Dr. Probst received his B.A. & M.A. from Brigham Young University, and his Ph.D. in Foreign Language Education, Teacher Education, Audiovisual Communications from The Ohio State University. Dr. Probst has been a teacher of languages for many years at Brigham Young University. During his tenure at BYU he served as the founding coordinator of the English Language Center. He is currently an emeritus professor at BYU, serving as director of the Office for English Language Services. Dr. Probst has also served as head of the Department of Modern Languages at Montana State University. Some of his publications include: English For Daily Life, Expeditions into English, and Advanced Career English. He has also written and published a great number of articles, some of which are listed here on the website. Dr. Probst has been a member of TESOL, NAFSA, I-TESOL, Phi Delta Kappa, and CALICO. Dr. Scott Jackson is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports related injuries, including knee, shoulder, and ankle arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery, total joint replacement surgery, and general orthopedic surgery. He is a member of several local and national medical societies, including the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. He has served on the Board of Directors Medical Executive Committees of Mountain View Hospital in Payson, Utah and the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in Provo. He was also the Chairman of the Department of Orthopedics at the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center. Dr. Scott Jackson completed sports medicine fellowships in Lexington, Kentucky and Birmingham, Alabama. A graduate of Tulane University Medical Center in New Orleans, Louisiana, he is currently a faculty instructor at Brigham Young University. Steve Densley was born in the Salt Lake Valley at the Cottonwood Maternity Hospital. His early years were spent in Riverton, Blanding and Sandy Utah. He attended Jordan High School in Sandy where he excelled in sports having been named All American in Football and Basketball. His senior year he was class president and voted the Norvel J. Vincent Athlete of the Year. After being recruited by over 50 colleges around the nation he chose to attend Brigham Young University. Coach Lavell Edwards once referred to Steve as the most highly recruited player in BYU history at that time.

Phil Welch joined Tahitian Noni International in 2002. He is completely dedicated to managing and increasing growth in Japan and Korea, two of TNI's most important markets. Prior to joining TNI, Phil spent four years living in Tokyo and serving as the President of Novell Japan, a joint venture company with Novell, Inc. and several large Japanese computer hardware and software companies. Before this, Phil served as a Board member of the joint venture representing Novell, Inc. He also served as Regional Director of Asia for WordPerfect. Phil managed all of WordPerfect's business in Asia from Singapore through Japan. Before Novell, he spent five years running the operations and financial reporting for Taipan Trading International, an import/export company. Phil graduated from Brigham Young University in 1991 with a degree in Asian Studies. He still serves on the Development Board for the College of Humanities at BYU in Provo, Utah. He married Julie Nelson in 1980 and they are the proud parents of five children four girls and one boy.
