Juliana Chugg became a senior vice president, and president of Pillsbury USA, in 2006.

Tim Paulsen is Executive Assistant to Valerie Frederickson, after having completed a successful seven-year stint with a public relations and marketing firm, Bay Relations, which served the land development industry. Through his extensive contacts developed at Bay Relations and through his family's long-term friendships with local political leaders, Tim is truly able to call anyone anytime for almost any question or favor. At VF&Co, Tim is responsible not only for partnering with Valerie on her myriad of business projects inside and outside of VF&Co including real estate development, venture investing, and charitable contributions, but for the overall administrative and financial responsibilities of the consulting firm, which encompasses working with all the consulting groups: the search team, the consulting team, the contracting team, and the career transition group.
