Peter Aquino is President and Chief Executive Officer of RCN Corporation. He also serves as a Director on RCN Corporation's Board of Directors. Mr. Aquino previously served as a Senior Managing Director of Capital & Technology Advisors LLC ("CTA"), a telecom restructuring firm, from 2001 through 2004. From January, 1995 to February 2002, Mr. Aquino served as Chief Operating Officer for Veninfotel, LLC during which time he helped design, build, and operate a "triple play" integrated broadband company in Venezuela. Prior to 1995, Mr. Aquino spent thirteen years with Bell Atlantic (now Verizon) in various positions, including finance, regulatory, and corporate development. Mr. Aquino earned his MBA at George Washington University in D.C. Mr Aquino was elected to the COMPTEL Board of Directors in October 2005.

Michael T. Sicoli serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining RCN Corporation in May 2005, Mr. Sicoli spent over seven years at Nextel, where he held a number of positions of increasing authority within the company's finance organization, including his most recent position of Vice President & Assistant Treasurer, which he held since 2002. Prior to joining Nextel, he worked for Deloitte Consulting and Accenture in the District of Columbia. Mr. Sicoli holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Virginia, Darden Graduate School of Business Administration, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from The College of William and Mary.

Richard Ramlall serves as Senior Vice President Strategic and External Affairs and is responsible for Regulatory Affairs, Investor Relations, Public Relations, External Affairs and Strategic Issues. Prior to joining RCN in March 2005, Mr. Ramlall served as Senior Managing Director and Executive Vice President of Spencer Trask Media and Communications Group, LLC (a division of New York-based venture capital firm Spencer Trask & Company) based in Reston, Virginia, from June 1999 to March 2005. From March 1997 to June 1999, Mr. Ramlall served as Vice President and Managing Director for Strategy, Marketing and International Government Affairs for Bechtel Telecommunications. Prior to that, Mr. Ramlall was Executive Director for International Business Affairs for Bell Atlantic International and spent over 18 years at Bell Atlantic in a number of areas, including strategy; corporate development; finance; marketing; operations; regulatory; and legal. In 1990, Mr. Ramlall was selected to serve a one year appointment under the Presidential Exchange Executive Program of the White House. Mr. Ramlall holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an MGA (Technology Management) from the University of Maryland.

Carol A. McAllister was admitted as a Partner of the Firm on July 1, 2005 and has over fifteen years experience in the Governmental Services Department of the Firm. Her areas of expertise are in the audits of municipal governments, school districts, authorities, non-profit organizations, federal and state programs and private industry. She is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She is also licensed to practice as a Registered Municipal Accountant and as a Public School Accountant in New Jersey. She has also been certified by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, Division of Local Government Services as a Certified Municipal Finance Officer. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Widener University. Experience :: Mrs. McAllister is currently responsible for county, municipal, school district, authority and non-profit organization audits. She has extensive Single Audit experience and works on various Federal and state grants at the County level (including Workforce Investment Act Grants, HUD Section 8 and Public Housing Programs). She also has experience in the preparation of official statements, verification reports and other special services for our clients. Membership in Professional and Civic Organizations :: Mrs. McAllister is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Registered Municipal Accountants Association of New Jersey. In the community, Mrs. McAllister serves as the Advancement Chairperson for Cub Scout Pack 220. She is a resident of Washington Township with her husband, Jim, and their three children.

David C. Rollison, who recently re-joined the Firm, was admitted as a Partner of the Firm on July 1, 2002. Mr. Rollison has over thirty years of experience in governmental and non-profit accounting and auditing. He is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant, Registered Municipal Accountant and Public School Accountant. Mr. Rollison graduated from Saint Joseph s University in 1976. Experience :: Mr. Rollison s client responsibilities include a county and numerous municipalities, authorities, school districts, special districts and several non-profit organizations. He is also certified as both a Municipal and County Finance Officer. Membership in Professional and Civic Organizations :: Mr. Rollison is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, where he serves as a member of the Governmental Accounting and Auditing Committee, the Registered Municipal Accountants' Association of New Jersey, where he formerly served as an officer, and lastly, is a member of the New Jersey Government Finance Officer s Association. In the community, Mr. Rollison is a member of the Salem County Chamber of Commerce as well as the Lions Club. He resides in Mullica Hill with his wife Maria.

Donald J. Patrick has been a Partner of Bowman & Company LLP since July 1, 1992. Currently serving the Firm as Chairman of the Commercial Department and the Tax Services Group, Mr. Patrick provides a comprehensive range of accounting, tax and consulting services to medical practices and ventures, automobile dealerships, farms and law firms as well as a variety of nonprofit organizations. He joined the Firm in 1978. Mr. Patrick is a Certified Public Accountant, Registered Municipal Accountant and a Public School Accountant. Mr. Patrick holds a B.S. degree in Commerce and Finance from Wilkes University as well as a M.S. degree in Taxation from Widener University. Mr. Patrick is a member of the American Institute of CPAs - Tax Division and the New Jersey Society of CPAs, where he has served on the Federal Tax Committee, State Tax Committee, Management of an Accounting Practice Committee, Health Care Committee and the Personal Financial Planning Committee. He is also a past President of the Burlington County Chamber of Commerce, a Past-President of the Board of Trustees and an ordained Elder of the First Presbyterian Church of Moorestown, Treasurer, and Director and Finance Committee member of the Samaritan Hospice, a member of the Riverton Country Club, and has served in many capacities in various other civic and charitable organizations. Mr. Patrick is a frequent lecturer/speaker on a variety of tax topics, has offered tax tips on cable television, radio and the newspaper and has authored several tax articles and training courses.

Harry J. Stokes has responsibility for Bowman & Company LLP's Management Advisory Services Department, which serves the general business community. A Partner in the Firm since 1988, he joined Bowman & Company in 1976. Mr. Stokes is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In the community, Harry currently serves as Treasurer of the Camden County Chapter of the American Red Cross. He received his B.S. in business administration from Drexel University, and resides in West Deptford Township, New Jersey with his wife, Jacqueline.

Harry P. Wills III is the Managing Partner of the Firm with over 20 years of consulting, accounting, and auditing experience. He is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Saint Joseph's University. Experience :: Mr. Wills is a partner in the Commercial Services Department. Mr. Wills' area of focus includes audits of employee benefit plans and taxation of for-profit and not-for-profit entities. His clients include law firms, insurance agencies, construction and manufacturing corporations, wholesalers and distributors, as well as not-for-profit organizations. Membership in Professional and Civic Organizations :: Mr. Wills is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants currently serving as a Trustee and is a past President for the Southwest New Jersey Chapter, and a Member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Wills is active with Rotary International, having served as the Charter President of the Voorhees Breakfast Rotary Club, past President of the Voorhees Rotary Club and Treasurer of Rotary District 7640. He has also coached basketball and soccer in the local community. Mr. Wills resides in Somerdale with his wife Alex and their three children.

Henry J. Ludwigsen is a Partner with over twenty years of governmental consulting and audits of counties, school districts and non-profits. He serves as the Chairperson for the Firm's Information Technology Department and is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey. Henry earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Temple University.

Jim Miles is a Partner with over twenty years of tax, consulting, accounting and auditing experience. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in New Jersey and is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Jim earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Glassboro State College (now Rowan University). Jim serves in the Commercial Services Department of the firm, providing tax and accounting services to medical practices, wholesalers, distributors as well as not-for-profit organizations. His area of expertise also includes audit and accounting services for local governmental authorities and joint insurance funds. In the community, Jim serves as the treasurer of the Food Bank of South Jersey and the Animal Welfare Association located in Voorhees. He and his wife Mary Ann reside in Gloucester Township, Camden County, New Jersey and are the parents of two sons, Jim, a graduate of William Paterson University, and Sean, a student at the University of Tampa.

On July 1, 1994, John F. Dailey, Jr. became the Partner-in-Charge of the Firm's Governmental Services Department. In this capacity, Mr. Dailey has the major responsibility for the oversight of all municipal, county, school district, authority, certain non-profit and other governmental agency engagements. Mr. Dailey joined the Firm in 1973 upon earning his B.S. degree in Business Administration from Villanova University. In 1984 he was admitted as a partner of the Firm and specializes in municipal, school district, fire district and non-profit clients. In 1997, Mr. Dailey received a Certificate of Educational Achievement in Governmental Accounting and Auditing from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Experience :: Mr. Dailey is currently the Partner-in-Charge of four municipal, two school district, two special school district and one charter school; sixteen fire district and various non-profit engagements. He has acted as an expert consultant on the establishment, consolidation and dissolution of several fire districts. In addition, Mr. Dailey has served the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, Division of Local Government Services as a member of the Registered Municipal Accountants Steering Committee charged with the responsibility of revising the "Requirements of Audit" for local New Jersey governments. Membership in Professional and Civic Organizations :: Mr. Dailey is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA) and the New Jersey Registered Municipal Accountants Association. His professional accomplishments include service as President of the Southwest Jersey Chapter of the NJSCPA, from June 1, 1990 through May 31, 1991. On a statewide level, Mr. Dailey currently serves as the NJSCPA s President for the fiscal year June 1, 2002 through May 31, 2003. In addition, Mr. Dailey serves the AICPA as a member of Council. In the community, Mr. Dailey was one the founders of the Voorhees Business Association and served as its initial Chairman of the Board of Trustees from 1989 to 1993, and currently serves as Chairman of the Finance Committee of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel R.C. Church in Berlin, NJ. In addition, Mr. Dailey is a member of the Gibbsboro-Voorhees Athletic Association where he coaches youth baseball. He is a resident of Voorhees with his wife, Mary, and their two children, Megan and John.

Joseph J. Hoffmann has been responsible for providing the highest level of leadership to Bowman & Company LLP, the largest locally based public accounting firm in South Jersey and is among the fifteen largest firms in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. He has served as a managing partner of the Firm for nine years. He is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey and is a licensed Registered Municipal Accountant. He received his B.A. in Business/Accounting from Rutgers University. Experience :: Mr. Hoffmann has over thirty years experience in accounting and auditing of governmental agencies and not-for-profit organizations. During these thirty years he has acted as the in-charge or the appointed auditor for many municipalities, school districts and other governmental-type entities. Additionally, he has consulted on engagements that include providing a present value evaluation of the pros and cons associated with the State's offering of an early retirement incentive program; assistance with the dissolution of municipal water districts and combining of there functions with the fire district thereby producing cost savings; developing a plan for the acquisition of infrastructure to reduce the costs of providing water; presentations before the BRC (formerly the BPU) to set municipal water rates and testimony as an expert witness with regard to beach badge fees charged by North Jersey shore communities. Membership in Professional and Civic Organizations :: Mr. Hoffmann is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and The New Jersey Registered Municipal Accountants' Association. Additionally, Mr. Hoffmann has served on the Governmental Committee of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, as President of the Southwest Jersey Chapter of Certified Public Accountants and has served on various committees of the Southwest Jersey Chapter and the State Society of CPA s. Mr. Hoffmann recently ended his eight-year tenure as President of the Berlin Athletic Association however, remains on the Board as a Trustee. He also served for two years as Chairman of Berlin Cub Scout Pack 55. Mr. Hoffmann resides in Berlin with his wife Christina and their three children.

Kirk N. Applegate is a partner with over twenty years of experience in governmental accounting for the Firm. He is a 1981 graduate of Rutgers University. His area of expertise is in the audit of municipal governments, school districts and municipal utility authorities. Experience :: Mr. Applegate is currently responsible for the audits of three municipalities, two school districts, three municipal utility authorities and two not for profit organizations. His audits of municipalities and school district are subject to the requirements of the Single Audit Law. He has had experience in the preparation of arbitrage calculations for debt issues. He was also instrumental in the development of our company's audit work programs for Authorities. He participates in our Company s Continuing Education Programs and Workpaper Inspection Program. He has successfully completed the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant s courses to obtain a Certificate of Educational Achievement in Government Accounting and Auditing. Membership in Professional and Civic Organizations :: Mr. Applegate is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is active in the Stratford Athletic Organization and is a past member of the Laurel Springs volunteer fire department. He also serves on the firm s social committee. Mr. Applegate resides in Stratford with his wife, Caren and three daughters.

Lisa A. Donahue is a Partner with over seventeen years of experience in the Governmental Services Department of the Firm. Her areas of expertise are the audits of municipal governments, non-profit organizations, county colleges, and state and federal grant programs. She is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant, Registered Municipal Accountant and Public School Accountant in New Jersey. Mrs. Donahue joined the Firm in 1985 upon earning her B.S. degree in Accounting from Saint Joseph's University. In 1997 she was admitted as a partner of the Firm. In 1997, Mrs. Donahue received a Certificate of Educational Achievement in Governmental Accounting and Auditing from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Experience :: Mrs. Donahue is currently the Partner-in-Charge of seven municipal, two county colleges, and a variety of non-profit engagements. She is an expert in the Single Audit Law. She has prepared a variety of internal control studies and evaluations in accordance with the requirements of Statement on Auditing Standards No. 78 and the COSO Report and has performed a variety of consulting engagements for both audit and non-audit clients. Mrs. Donahue chairs the Firm's Governmental Services Accounting and Auditing Sub-committee. In that capacity, she has developed and instructed numerous in-house continuing professional education seminars and is Partner-in-Charge of the Firm's in-house monitoring program for governmental engagements. Membership in Professional and Civic Organizations :: Mrs. Donahue is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the New Jersey Registered Municipal Accountants Association. Her professional accomplishments include service as President of the Southwest Jersey Chapter of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. On a state-wide level, Mrs. Donahue currently serves the Society as a member of the Board of Trustees as well as chairs the Chapter Operations Committee. She most recently completed a term as chair of the Governmental Accounting and Auditing Committee. In the community, Mrs. Donahue serves on the Finance Committee of Incarnation Church. She is a resident of Mantua Township with her husband Joseph and their two children.

Michael D. Cesaro was admitted as a Partner of the Firm on July 1, 2005. He joined the Governmental Services Department of the Firm in 1989. His areas of expertise are the audits of county and municipal governments, school districts, non-profit organizations and federal and state financial assistance programs. He is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant, Registered Municipal Accountant and as a Public School Accountant in New Jersey. He has also been certified by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, Division of Local Government Services as a Certified Municipal Finance Officer. Mr. Cesaro graduated Summa Cum Laude from Glassboro State College (Rowan University) where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration. Experience :: During his career, Mr. Cesaro has performed audit services for 16 municipalities, one county, eight school districts and three non-profit organizations most subject to the requirements of the Single Audit Law. He is currently the partner in charge of one county, seven municipalities, three school districts and one non-profit organization. He has successfully completed the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants' courses to obtain a Certificate of Educational Achievement in Government Accounting and Auditing. Membership in Professional and Civic Organizations :: Mr. Cesaro is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, where he serves as a member of the Governmental Accounting and Auditing Committee and the New Jersey Registered Municipal Accountant's Association, where he currently serves as President and Trustee. Previously, Mr. Cesaro had served the Association as Vice-President and Treasurer. In the community, Mr. Cesaro has served as a member of the Advisory Council for the Food Bank of South Jersey; has helped coordinate and facilitate charitable efforts to assist the underprivileged of Camden City via his service with the School District of Camden's District Parent Center; and also assists in promoting childhood cancer awareness through his service with the Emmanuel Cancer Foundation.

Michael J. Welding is a Partner with over twenty years of experience in the Governmental Services Department of the Firm. His areas of expertise are in the governmental consulting and auditing of counties, municipalities, authorities, school districts and special districts of the State of New Jersey. He is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant, Registered Municipal Accountant and Public School Accountant. Michael earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rutgers University Camden in 1981. Experience :: Mr. Welding is currently Partner-in-Charge on the engagements of seven municipalities, four school districts, three utility authorities, a county college, a fire district and several county row offices. His responsibilities have also included assistance to clients in the selection and implementation of computer hardware and software and assistance in various debt issuance matters. Michael is also licensed as a Municipal Chief Financial Officer. Membership in Professional and Civic Organizations :: Mr. Welding is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Registered Municipal Accountants' Association of New Jersey. He is also a charter member of the Rotary Club of Pine Hill Sunrise. Michael is a resident of Washington Township, Gloucester County.

Nina Sorelle is a Partner with over 20 years of public accounting experience. She is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration - Summa Cum Laude - from Glassboro State College (currently Rowan University). In 1996, Ms. Sorelle received a Certificate of Educational Achievement in Governmental Accounting and Auditing from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Experience :: Ms. Sorelle's career includes extensive experience with audits of health care agencies; private schools; other not-for-profit organizations; and governmental entities, including municipalities, school districts, and authorities; with an emphasis on audits conducted in accordance with Government Auditing Standards and the Single Audit Act. In addition to her responsibilities within the firm, Nina provides peer review and consulting services to other CPA firms. She has performed technical reviews for CPA's continuing professional education courses in accounting for and auditing of not-for-profit organizations and performing Single Audits. Ms. Sorelle has also served as instructor for several courses for the New Jersey Society of CPAs. Membership in Professional and Civic Organizations :: Ms. Sorelle is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA), the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Health Care Financial Management Association, the Tax Division of the AICPA, and the Peer Review Executive Committee (PREC) of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Sorelle formerly served as Chair of the PREC and has also served as a member of the AICPA Peer Review Board. In the community, Ms. Sorelle currently serves on the Board of Directors and Financial Management Committee of the United Way of Gloucester County and has previously been actively involved with Rotary and the Girl Scouts. She lives in Mickleton, New Jersey, with her husband, Joseph.

Robert P. Nehila Jr. was admitted as a partner of the Firm on July 1, 2003. Mr. Nehila has over fifteen years of experience in governmental auditing. He is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant, Registered Municipal Accountant and Public School Accountant in New Jersey. He is a graduate of Rider University and resides in Evesham Township with his wife and two daughters.

Stephen E. Ryan is Bowman & Company LLP's resident expert on authorities and is also responsible for the audits of various local governments and school districts. He joined the Firm in 1973 and became a Partner in 1988. Mr. Ryan is responsible for the technical review of all the authority audits performed by our Firm. He is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant, Public School Accountant and Registered Municipal Accountant in the State of New Jersey. Steve earned his B.S. degree from Rutgers University.

Dave Bowman joined CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman, Inc. in May, 1986 as a real estate agent. He had just received his bachelor's degree in finance from Texas Tech University. After a successful career in selling, Dave was assigned the job of overseeing the property management department where he was successful in increasing the number of properties for the department. Dave was subsequently promoted to vice president of production and managing various areas of the company, including training, relocation, property management, technology, MLS, and accounting. Dave's expertise in the training of sales agents to become the best they can be, is demonstrated in the outstanding professionalism and productivity among the top 21 agents of our company. These agents are among the top agents in the overall Century 21 System and in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. He is dedicated to helping each agent achieve whatever level of productivity they desire. Dave has more than 18 years of experience in real estate and 11 years in managing sales agents and helping them achieve their goals. Our expert management team has a combined total of more than 115 years of experience in the training and managing of successful agents. The CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman Company has been in existence since 1971 and has been the #1 CENTURY 21 Office in the World in closed units for 1993, 1994, 19995, 1996, 1997, 1999 and 2000. And second in closings in 1998, 2001, and 2002. Dave has also been involved in working with the in-house computer development team in the iBroker software program that manages the front desk customer service, buyer follow-up, seller feedback and back-office accounting systems. The iBroker system helps real estate brokerages manage the internal portion of the real estate operation on a day-to-day basis. There are many brokers utilizing this software program today nationwide. Dave is the 2003 Chairman of the Northeast County Board of Realtors. His responsibilities as chairman include conducting the board of director meetings, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the board of realtors, and reviewing meetings of each committee chairman. Dave's experience and expertise is certainly one of the reasons that CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman, Inc. is and remains one of the top real estate companies in the USA.

Glen J. Walton is a Principal with over eighteen years of consulting, accounting and auditing experience. He is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. He is also a Public School Accountant and Certified Financial Planner. He has a B.S. in Business Administration from Saint Joseph s University. Experience:: Mr. Walton has extensive auditing experience with public school districts, health care organizations, and various other not-for-profit and governmental organizations. His auditing experience also includes employee benefit plans. Membership in Professional and Civic Organizations:: Mr. Walton is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Institute of Certified Financial Planners. Mr. Walton is a board member for the Family YMCA of Burlington County and serves as Vice-Chair of its finance and audit committee. Mr. Walton is a member and Past President and Past Treasurer of the Moorestown Rotary Breakfast Club. He also served as Assistant-Governor for Rotary District 7500. He is a board member for the Moorestown Lacrosse Club and also coaches several youth teams in the community. Mr. Walton resides in Moorestown with his wife and two children.

Bob Biddle is a Principal with Bowman & Company LLP in Voorhees, New Jersey. He is responsible for many of the firm's internal administrative functions, including personnel, facilities, strategic business planning, finance, continuing professional education, marketing, and special projects. He also consults with clients on management and administrative issues. In addition, Bob is Managing Member of Bowman Human Resources Consulting, LLC. Mr. Biddle is a former President of the Delaware Valley Group of Accounting Administrators, Ltd., a member of the Association for Accounting Administration, and member of the Association of Accounting Marketers. He has spoken at conferences for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and his articles have been published in the Journal of Accountancy. In addition he is Chairperson of the Annual Heart Day, and a member of the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey. Prior to joining Bowman & Company LLP, Mr. Biddle was National Continuing Education Director for a national CPA firm and a consultant to CPA firms. In addition, he wrote and taught an in-house CPE program on "Effective Performance Evaluation." Mr. Biddle earned his B.S. degree from Villanova University. He has been a visiting professor at Rutgers University-Camden and an instructor at Drexel University.
