Boyd Converting Company Inc.

Bronly Boyd is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Boyd Converting Company, Inc with 37 years of industry experience. He started the business in Pittsfield, MA in 1979 after successfully raising the equity capital needed to fund the startup of manufacturing operations. Prior to starting Boyd Converting, he was executive Vice President of Berkshire Paper Company, Inc of Great Barrington, MA, a paper converting company he helped start in 1969. After graduating from American University in Washington, D.C. with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Bronly was drafted into the Army and served one year in Vietnam.

Dennis Martin joined Boyd Converting Company, Inc. in 1980 and has been instrumental in the growth of the company from a 2 man operation to over 100 employees today. As Vice President of Manufacturing, Dennis has responsibility for 15+ Production Lines encompassing dozens of client's manufacturing products. With over 30 years of experience, he has the unwavering ability to assess a client's needs and develop a manufacturing process that benefits all parties involved without losing sight of Boyd's ultimate goal of client success and satisfaction. Prior to joining Boyd, Dennis spent several years at Berkshire Paper Company in roles such as Production Manager and Sales Manager.

Stephen Boyd joined the company in 1999 after serving as an Associate Financial Planner for Economic Growth Group in New York City where he was responsible for tracking prospective client status and divisional performance and sales activities to budget and forecast revenue and cost for monthly, quarterly and annual reports. Prior to that, he was an Editorial Assistant with Ski Magazine. Stephen brings over 10 years experience in the sales arena with the majority of that experience within the Cosmetic Industry and has grown our presence in that industry significantly where we continue to be a lead provider of Specialty Material. He graduated from Middlebury College in Middlebury VT with a B.A. in Sociology with a concentration in writing.
