Joseph Mullen serves as Chairman of the Board of Bottomline Technologies (NASDAQ: EPAY), a leader in collaborative payment and invoice automation solutions designed to help corporations, financial institutions and banks around the world streamline their financial transaction processes. He had previously served as President and CEO of Bottomline Technologies where he led the company?s growth in annual sales to over $115M. Prior to Bottomline Technologies, Joseph held sales and marketing management positions at IBM. Named the 2007 New Hampshire High Technology Council Entrepreneur of the Year, Joseph also serves on the boards of V-Kernel Corp, and United Way of the Greater Seacoast. Joseph is a graduate of the University of Vermont, is a lecturer, and is in the Business Mentor Program at the Whittemore School of Business and Economics, University of New Hampshire.

An expert on global cash management, wholesale electronic banking, custody, SWIFT connectivity and the use of Service Oriented Architecture within banking applications, Eric has more than 25 years of industry experience in technology innovation for international payments and straight-through processing. As Bottomline’s CTO, Eric is actively involved in helping some of the world’s leading banks and financial institutions deploy software architectures for advanced treasury services.

Tom serves as Vice President and General Manager of Bottomline Technologies' Transaction Services line of business. In this role, he manages Bottomline's rapidly-growing hosted services, solutions that help organizations to streamline their financial business processes. Included in this suite is industry-leading Legal eXchangeâ„¢, a legal spend solution used by some of the world's largest companies.

Mr. Peck, who has served as a member of Bottomline’s senior leadership team in Europe since 2000, has worked closely with large corporations, including many FTSE and Fortune 100 accounts, to help guide their treasury and cross-border payments strategies.

Ms. Fettig comes to Bottomline from Farmers Insurance where she held leadership roles in establishing the company’s central bill review and in the development of its internal claims litigation management platform. A former insurance defense attorney, Ms. Fettig has extensive claims management and litigation experience having held positions earlier in her career with Liberty Mutual and Wausau Insurance. While at Liberty Mutual, she established and grew a legal staff office in Sacramento, CA, before transferring to manage a larger team of San Francisco-based staff attorneys.

Prior to joining Bottomline, Mr. Colby was a claims specialist for Westport Insurance Company and handled a variety of complex claim types, including Directors & Officers, legal malpractice and employment practice. Mr. Colby began his legal career with Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold, an international trial and litigation firm based in San Francisco, defending medical malpractice suits as part of its litigation practice group.

Mr. Curran is the former executive vice president of Bank of America Global Treasury Services. In this executive leadership role, he was responsible for Global Corporate Banking Sales, a multi-billion dollar business unit. During his time at Bank of America, Mr. Curran also served as a Corporate Band 1 Executive and as a member of the company's management operating committee. Prior to joining Bank of America, Mr. Curran held senior executive positions at FleetBoston Financial Corporation, Chemical Bank and Manufacturers Hanover Trust, Co.
