Bradford Equities Management LLC

Managing Director, joined Bradford in 1998 and has approximately 16 years of private equity investment experience. Mr. Rudolph serves as Chairman of the Board of Atlantic-Meeco, Inc., Electron Beam Technologies, Inc., Indo-European Foods, Inc., Portuguese Baking Company, L.P. and Professional Plumbing Group, Inc. and as a Director of Alkota Cleaning Systems, Inc., Eagle Solutions, Inc., Independent Printing Company, Inc. and Sunbelt Modular Corporation. He also served as a Director of Mexican Accent, Inc., TriMark USA, Inc., Beverage Enterprises, Inc. and HC Holdings, Inc. and as a Board Observer of PriCellular Corporation. Prior to joining Bradford, Mr. Rudolph was employed by CoreStates Enterprise Capital Group, the merchant banking operation of CoreStates Bank, N.A., where he was responsible for making private equity and subordinated debt investments in middle-market companies. Mr. Rudolph has also held private equity positions with Public School Employees' Retirement Systems of Pennsylvania and Liberty Mutual Insurance Group. Mr. Rudolph received an M.S. in Finance from Boston College and a B.B.A. from St. Bonaventure University.

Brian Kelly is the President of Waverly Partners, Inc. He is also a Director of Berkshire Manufactured Products, Inc. and National Manufacturing Co., Inc., two specialty metal manufacturing companies serving the aerospace, electronics and medical industries. Prior to starting Waverly in 1994, Mr. Kelly was President of Fitchburg Coated Products, a manufacturer of specialty coated papers and a winner of the USA Today National Quality Award. From 1984 to 1989, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Technographics, Inc. Mr. Kelly is a Certified Public Accountant, received an AB in Political Science from Providence College and an MBA from McGill University.

Mr. LeCalsey assumed the positions of President and Chief Executive Officer of Tufco in October 1996. Previously he was President of Tufco Industries, Inc. since April 1996. Prior to joining Tufco, he 6 served as Vice President of Worldwide Logistics and North American Procurement for Scott Paper Company, the culmination of a 23-year career with Scott in various leadership positions. Mr. LeCalsey serves as a director of Independent Printing Company, Inc., as well as a member of the Advisory Board for Bradford Equities Management, LLC.

Mr. Segel has been a director since February 2008. He is President of Highlands, LLC, founded in 2005, which provides consulting, investment and advisory services to businesses and private equity investors. From 1998 to 2004, Mr. Segel was President and CEO of Pamarco Technologies, Inc., a manufacturer/re-manufacturer of printing and converting equipment and key wear components. From 1993 to 1997, Mr. Segel was President and CEO of Dunmore Corporation, a privately held converter of plastic films. From 1990 to 1993, he was an Executive Vice President with Bell and Howell. Mr. Segel is currently a director of Pelagus Fund, Inc. and several privately held companies. Mr. Segel received Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Yale University, and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He has over 35 years experience in the printing and converting industry.

Robert J. Halpern, TriMark USA's President, will retire at the end of the month. Bob has served in his current position since 1999 and led the build-up of TriMark commencing with the sale of his family company, United East to Bradford Equities, LLP in 1998. Bob stated that, "After over forty- five years of hard work in the industry it is time to relax and enjoy what I have worked for. I have my dear wife Marcia, my three children and four terrific grandchildren to keep me busy. I am also ready to begin some non-business related travel and to hopefully find the time to improve my golf game. It has been a great ride in a wonderful industry. The dedicated employees at TriMark were always the key to my success. I thank them all." Bob will be an Advisor to the firm and remain a member of its Board of Directors.
