On July 1, 1994, John F. Dailey, Jr. became the Partner-in-Charge of the Firm's Governmental Services Department. In this capacity, Mr. Dailey has the major responsibility for the oversight of all municipal, county, school district, authority, certain non-profit and other governmental agency engagements. Mr. Dailey joined the Firm in 1973 upon earning his B.S. degree in Business Administration from Villanova University. In 1984 he was admitted as a partner of the Firm and specializes in municipal, school district, fire district and non-profit clients. Stephen E. Ryan is Bowman & Company LLP's resident expert on authorities and is also responsible for the audits of various local governments and school districts. He joined the Firm in 1973 and became a Partner in 1988. Mr. Ryan is responsible for the technical review of all the authority audits performed by our Firm. He is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant, Public School Accountant and Registered Municipal Accountant in the State of New Jersey. Steve earned his B.S. degree from Rutgers University.

Dave Bowman joined CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman, Inc. in May, 1986 as a real estate agent. He had just received his bachelor's degree in finance from Texas Tech University. After a successful career in selling, Dave was assigned the job of overseeing the property management department where he was successful in increasing the number of properties for the department. Dave was subsequently promoted to vice president of production and managing various areas of the company, including training, relocation, property management, technology, MLS, and accounting. Dave's expertise in the training of sales agents to become the best they can be, is demonstrated in the outstanding professionalism and productivity among the top 21 agents of our company. These agents are among the top agents in the overall Century 21 System and in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. He is dedicated to helping each agent achieve whatever level of productivity they desire. Dave has more than 18 years of experience in real estate and 11 years in managing sales agents and helping them achieve their goals. Our expert management team has a combined total of more than 115 years of experience in the training and managing of successful agents. The CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman Company has been in existence since 1971 and has been the #1 CENTURY 21 Office in the World in closed units for 1993, 1994, 19995, 1996, 1997, 1999 and 2000. Dave has also been involved in working with the in-house computer development team in the iBroker software program that manages the front desk customer service, buyer follow-up, seller feedback and back-office accounting systems. The iBroker system helps real estate brokerages manage the internal portion of the real estate operation on a day-to-day basis. There are many brokers utilizing this software program today nationwide. Dave is the 2003 Chairman of the Northeast County Board of Realtors. His responsibilities as chairman include conducting the board of director meetings, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the board of realtors, and reviewing meetings of each committee chairman. Glen J. Walton is a Principal with over eighteen years of consulting, accounting and auditing experience. He is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. He is also a Public School Accountant and Certified Financial Planner. He has a B.S. in Business Administration from Saint Joseph s University. Experience:: Mr. Walton has extensive auditing experience with public school districts, health care organizations, and various other not-for-profit and governmental organizations. His auditing experience also includes employee benefit plans. Membership in Professional and Civic Organizations:: Mr. Walton is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Institute of Certified Financial Planners. Mr. Walton is a board member for the Family YMCA of Burlington County and serves as Vice-Chair of its finance and audit committee. Mr. Walton is a member and Past President and Past Treasurer of the Moorestown Rotary Breakfast Club. He also served as Assistant-Governor for Rotary District 7500. He is a board member for the Moorestown Lacrosse Club and also coaches several youth teams in the community. Mr. Walton resides in Moorestown with his wife and two children.

Bob Biddle is a Principal with Bowman & Company LLP in Voorhees, New Jersey. He is responsible for many of the firm's internal administrative functions, including personnel, facilities, strategic business planning, finance, continuing professional education, marketing, and special projects. He also consults with clients on management and administrative issues. In addition, Bob is Managing Member of Bowman Human Resources Consulting, LLC. Mr. Biddle is a former President of the Delaware Valley Group of Accounting Administrators, Ltd., a member of the Association for Accounting Administration, and member of the Association of Accounting Marketers. He has spoken at conferences for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and his articles have been published in the Journal of Accountancy. In addition he is Chairperson of the Annual Heart Day, and a member of the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey. Prior to joining Bowman & Company LLP, Mr. Biddle was National Continuing Education Director for a national CPA firm and a consultant to CPA firms. In addition, he wrote and taught an in-house CPE program on "Effective Performance Evaluation." Mr. Biddle earned his B.S. degree from Villanova University. He has been a visiting professor at Rutgers University-Camden and an instructor at Drexel University.
