens of times. Harvey received an Edward R. Murrow regional award for his reporting in Afghanistan. He was one of the first journalists to report live using a satellite videophone from Camp Phoenix in Kabul, Afghanistan, where he covered Indiana soldiers serving in Operation Enduring Freedom. Those reports also won a regional Emmy. Harvey has received awards from the Scripps Howard Foundation; the Radio-Television News Directors Association; the Washington, D.C., and Cleveland, Ohio, Emmy chapters; the Society of Professional Journalists; and The Associated Press. Among his statewide honors, Harvey was named The Associated Press Reporter of the Year. The Indiana Broadcasters Association selected his investigative work as "Story of the Year." He also won a CASPER Award for community service in investigative reporting. Among his most memorable assignments, Harvey covered Hurricane Katrina as the storm hit Mississippi, reporting on Indiana Task Force One and the mission to rescue victims in Gulfport and Biloxi. He also reported from New York City within hours of the Sept. 11 attacks and was anchor at the Olympic Games in Sydney, Australia. Harvey is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and spent more than 18 years working at network affiliates in Indianapolis, Richmond, Va. and Florence/Myrtle Beach, S.C. In 2007, Harvey received an EPIC Award of Excellence from the International Association of Business Communicators, Indianapolis chapter for Media Relations Communications. He is a graduate of the FBI Citizens' Academy and the Carmel Police Citizens' Academy. He serves on the board of the Culpepper Journalism Foundation, which funds high school scholarships in south Florida. Harvey is an announcer for the American Tennis Professional Tour RCA Championships tournament and frequently serves as an emcee for numerous charity galas and golf events.

Stephanie Holtzlander is a partner in the Litigation Group where she focuses primarily on product liability litigation regarding asbestos and silica. She has more than ten years of experience in asbestos litigation and appellate matters representing manufacturers, contractors and premises owners in a variety of cases, including multiple mesothelioma and lung cancer cases. She recently coordinated a national discovery project for a major premises defendant in an Indiana asbestos case. She possesses considerable experience in working directly with in-house counsel to manage discovery issues and develop defense strategies. Ms. Holtzlander also has extensive experience assisting clients in a variety of complex business and commercial disputes, including hospital credential disputes, medical malpractice claims, insurance defense, appellate practice and claims before the Medical Licensing Board. A 1990 graduate of Indiana University - Bloomington, she received her juris doctorate, with honors, from Drake University Law School in Des Moines, Iowa in 1993. She also received a master of arts from the Drake University School of Journalism and Mass Communications in 1993. Ms. Holtzlander is a member of the Indianapolis and Indiana State Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice before the Indiana State Bar and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of Indiana and for the Northern District of Indiana.

Stephanie Payne is a paralegal in the Litigation Group, serving as the asbestos coordinator for the firm's clients. Before joining Bose McKinney & Evans, she worked as a legal secretary in Bloomington while earning her undergraduate degree. Ms. Payne currently is attending law school at Indiana University Indianapolis.
Steve DeVoe is of counsel to the Business Services and Estate and Business Succession Planning Groups. Mr. DeVoe has been a practicing attorney in Indianapolis since 1965. Previously, he was a name partner of Henderson Daily Withrow & DeVoe. He concentrates his law practice in the area of corporate, sports, and entertainment law, as well as estate planning and probate. In addition to being a member of the Indianapolis and Indiana State Bar Associations, Mr. DeVoe also is a founder and the president of the Indianapolis Racquet Club and has served as Director of Professional Tennis for the United States Tennis Association and as Tournament Director for the RCA Tennis Championships in Indianapolis as well as the U.S. Open Tennis Championships in New York City.

Tom Fruechtenicht is of counsel to Bose McKinney & Evans in addition to his role as senior vice president of of the firm's governmental relations affiliate, BoseTreacy Associates. Mr. Fruechtenicht has been a practicing attorney since 1965. He was elected to the Indiana House of Representatives in 1972 and was re-elected for five consecutive terms. As state representative, he was elected House assistant minority caucus chairman, served as chairman of the House Public Policy Committee and as a member of the Courts & Criminal Code and Judiciary committees. After 10 years as a representative, where he developed extensive legislative skills in financial institutions, utility, and alcoholic beverage legislation, Mr. Fruechtenicht began working in governmental relations as a registered lobbyist in 1983. Mr. Fruechtenicht's vast experience includes representing numerous clients before the Indiana General Assembly and administrative agencies. He has represented large corporations, small privately owned companies as well as not-for-profit associations.

Tony Setzer is a partner in the Real Estate Group. Mr. Setzer focuses his practice on leasing, financing and land acquisition. He has experience in drafting and negotiating documentation, performing title review and coordinating due diligence in preparation for real estate acquisitions and sales. Chuck Rubright is a partner and chair of the Education Law Group. Mr. Rubright has extensive practical experience in negotiations, arbitration, employee dismissals, public section employee and retirement benefit matters, and litigation of public sector labor questions. He was formerly a hearing examiner and mediator for the Indiana Education Employment Relations Board. He has been a practicing attorney since 1974, a member of the firm since 1975 and a partner since 1982. Currently he serves on both the firm's management and compensation committees. In 2006 Mr. Rubright settled his 235th Collective Bargaining Agreement. He has negotiated contracts for Indiana public schools ranging in size as small as Crothersville to as large as the Gary Community School Corporation. Currently Mr. Rubright is serving as Chief Negotiator in several School Districts including Anderson Community Schools, M.S.D. Lawrence Township, M.S.D. Warren Township, M.S.D. Washington Township and Vigo County School Corporation. Additionally, Mr. Rubright personally serves as General Counsel to M.S.D. Washington Township, M.S.D. Decatur Township and Clark-Pleasant Community School Corporation. For the last two years Mr. Rubright also has been extensively involved in implementing the mandates of Senate Enrolled Act 199 and restructuring retirement benefits at numerous School Corporations.

George Patton is chair of the Appellate Group and a partner in the Litigation Group. While practicing law, he taught Appellate Advocacy and Procedure at Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington for five years, wrote a book on Indiana Appellate Procedure published by West Group, authored a chapter in a book on appellate briefs, and published several articles on Indiana appellate procedure. His law review articles have been cited by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, the Indiana Supreme Court, and the Indiana Court of Appeals. Mr. Patton has worked on cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals, the Indiana Supreme Court, and the Indiana Court of Appeals, resulting in more than 100 published opinions.
