Barbara Green brings Gestalt more than 20 years of deep financial management experience with a diverse range of businesses, including both large global and young entrepreneurial companies. As Chief Contracts Officer and Senior Vice President of Sales Operations for Gestalt, Ms. Green holds final responsibility for all of Gestalt's fiscal operations and revenue management. Prior to joining Gestalt, Ms. Green was the Controller for Breakaway Solutions, Inc. a publicly traded, multi-national Internet consulting company. In that role she successfully relocated and restructured the corporate financial and accounting functions, created and implemented a financial reporting and budgeting plan to reduce costs by 80 percent, managed SEC reporting, and was a key figure in all major financial and operational decisions. Ms. Green also served as Director of Operations for the three service lines of the company. She also helped drive many other business operations at a time when the company was experiencing 100 percent annual growth. Before her leadership with Breakaway, Ms. Green served as CFO for WPL Laboratories Inc. Prior to WPL Laboratories, Ms. Green held the Corporate Controller position for Rouse & Associates, Inc., a multi-national, billion-dollar real estate development company. Her early public accounting career involved numerous audit engagements in manufacturing, construction, insurance, and healthcare. She is a CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Green also holds a BS in Economics from Lehigh University.
