B. Kipling Hagopian has been a director of Maxim Integrated Products, Inc. since 1997, and has been the Chairman of the Board since January 2007. Mr. Hagopian is a founder of Brentwood Associates, a venture capital investment company, and was a general partner for all of the funds started by Brentwood from its inception in 1972 until 1989. He was a General Partner of Brentwood until 1996. He has been a Special Limited Partner of each of the five Brentwood funds started since 1989, and is a Special Advisory Partner to Redpoint Ventures I, which is a successor to Brentwooda s information technology funds. Mr. Hagopian is Chairman and President of Segue Productions, a feature film production company. He is also a Managing Director of Apple Oaks Partners LLC, a private investment company that manages his own capital and the capital of another individual. Mr. Hagopian serves on the board of directors of Thomas Weisel Partners Group, Inc., a financial services firm focused on investment banking and asset management. He holds a BA degree and an M.B.A., both from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Eric joined Brentwood in 1999. Presently, Eric serves as a Director of Array Marketing Group, Monarch Designs and The Teaching Company. Bill joined Brentwood Associates in 1984 and co-founded the firm's private equity effort. Presently, Bill serves as the Chairman and Director of Filson Holdings and ThreeSixty Asia, and as a Director of Oriental Trading Company, Exhale Enterprises, Zumiez (NASDAQ: ZUMZ), The Teaching Company and Ariat International.
