Brett Zucker is Bridgeline Software's Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer.
From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Zucker was Bridgeline Software’s Executive Vice President and General Manager of the New York business unit. From 2002 to 2004 Mr. Zucker was the Vice President of Delivery for Bridgeline Software’s New York business unit. Prior to joining Bridgeline Software, Mr. Zucker was the Director of Development and Delivery for Lead Dog Digital, Inc., a custom Web application development company Bridgeline acquired in 2002. Prior to joining Lead Dog Digital in September 2000, Mr. Zucker served in management positions with AppNet and Agency.com.
Mr. Zucker holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Pip Winslow is Bridgeline Software's Executive Vice President of Human Resources.
Mr. Winslow is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and the Human Resource Leadership Forum. From 2003 to July of 2006 Mr. Winslow was Bridgeline’s Vice President of Marketing.
From 2001 to 2003 Mr. Winslow was a principal of Top Gun Arena Management, Inc., a sports facility development and management company. As a member of the Executive Management team and Director of Retail Operations, Mr. Winslow was responsible for the branding, marketing and business development for the organization which is based in Peabody, Massachusetts, with facilities in New Hampshire and Connecticut.
From 1990 to 2001 Mr. Winslow was the New England Regional Business Manager for The Orvis Company, Inc. Mr. Winslow grew the Northeast territory to the multi-million dollar level in just three years and increased the dealer network by over 300%, securing brand name recognition in this geographic area. During Mr. Winslow's tenure, the Northeast territory generated the largest revenue and greatest profit for all divisions of the company. Mr. Winslow was a founding Board member of the Massachusetts chapter of Coastal Conservation Association, and the Massachusetts recreational advisor to the Atlantic States & Marine Fisheries Commission in Washington, DC.
Mr. Winslow graduated from the School for the Museum of Fine Arts and holds a B.A. from Tufts University.

Brian Bolton is Bridgeline Software's Vice President of Marketing.
Prior to this, Mr. Bolton was Bridgeline's Director of Marketing and from 2003 until March of 2007, he was Director of Business Development for Bridgeline’s Boston region. Prior to joining Bridgeline, he spent 8 years with John Hancock Financial Services, primarily in eBusiness related areas and oversaw much of the development and management of web applications to support the distribution of life insurance through agency and broker channels. Mr. Bolton was John Hancock's liaison to LIMRA's eBusiness Study Group.
Mr. Bolton has a B.S. in Finance and International Business from Northeastern University and an MBA in Marketing from Boston College. He has also studied at the London School of Economics.

Tracey Greene is Vice President of Interface Design for Bridgeline Software’s New England region.
Prior to joining Bridgeline Software, Ms. Greene was the Design Director at Show & Tell, Inc., a Boston based interactive solutions agency.
As the Design Director, she has over 9 years of strategy, creative evolution, information architecture, user experience, project management and design implementation.
Because of Tracey's multi-level abilities, she has art directed creative teams, served as online content provider and an overall quality controller. Clients and fellow co-workers describe her as strategic, results-oriented, experienced, energetic, problem solver, and most importantly, able to see their side and help those see hers.
In addition to her responsibilities at Bridgeline Software, Tracey is an Adjunct Professor at UMass Lowell teaching Web Design since 2000. Along with her five year tenure, Ms. Greene has assisted in defining, structuring, and implementing a full fine arts web curriculum. She has also been awarded a Professional Teacher Excellence Award.
Ms. Greene holds a BFA in Graphic Design from UMass Lowell.
William Matteson is a Vice President for Bridgeline Software.
Mr. Matteson has extensive senior management experience in both small and large service organizations. Prior to his new position, he was Bridgeline's Vice President of Business Development for New England having joined the company at its inception.
From 1995 -2000, Mr. Matteson was President, CEO and co-founder of Streamline Communications, a Boston-based Web development company. Streamline Communications merged with Bridgeline Software in 2000.
From 1987 to 1994, Mr. Matteson served as President, CEO, and partner of Clark, Goward, Fitts, Matteson a mid-sized Boston ad agency. At Clark Goward, he worked with a number of national clients including Staples and EMC.
Prior to that he spent 18 years at Hill, Holliday advertising one of the country's 25 largest advertising agencies. At, Hill, Holliday, Mr. Matteson held a number of senior management positions including Senior Vice President of Account Services and Managing Director of Europe. Living in London in the mid eighties, he worked closely with Wang Laboratories and Lotus Development to help develop their branding and marketing communications strategy.
Mr. Matteson received a BA degree in English from Brown University and is a past Trustee of the Mass Horticultural Society.
Erez Katz is Bridgeline Software’s Executive Vice President and General Manager of its Atlanta region.
Mr. Katz was the founder, President, and CEO of Objectware since its inception in 1996. Objectware was a rapidly growing, award winning web application development company. Objectware merged into Bridgeline Software in July 2007. From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Katz was a Senior Software Developer and Project Manager for SQL Financials and Trecom respectively.
Mr. Katz received his Bachelor Degree in Computer Information Systems from Baruch College in New York. From 1982 to 1986 Mr. Katz was an Officer in an Israeli Military Paratrooper Unit.
Michael Matteo is Bridgeline Software's Executive Vice President and General Manager for the New York region.
Mr. Matteo has also been a Director at Bridgeline Software since March 2002 and previously served as a Senior Vice President of Bridgeline Software for 3 years operating out of the New York City office. Prior to rejoining Bridgeline Software, Mr. Matteo was Chief Operating Officer of Telecom Infrastructure Corp, a privately held firm based in New York. Mr. Matteo came to Bridgeline Software through the acquisition of Lead Dog Digital (LDD) where Mr. Matteo served as the CEO and was instrumental in growing the company over 100% annually by hiring quality personnel, expanding service offerings, aligning with industry partners, and delivering complex projects. Prior to joining LDD, most of Mr. Matteo's career was spent working for AT&T in strategy, development, deployment, and maintenance of complex information systems. Mr. Matteo's last assignment was in Amsterdam where he was part of a team that established a successful telecommunications partnership for a business communication services offered in 17 European countries.
Mr. Matteo has an MBA degree from the Wharton Business School and a bachelor's degree in both Computer Science and Management Science from the State University of New York.

Richard Schwartz is Executive Vice President and General Manager of Bridgeline’s New England operation.
Mr. Schwartz has more than 20 years of business consulting experience built upon 10 years of executive level leadership positions in manufacturing, software development and high technology engineering companies.
Prior to joining Bridgeline, Mr. Schwartz was President and CEO of Clock Tower Associates, LLC, a management consulting firm focused on the life sciences and financial services industries. Since its inception in 1999, Clock Tower developed web applications for Brown Brothers Harriman, MMC Capital, Insurance.com, ForeignMoneyToGo.com, and MetLife as well as performed strategic and tactical consulting to companies such as John Hancock, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston, Pfizer and OneBeacon Insurance to assist them in leveraging their investments in technology, processes and human resources.
Mr. Schwartz began his consulting career at American Management Systems, Inc. (AMS) where he became a recognized expert in distribution, warehousing and supply chain systems in the corrugated paper and oil refinery businesses. Subsequent to AMS, Mr. Schwartz was recruited to be President and COO of a boutique steel fabrication company, and then later to be the CIO at M/A-Com Telecommunications and General DataComm, both high technology engineering and manufacturing firms. With the added business operations experience, he reentered management consulting as a partner at Laventhal & Horwath and then later at Coopers & Lybrand where he directed and managed the consulting practices both at the national and regional level. Prior to Clock Tower, Mr. Schwartz had been Vice President for Sales and Services at Level 8 Systems, a middleware software development company, and Vice President of Software Development for Hyperion Solutions.
Mr. Schwartz commands expertise in the areas of business strategy, process design and workflow analysis, organizational design and change management, performance metrics and process measurement. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management Science from the University of South Florida and has attended the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Management Executive Seminar Series. He is a frequent guest lecturer at the Graduate School of Management at Boston University.
Russ Klitchman is our Executive Vice President and General Manager for the Chicago region.
Prior to joining Bridgeline Software Mr. Klitchman was Co-Founder of Purple Monkey Studios and served as Chief Executive Officer from its inception in 1994. Purple Monkey was a growing, award winning, web application development company headquartered in the Chicago area. Purple Monkey merged into Bridgeline Software in September 2007.
Prior to Purple Monkey, Mr. Klitchman was Multimedia Project Manager at R.R. Donnelly & Sons. Prior to R.R. Donnelly, he was a Senior Research Engineer with Andersen Consulting where he was a pioneer in CD ROM and multimedia development.
Mr. Klitchman received a BS in Information Systems from Elmhurst College.
Ken Galaznik, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, is responsible for the Company's financial management, treasury, legal and SEC compliance, and information technology functions. In addition, he will function as the principal Investor Relations contact for investors and the broader financial community.
In February 2005 Mr. Galaznik was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Mr. Galaznik has been with AS&E since August 2002, serving as Vice President of Finance and subsequently appointed as Acting Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining AS&E, he was Vice President of Finance at Spectro Analytical Instruments, Inc. and has 27 years of experience in accounting and finance positions in manufacturing and real estate development entities. Mr. Galaznik holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from The University of Houston.
