Bridger Commercial Funding is the banking industry's gateway to the commercial real estate capital markets, providing liquidity to over 1,700 banks nationwide. As banking's premier source of secondary market origination and trading solutions, Bridger gives banks ready access to the secondary mortgage market as a balance sheet management strategy that efficiently reallocates risk. Through the company's CMBS loan origination program, banks boost financial performance by generating substantial fee income while retaining and enhancing borrower relationships. In addition, Bridger's BankXchange platform optimizes banks' loan portfolio risk profiles and returns by serving as a Loan Sales Advisor and facilitating purchases and sales of loan portfolios, whole loans and participations. In its nine-year history, Bridger has funded and securitized over $3.9 billion in bank-originated CMBS loans. To date, BankXchange has traded over $270 million in seasoned commercial real estate debt. Bridger is committed to helping banks build their borrower relationships. Mr. Schonefeld is Chief Executive Officer of Bridger Commercial Funding LLC. He has over 20 years of experience in numerous aspects of commercial real estate finance. Before forming Bridger, Mr. Schonefeld was with GMAC Commercial Mortgage, where he ran securitized transactions on both the buy and sell sides. Previously, Mr. Schonefeld was a senior manager of Bank of America Realty Finance Corporation's investment program in non-investment grade CMBS. He also managed Bank of America's Commercial Real Estate Syndications unit and was responsible for successfully selling over $2.2 billion in syndicated bank credit. As a Senior Manager of the bank's Real Estate Capital Markets group, he oversaw the liquidation of over $650 million in distressed commercial mortgages resulting from bank mergers. Mr. Schonefeld has also served as the Chief Financial Officer of a San Francisco based commercial mortgage banking operation. Prior to that, he was employed by a national real estate firm and served as an officer of five publicly traded mortgage REITs. In that role, Mr. Schonefeld had day-to-day management responsibilities of a commercial mortgage REIT with assets of nearly $300 million. Mr. Schonefeld holds an MBA degree from San Francisco State University with a concentration in Finance and an undergraduate degree in business from the University of San Francisco.

Mr. Colton is a senior member of Bridger's underwriting group. He has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, construction financing and development. Prior to joining Bridger at its formation, Mr. Colton held various positions in banking and real estate development. Immediately prior to joining Bridger, he was affiliated with GMAC Commercial Mortgage where he evaluated loans and collateral for numerous securitized transactions. Mr. Colton spent 10 years in the real estate lending divisions at Bank of California and Crocker National Bank where he was involved in nationwide lending. At the Bank of California, Mr. Colton headed the bank's real estate loan division and was a senior member of the real estate loan committee. Mr. Colton holds a BS in Civil Engineering and an MBA degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
