Jerry Osborn has extensive experience and expertise in the robotic and automated manufacturing fields. Osborn is also Executive Vice President of Braintech Inc., the parent company. He joined Braintech on Feb. 2, 2009. Osborn has held various management positions in customer service, engineering, project management and manufacturing. Immediately prior to joining Braintech, Osborn was Vice President and General Manager of the North American Robot Automation business unit of ABB Robotics Inc. from 2004 through 2008. Under his leadership, that unit sustained triple digit revenue growth. Much of the growth was through product innovation that includes TrueView, which utilizes Braintech's award-winning, patented Single Camera 3D software. Osborn has a B.S. in Industrial Technology from Colorado State University and has undertaken specialized graduate studies at Duke University, the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, the University of Michigan and the ABB Academy in Switzerland. He began his career in the ESAB Robotics Division in 1983. Osborn joined ABB in 1992 after it acquired ESAB Robotics. He is based in Braintech's Sales, Engineering and Operations office in Detroit

Chief Operating Officer, Braintech Inc. Adil Shafi joined the Braintech August 2008. Mr. Shafi spearheads overall company sales and revenue efforts, daily operations and technology development from Michigan, focusing on providing solutions development. He is also responsible for the training and support of all enhanced solutions and technology as well as growing the company's USA engineering force. Mr. Shafi is also President of SHAFI Inc and SHAFI Innovation Inc., which were acquired by Braintech in 2008. During his 20+ years in the Vision Guided Robotics industry, he has helped pioneer many innovations beneficial and practical in the commercial marketplace. Mr. Shafi holds Computer Science and Electrical Engineering degrees from Michigan Technological University.

Mr. Jones is the founder of Braintech, its first Chief Executive Officer and he continues to serve as a Director and advisor. As founder, Mr. Jones provided significant financial support and directed the Company's effort to successfully partner with industrial giant ABB, Inc. Between May 1995 and November 30, 2000, Mr. Jones was Director and CEO of Sideware Systems, Inc. (an IBM Premiere CRM business partner). Previous to founding Braintech, Mr. Jones since 1981, held senior technical and marketing management positions with several high tech companies - regionally in British Columbia, nationally in Canada and the US. Mr. Jones majored in Canadian economic history with a minor in computer science from the University of British Columbia.

President and Chief Executive Officer, Director, Unity Communications Corporation. Mr. Milton joined Unity as President and Chief Executive officer in May 2002. Mr. Milton was one of the founders and principal shareholders of BTS Development Corporation in 1979 and coordinated all the financial and legal matters. Mr. Milton has served as Chief Executive Officer of BTS Development Corporation since 1979, which developed over $250 Million of Resort Property on Sanibel Island and in Fort Myers, including two golf course communities and one waterfront community with a marina. Previously, he was the President and CEO of Synecom Communications Corporation, an integrated communications provider. Commencing in 1992, Mr. Milton was the President of Optel Communications, Inc., a co-owner of an international submarine cable system sold to Teleglobe, Inc., in 1998. He was also President and Chief Executive Officer of Institutional Communications Company, Inc. (ICC), one of the first competitive access providers in the United States. Through Mr. Milton's efforts, ICC made a dramatic turnaround and demonstrated the early profit potential of competitive access providers. ICC was subsequently sold to MFS Communications Company, Inc., in 1991, which in turn, was acquired by MCI. Mr. Milton was the President of the Sanctuary Golf Club on Sanibel Island for ten years, and also practiced law for nineteen years. Mr. Milton is a graduate of Georgetown University (LL.M.), Washington College of Law at American University (J.D.), and Michigan State University (B.A.).

Mr. Butler is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of the BAS Group, Inc., a privately held automotive service center, Managing Member of 14720 Southlawn, LLC, a privately held company that owns and manages commercial real estate, and President and Chief Operating Officer of Aviation Facilities Corporation, Inc., an aviation real estate venture that leases, owns and manages T-Hanger space for the indoor storage of aircraft. Through the 80's and early 90's, Mr. Butler was a lessee member of Congressional Air, Ltd., an aircraft charter operation. Mr. Butler has over 33 consecutive years of entrepreneurial experience in the private sector. Mr. Butler is not a director of any other public companies.

Mr. Speros, Chairman, Chalk Inc., is an accomplished entrepreneur whose background includes several successful ventures in the technology and business industries. Many of these companies became recognized leaders in their respective industries. In addition to his role as Chairman of Chalk, Inc., Mr. Speros sits on the Board of Directors for the publicly traded company, Chalk Media Corp. He also serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Braintech, Inc., a publicly traded vision guided robotics company. Prior to his affiliation with Chalk, Mr. Speros was President and Chief Executive Officer of Sideware Systems, Inc., a customer relationship management software company which traded publicly in the United States and Canada. Their strategic partner alliances included such companies as IBM, Oracle and SAIC. Their customers included several Fortune 1000 companies. Mr. Speros is a founding partner and owner of National Capital Golf Ventures, LLC, a privately held golf and real estate development company headquartered in the Washington, D.C. area., with golf properties in North Carolina, Virginia and Florida. He is also a founding partner in The Presidential, a new corporate meeting, entertainment and golf facility in Northern Virginia, featuring 325 acres and 27 holes of championship golf in the heart of the Northern Virginia technology corridor. The Presidential is the home of the region's only Jack Nicklaus Academy of Golf.
