As vice president for Brady's Asia Pacific region, Allan Klotsche is responsible for leading Brady's identification solutions and direct marketing business in the region. Due to the integrated global needs of our die-cut customers, Allan also manages Brady's global die-cut business and Strategic Account Manager program. Since joining Brady in 1988 as a sales representative, Allan has held a variety of sales, technical and marketing assignments. From 1996 to 1998, Allan worked in South Korea to form the Company's first joint venture; he helped to open the first Brady office in Beijing, China; and was instrumental in the development of the Company's long-term China plan. In 1998, he began managing Brady's global die-cut business in his role as vice president and general manager of the Precision Tapes group until he assumed his current roles in April 2003. Allan graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1987 with a marketing degree and returned in 1994 to receive his master's degree through the executive MBA program.

Dr. Pungello has been a Director of the Company since November 2003. She is a member of the Company's Finance, Governance and Technology Committees. Dr. Pungello is the great-granddaughter of Brady founder William H. Brady, Sr., and a developmental psychologist at the Frank Porter Graham Child Development Institute at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has served as president of the Brady Education Foundation (formerly the W.H. Brady Foundation) since January 2001.

Matt Williamson is vice president-Brady Americas, responsible for all of Brady's identification businesses in North and South America. Matt joined Brady in 1979 as a sales representative and has served in a variety of leadership roles including regional sales manager, product group manager, U.S. national sales manager, director of marketing, and vice president and general manager. In 1998, Matt served as vice president and general manager of the Identification Solutions division until he was promoted to vice president and general manager of Brady's global high performance identification business in 2001. He assumed his current role as vice president-Brady Americas region in April 2003. He holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Patrick Ference joined Brady in September, 2008 as vice president - human resources, responsible for Brady's global human resources function. Prior to joining Brady, he was vice president, corporate human resources for Cooper Industries, Ltd. in Houston, TX, responsible for executive leadership development, global talent management, and organizational development. His many accomplishments at Cooper include leading large-scale growth and operational improvement initiatives, business turnarounds, implementation of SAP HR, change leadership for enterprise implementation of SAP, and building start-up commercial teams to drive global growth in the Americas, China and India. Pat holds a bachelor of science degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of Cooper Industries' Leadership Program sponsored through the Jones Graduate School of Management at Rice University.

Peter Sephton is vice president of Brady-Europe, responsible for managing all of Brady's business in the region. Peter joined Brady's Seton-UK operation as managing director in March 1997, where he was responsible for Brady's Seton direct marketing business. In 2001, Peter assumed the role of managing director for Brady's identification solutions business in the UK. He was promoted to vice president of Brady-Europe in April 2003. Prior to joining Brady, Peter held a variety of managerial roles with Tate and Lyle Plc, Sutcliffe Speakman Plc and Morgan Crucible. Peter holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University College Cardiff. He has also attended courses at the University of North Carolina, The London Business School, IDM Business to Business Certification Program, and Business German at Leeds Met University.

In 2000 she was appointed vice-president. Prior to joining Brady, Kathy spent six years with Kraft Food Service, where she was actively involved in growing the business to become a division of a Fortune 500 company. She started her career as a CPA with Deliotte. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

Tom joined Brady in 1989 as a product manager and held several sales and marketing positions until being named vice president and general manager of Brady's U.S. Signmark Division in 1994. In 1999 Tom and his family moved to Europe where he led the European Signmark business for two years, then gained additional responsibility for the combined European Seton and Signmark businesses, which he also held for two years. In 2003 Tom returned to Milwaukee where he was responsible for Brady's global sales and marketing processes, Brady Software businesses, and the due diligence/integration of the EMED acquisition. In June 2004, he was promoted to vice president-Direct Marketing Americas.

David Hawke is executive vice president of Brady Corporation, responsible for global processes, information technology, new product development, acquisitions and new business development. In addition, he oversees Brady's global manufacturing and logistics operations. He joined Brady in 1979 and served as general manager of the Identification Solutions Division from 1985 to 1991. From 1991 to 1995 he served as managing director of Brady's European businesses. From 1995 to 2003 he served as senior vice president of Brady Corporation and president of Brady's Graphics & Workplace Solutions Group, responsible for strategy and worldwide growth of Brady's maintenance and safety identification, presentation systems and digital color graphics businesses, as well as Brady's direct marketing businesses. David holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, Eau Claire, Wis. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan Senior Executive Program.

Barbara G. Bolens is vice president and treasurer for Brady Corporation as well as director of investor relations. She is responsible as treasurer for the management of Brady's global liquidity, bank relationships, foreign exchange, and risk. As the director of investor relations, Barb handles communications with investors, analysts and others in the financial community and strives toward expanding Brady's shareholder and analyst base. She has been with Brady for 19 years and has worked in a wide variety of positions beginning in customer service and customer service management and progressing through product management and new product development. For the past 9 years Barb has been a member of the Corporate Finance Team, holding a variety of positions.

Keith Kaczanowski is the Vice President of Supply Chain Management. He joined Brady in 1980 and was appointed to his current position in 2005. He spent the last three years serving as Brady's Vice President of Information Technology. In 1999 Keith was named Vice President of Business Process Development responsible for Brady's process improvement initiative and ERP implementation (known as Eclipse). Keith served as general manager for Brady's operations in Australia from 1996 through 1999. Prior positions include operations manager, controller, production control manager, estimating supervisor and cost accountant. Keith holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a master's degree in business administration also from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Mr. Martell hails from Brady Corporation (NYSE:BRC) in Milwaukee, Wis., TISCOR's parent company since 2003, where he spent 16 years in a variety of capacities from heading up Brady sales efforts in Australia to becoming the Western Regional Manager for Brady in Denver, Colo. In 2004, Mr. Martell accepted the position of General Manager of TISCOR, assuming responsibility for overseeing the general operations of the company including strategic development, product development, customer support, finance, sales, marketing and administration. Mr. Martell has a bachelors of business administration in marketing from Marquette University.

Mr. Wagner is a graduate in political science from Humboldt State University and has a degree in network engineering from Maric College. His job history includes a position at Qualcomm as a technician in base station controllers, which involved hands-on experience with code division multiple access (CDMA) technology for cellular phones. Mr. Wagner was also the manager of a developmental group home called Joshua House in Eureka, Calif., before settling in San Diego. In his current role, Mr. Wagner is responsible for managing the technical support, training service and coordination, and the repair of hardware at Brady/TISCOR.

Ms. Morales is responsible for directing all marketing operations, ensuring that programs support product and corporate objectives. Her responsibilities include the TISCOR website, trade shows, advertising, public relations, market research, product branding and product launches. Having worked in the semiconductor and telecommunications industries prior to joining TISCOR, Ms. Morales has over 16 years experience in marketing high technology products. Her experience, combined with her degree in marketing, make her a valuable member of the TISCOR team.

Mike Naumann was added as a part-time youth ministry coordinator in the fall of 2000. Mike serves Christ and our church in this capacity. Mike has worked with high school and middle school youth in a church setting for over 17 years directing service projects, fellowship events, fundraising activities and teaching Christian education classes. He also works part-time at Brady Corporation in Milwaukee where he leads the Company's acquisition efforts for the Americas' direct marketing and people identification businesses. Mike joined Mt. Zion in the fall of 1997 when his family moved to Milwaukee from Racine as a result of a new job opportunity. Mike served on the church council from 1999 2000 and stepped aside to pick up the reins of the high school (and subsequently middle school) youth ministry programs. He has shared his gifts in lay ministry leadership positions since he was in college and has enjoyed serving in such positions as evangelism chairperson, stewardship chairperson, staff support chairperson, youth director, Sunday school teacher, board member and council president.

Peter Lettenberger has served as a director of Brady since January 1977. Now retired, he was a partner in the law firm of Quarles & Brady, Milwaukee, Wis., general counsel to Brady. He serves on the Finance Committee and the Corporate Governance Committee.

Gary Nei has been a director of Brady since November 1992. He is chairman of Nei-Turner Media, Walworth, Wis. He chairs the Finance and Compensation Committees and also serves on the Corporate Governance Committee.

Ms. Bush has served as a Director of ManTech since 2006. Ms. Bush founded Bush International, a global consulting firm in 1991. From 1989 to 1991, Ms. Bush served as Managing Director and Head of the Federal Housing Finance Board, the oversight body for the nation s 12 Federal Home Loan Banks. Prior to 1989, Ms. Bush was the Vice President and Head of International Finance at the Federal National Mortgage Associate (Fannie Mae). From 1982 to 1984, Ms. Bush served as U.S. Alternate Executive Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), a position appointed by the President of the United States and confirmed by the Senate. In that capacity, she worked with the U.S. Treasury Department to formulate policy on IMF lending and global economic matters. Ms. Bush serves on the board of directors of The Pioneer Family of Mutual Funds, Briggs & Stratton Corporation, Discover Financial Services, Marriott International, Inc and UAL Corporation (United Airlines).

Roger Peirce Mr. Peirce was President and CEO of Super Steel Products Company of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, when he joined DEMCO's Board in 1990. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Valuation Research Corporation and as Secretary/Treasurer and co-owner of the Jor-Mac Company, Inc., Grafton, Wisconsin, fabricator and finisher of sheet metal products. He currently serves as a Director of Journal Communications, Inc., of Milwaukee, and of Allete, Inc., a Duluth, Minnesota utility, land owner, and development company. Prior to 1987, CPA Peirce was Managing Partner of Arthur Andersen's Tucson, Arizona office.
