Juliana Chugg became a senior vice president, and president of Pillsbury USA, in 2006. Before that, she was a company vice president, and president of General Mills' Baking Products division She also spent five years as managing director of international operations in Australia. Through his extensive contacts developed at Bay Relations and through his family's long-term friendships with local political leaders, Tim is truly able to call anyone anytime for almost any question or favor. At VF&Co, Tim is responsible not only for partnering with Valerie on her myriad of business projects inside and outside of VF&Co including real estate development, venture investing, and charitable contributions, but for the overall administrative and financial responsibilities of the consulting firm, which encompasses working with all the consulting groups: the search team, the consulting team, the contracting team, and the career transition group. He is proud of his Latino heritage from the Mexican state of Michoacan, and particularly enjoys helping with his family's tamale production parties. He also loves sports, especially the San Francisco 49ers and the San Francisco Giants, and is a laid back tailgater. Tim has an AA from San Joaquin Delta Community College, and a just-completed Certificate in Small Business Accounting from California State University, East Bay. Rick Carucci is Chief Financial Officer for Yum! Brands Inc., which generated more than $10 billion in total revenues, including company sales and franchise fees in 2007. Rick came to Yum! Brands in October of 2004 from Yum! Restaurants International. He is responsible for the Company's overall accounting, control, internal auditing, investor relations, risk management, strategic planning, treasury, tax, and information technology functions. Carucci graduated magna cum laude in 1979 with his Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics-Economics from Brown University. Mr. McCollough served as Chairman of the Board of Circuit City Stores, Inc., a specialty retailer of consumer electronics and related services, from 2002 until June 2006. He was also Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2002 until his retirement from that position at the end of February 2006, and President of the company from 2002 until 2005. Mr. McCollough also serves as a director of LA-Z-Boy Incorporated and Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company.
