Yves Caseau has been Information Systems Director at Bouygues Telecom since November 2001. Before this, he was Director of New Technologies at the Bouygues group, in which role he was involved in constructing Bouygues Telecom's software architecture, and in particular the design of sales information systems. His primary interests in the field of information systems include process modelling and optimisation, exchange modelling and integration infrastructure design. Yves Caseau devoted the first part of his scientific career to software engineering and object-oriented programming, before turning towards operational research during the 1990s, first at Bellcore (USA) and then at the Bouygues group, which he joined in 1994. A former student of the Ecole Normale Superieure (Ulm), Yves Caseau holds a PhD and is accredited to supervise university research in IT (Paris XI and Paris VII).
