His niche development includes business and financial model assessment, firm restructures and turn-a-rounds. Wil has over fifteen years of successful Sales, Consultant, Leadership and Management experience with Philip Morris USA, Consolidated Freightways Corporation, Dimmitt & Owens Financial, Inc. and J&A Asset Management. His business development began directly after completing his Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Industries at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In 1989, he joined Philip Morris USA and began his development in consultative sales and branded category management. He continued his development with Consolidated Freightways Corporation, the second largest LTL and global logistic carrier in North America. He was recruited and joins the firm of Dimmitt & Owens Financial Inc. in 1999, one of the oldest non-traditional commercial lending firms that specialized in Accounts Receivable and Asset Based funding in the country. William continued his development in the non-traditional commercial financing industry by serving as Vice President of J&A Asset Management until he joined ISMBEC.

Daniel Rigal was elected to the Laredo ISD Board of Trustees in May 2006. A graduate of J.W. Nixon High School, Mr. Rigal attended the National Education Center in San Antonio and received an Associate's degree in Electronic Engineering. For the past 25 years, he has been employed in retail sales, holding various management and supervisory positions. He is currently employed by Philip Morris USA as a Territory Manager. Mr. Rigal and his wife, Rebecca, have two children: Daniel Issac and Blanca Elisa, both of whom are enrolled at LISD.

Jim joined Philip Morris USA in 1977 as a marketing trainee. As Brand Manager in 1982 and Director from 1989, he contributed to the growth of what are now some of Philip Morris's best-known cigarette brands. In late 1991 his career took a different turn when he moved to Japan as Director of Marketing, Philip Morris Kabushiki Kaisha. By 1994 he was Vice President of Marketing and in 1995 took over presidency of our Japanese affiliate. A further move was to come in 2002, when Jim transferred to become Senior Vice President, Marketing and Sales for Philip Morris International. In September 2005 Jim was appointed Senior Vice President, Brand Building and Worldwide Duty Free. Jim holds a degree in English literature from Siena College, New York.

Jonathan Bloomberg, M.D., a child and adolescent psychiatrist who has a particular interest in parent-child communication, is the founder and president of the Bloomberg Institute for Child and Adolescent Development in Northbrook, Illinois, and a clinical assistant professor of psychiatry at the University of Illinois College of Medicine. He's the former chief of the Department of Behavioral Medicine at Rockford Memorial Hospital in Rockford, Illinois. Dr. Bloomberg completed his residency in general psychiatry and fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School. He is the father of five boys.
