Terry Bumpus, Transcend Healthcare's Chief Development Officer, combines his over 24 years of experience in sales and marketing with a keen awareness of today's ever-changing healthcare management challenges. Mr. Bumpus works primarily with our clients to analyze and assess their specific needs and bring customized solutions that resolve their current issues. Terry also shares his knowledge and experience with clients to assist them with increasing their revenue and improving financial performance while obtaining sustainable results. His expertise and strengths lie in combining innovative solutions with strategic marketing and planning techniques that create long-term, mutually successful relationships and partnerships. Prior to joining Transcend, Terry became Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Healthcare Management Resources (later Xtensia) in 2002. From 1993-2002, he served as Vice President of National Sales and Marketing for Medifax EDI, a national provider of online electronic patient eligibility and benefit information. During his eight-year tenure with Medifax, he also served as National Accounts Manager and Director. Terry graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 1975 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history. In 1979, he obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Memphis. He has been licensed as an attorney in the state of Tennessee since that time.

Mr. Chan Wing Wa, aged 55, is an executive director of SUNDAY and a member of SUNDAY's Executive Committee. Mr. Chan is also managing director of Cascade Limited, PCCW Group's network management arm. He joined Hong Kong Telephone Company ("HKTC") in 1977 and has spent more than 28 years in senior positions in the network engineering departments of Hong Kong Telecommunications Limited, Cable & Wireless HKT Limited and PCCW Limited. Mr. Chan served as director of network operations from January 1998 and was responsible for the planning and operation of the local fixed network supporting a full range of telecoms services including voice, narrowband and broadband data, interactive multimedia and carrier services addressing 3.7 million customers in Hong Kong. He took up the position of director of the chief executive's office in November 1999. Then in August 2000, he became president of service operations in the telecommunications services sector overseeing network operations and customer services. Before joining HKTC, Mr. Chan worked in the UK for one and a half years as a Software Design Engineer with Standard Telephones and Cables Ltd. Mr. Chan gained a Polytechnic Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in 1975 from Plymouth Polytechnic in the UK and a Diploma in Management for Executive Development in 1986 from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Mr. Chan is a Chartered Engineer and a member of the Institution of Electrical Engineers and the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers.

Alex Wandels is the programme manager for CASCADE, the EUROCONTROL programme that co-ordinates the implementation of a first generation of ADS-B applications and second generation of CPDLC services. Previously he has been the LINK 2000+ programme manager and was involved in ATM strategy development, concept development, inter-centre data co-ordination, civil military data co-ordination and environment data processing. He has also worked as an advisor in several support-to-State activities. Alex graduated in 1981 from the Royal Military Academy in Brussels with a degree in Aeronautical and Military Sciences. He has worked as a controller, supervisor and instructor at Belga Radar and in the London ATCC, before moving to the Belgian Air Force Headquarters to work on ATC procedure development, standardisation and system requirements.

Mr. James Windisch is Operations Manager of Cascade. He began with Cascade at its formation in 1999 and has led the company from start up to a profitable, growing enterprise. Mr. Windisch leverages his leadership experience in the US Army and his background in surplus asset disposal with the State of Wisconsin to benefit Cascade and its customers.

Dorothy Sanders, Cascade's patient coordinator supervisor, enjoys gardening and spending time with her children and her four dogs, Lady, Heidi, Emma and Max. Why Dorothy enjoys working at Cascade - "I have a great interest and love for all animals and I also enjoy interacting and assisting our clients and their pets."

Gayle joined Cascade in April 2003 as part of our purchase of Techmaster Electronics Metrology Laboratory. She has more then ten years of experience in Customer Service/Administrative Assistant work. Befor joining Cascade Gayle had worked for Baldor Motors & Drives, Radar, Inc., and Techmaster Electronics. Gayle has an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Accounting and General Business.

Jeff joined Cascade in March 1997 and has over 15 years of experience in aerospace and telecommunications hardware and software design. His current role at Cascade is managing a technical team for one of our largest cutomers in their hardware group that produces high volume consumer products. Jeff holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.

Jerry Foval provides asset management solutions to clients as a Sales and Outreach Executive for Cascade. Jerry graduated from Iowa State University with a B.S. degree in business and management. His advanced education comes from Purdue University in Strategic Marketing. Jerry has been involved in agricultural sales and marketing for over 27 years. His executive level experience leading change and developing unique solutions and strategies for employees and customers in several businesses is invaluable for our expanding business. Jerry's experience satisfying customers' needs along with his passion for developing long lasting customer relationships is exactly what Cascade stands for. Because Cascade believes in educating the customer and helping them make great environmental and financial choices when dealing with their office electronics, Jerry's strength in teaching and coaching is an asset for all of our customers to benefit from. Follow through is a top priority for Jerry and he enjoys ensuring his customers' projects are done to specification from beginning to end.

Kevin Davis is the Portfolio Controller of Cascade Affordable Housing and is responsible for preparing the monthly corporate financial statements, as well as performing other accounting, audit and tax reporting functions. Kevin joined Cascade in September of 2005 and works out of the corporate headquarters in Seattle, Washington. Prior to joining Cascade, Kevin worked for 5 years with a closely affiliated property management company, Pinnacle, an American Management Services Company. At Pinnacle, Kevin was one of three managers responsible for an accounting department that prepared monthly financial statements for over 200 multi-family residential complexes consisting of over 20,000 units. Kevin earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Washington in 1993.

Krishna joined Cascade in April 2002 and has 30+ years of "hands-on" engineering and management experience. Prior to joining Cascade, Krishna was Director of Engineering (System Test) at Qualcomm, where he worked for close to 12 years. At Qualcomm, he was a key contributor to the development and successful completion of several large programs, including CDMA Infrastructure development, CDMA WLL Certification Testing in India, Globalstar Gateway Testing, and joint development of CDMA equipment with Korean manufacturers. Krishna holds Masters of Science degrees in Systems Engineering and Computer Science.

Lynn has been an escrow officer with Cascade for a little over five years, but she has an impressive 28 years in the industry here in Lane County ! Prior to her escrow career, Lynn spent time in the banking industry in lending activities, as well as, operations. She is a past-President of the Valley Chapter of Oregon Escrow Council, and was Escrow Officer of the year in 1988 for that professional organization. In addition to enjoying the theater with season tickets, Lynn comes from a large family and keeps busy with family gatherings. She and her husband also enjoy traveling and camping, with Hawaii being her favorite vacation destination.

Mark Varga is the Asset Manager for Cascade Affordable Housing and is responsible for the asset management of a portfolio of affordable multifamily properties throughout the United States. Mark joined Cascade in April 2005 and is based in the Omaha, Nebraska field office. Mark has more than 10 years of multifamily real estate experience in the areas of asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, rehabilitation and new construction. Throughout his career, Mark has gained extensive knowledge of on-site property operations which he leverages to oversee Cascade's affordable properties financed with a combination of low income housing tax credits, HUD Section 8 and tax-exempt bonds. Mark's "hands-on" approach ensures superior results for Cascade's investors. Mark earned a B.S. in Accounting / Finance from Purdue University in 1993.

Reza joined Cascade in 2005 to head the Medical Division business unit. He brings with him 25+ years of experience in engineering and management of new Product Development, Operations, New Business Development, Finance and Regulatory principally in the Medical arena and Clinical Information Systems. Prior to joining Cascade Medical Division, he was a Senior Engineering Director with Plexus Technology Group, principally responsible for large multimillion dollar programs. Prior to that he held various management positions with Spacelabs Medical, Intelligent Controls, and others. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Seattle University and an Executive MBA from University of Washington.
