Bill has experience in virtually all aspects of commercial bankruptcy law practice and has represented debtors, creditors' committees, financial institutions, landlords, reclamation creditors, entities that were partners with bankrupt companies and various state government departments. Bill has signigicant experience representing defendants in preference litigation and has been counsel to several Fortune 500 companies in multi-million dollar preference actions. Bill received his Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University College of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review, graduated third in his class, and is a member of the Order of the Coif. Bill also has a Master of Arts in music from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Music from Susquehanna University. Bill is co-author of the article Brave New World of Preference Litigation: An Analysis of Section 547 of the Bankruptcy Code (June 2004).
