Bright Horizons Family Solutions Inc.

Mary Ann Tocio has been a director of the Company since November 2006. Ms. Tocio currently is President, Chief Operating Officer and a director of Bright Horizons Family Solutions, the world's largest provider of employer-supported childcare, early education and work/life solutions. Ms. Tocio has been employed by Bright Horizons since 1992.

Diane Pahl works at Bright Horizons Family Solutions with 15 years' experience. During her tenure, Diane worked at many levels of the organization, which has given her a unique perspective on early care and education. Diane's experience ranges from developing young teachers with a high school diploma to mentoring directors who are working toward higher positions. Diane has experience with training, progressive counseling, and coaching adults.

Kendra earned both her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and her Master's degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Illinois and has been serving families with young children for 20 years. She has taught all of the early childhood age groups, taught child development at the college level, and supervised the operations of 12 corporate-sponsored child care centers with Bright Horizons Family Solutions. Kendra is an award-winning Child Care Center Administrator with expertise in overall center operations, curricular leadership, and NAEYC Accreditation. She is a frequent presenter at child development conferences and has worked for Bright Horizons Family Solutions for 15 years. Currently, she is the Executive Director of Early Discoveries: Abbott's Center for Child Development, a NAEYC accredited, work-site center serving over 700 children. The center is managed by Bright Horizons Family Solutions. In 2003 she was nationally recognized by the Work and Families Institute for leadership in organizational change with a "Moving into the Future Award." Kendra lives with her 8-year-old son in Gurnee, IL. Her personal interests include art, architecture and children's literature.

Karla has been in the Early Childhood field since 1981. She has held a variety of roles including Toddler Teacher, Head Start Home Base Teacher, Center Director of non-profit and for profit centers, Multi-site Supervisor, Recruitment Manager and CDA Coordinator. Currently, she is Director of Human Resources: Sourcing, Selection and Retention for Bright Horizons Family Solutions. Karla has a Bachelor's Degree in Child Development and Family Life and is currently working on her MA in HR: Organizational Development.

Roger H. Brown has served as a director of the Company since its inception in 1998 and has also served as Vice Chair of the Board since June 2004. Mr. Brown has served as President of Berklee College of Music since June 2004. Mr. Brown was Chief Executive Officer of the Company from June 1999 until December 2001, President of the Company from July 1998 until May 2000 and Executive Chairman of the Company from June 2000 until June 2004. Mr. Brown co-founded Bright Horizons and served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bright Horizons from its inception in 1986 until the merger with CorporateFamily Solutions in July 1998. Prior to 1986, he worked as a management consultant for Bain & Company, Inc. Mr. Brown currently serves as a director of Horizons for Homeless Children, a non-profit that provides support for children and their families, and StonyField Farm, Inc., an organic food company. Mr. Brown is the husband of Linda A. Mason.
