Bruce has 15 years experience as a venture capital investor, entrepreneur, technology investment banker and corporate attorney. Bruce's venture experience includes the following exits: eVoice acquired by AOL [TWX], PureSight acquired by Boston Communications Group [BCGI], Vista Research acquired by McGraw Hill [MHP] and IP Infusion acquired by ACCESS CO., LTD [TSE: 4813]. Prior to joining Blumberg Capital in 1998, Bruce held several senior management positions within technology companies including Charles River Computers. Bruce also structured and managed early-stage technology transactions at Hambrecht & Quist, Mayer Brown & Platt and Bankers Trust Company. A native of New York, Bruce earned his BA in Finance and Communications, cum laude, from Yeshiva University, and his MBA and JD from Fordham University. Bruce serves as a member or observer on the Board of Directors of CaseStack, GO Networks, Insightix, LiteScape, and Correlix. He also serves on the board and the investment monitoring committee of the Jewish Community Foundation of Northern California.

David Blumberg brings more than 22 years of investing experience in venture capital backed technology companies including Zoran [ZRAN], ABIC - acquired byTeva [TEVA], Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. [CHKP], Creo Products [CREO], DSP Group [DSPG], Electronics For Imaging [EFII], AbirNet - acquired by Computer Associates [CA], Conduct Software and Allerez - both acquired by Mercury Interactive [MERQ], Vista Research acquired by McGraw Hill [MHP], PureSight - acquired by Boston Communications Group, Inc. [BCGI], IP Infusion - acquired by ACCESS Co., Ltd. [TSE: 4513], and GoNetworks - acquired by NextWave Wireless [WAVEX]. Prior to founding Blumberg Capital in 1991, David managed technology investments with Claridge Investments, Adler & Co., Apax, and T. Rowe Price Associates. David's operational experience includes launching the highly successful business development, marketing, and public relations efforts for CHKP in the US and Japan , helping build a substantial revenue stream prior to its IPO. David earned his AB in Government, cum laude, from Harvard College and his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and INSEAD. David speaks French and is proficient in Hebrew and Spanish. David serves as a member or observer on the Board of Directors of CaseStack, Siperian, Damballa, Insightix and Correlix. He also serves on the board of the Jewish Community Federation of San Francisco and is a member of the Pacific Council on International Policy.

Mr.Tobin has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Boston Communications Group,Inc. since February1996. Mr.Tobin served as Boston Communications Group,Inc.'s President and Chief Executive Officer from 1990 until February1996, and from April1997 to February1998. Prior to joining Boston Communications Group,Inc., Mr.Tobin served as President of Cellular One Boston/Worcester from July1984 to January1990 and as a Regional Marketing Manager for Satellite Business Systems, a joint venture of IBM, Comsat Corp. and Aetna Life& Casualty from April1980 to June1984. Mr.Tobin received his B.S. in economics from Stonehill College and his
