Robert B. Allen President, Chief Executive Officer and Director Mr. Allen has served as President of the Company since April 2001, as Chief Executive Officer since September 2008 and as a Director since May 2008. Mr. Allen also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company from August 1999 through March 2001. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Allen was Executive Vice President – Sales and Marketing for Aegis Communications. Prior to Aegis, he was Chief Operating Officer for ATC Communications in Irving, Texas, and spent more than 16 years in various management positions with Pepsico, Inc. Mr. Allen received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Dartmouth College and his Masters of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago.

Robert D. Trotter Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer Mr. Trotter has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the Company since July 2007. He served as Vice President - Information Technology from September of 2001 through June 2007. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Trotter served as Vice President for Vartec Telecom from 1998 to 2001. Mr. Trotter received his BBA in Business Computer Information Systems from the University of North Texas.

Stephen C. Yevich Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Mr. Yevich has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company since August 2001. He joined the Company in May 1998 as Senior Vice President - Finance and also served as Treasurer from February 2000 through June 2008. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Yevich was Chief Financial Officer for Communications Expo from 1996 to 1998 and served as Controller for Michael’s Stores from 1988 to 1996. Mr. Yevich received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from Washington and Lee University and his Masters of Management with concentrations in Finance and MIS from Northwestern University.

Carole L. Vanyo, Senior Vice President Customer Operations 47, has served as Senior Vice President Customer Operations of the Company since September 2001. Ms. Vanyo joined the Company in May of 1998 as Vice President Customer Operations. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Vanyo was the Director of Customer Care for AT&T Wireless from 1995 to 1998. Ms. Vanyo received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.

"Dwayne R. Sigler Senior Vice President - Marketing Mr. Sigler has served as the Senior Vice President - Marketing since he joined the Company in May 2000. Prior to joining the Company, he served as the Vice President of Marketing for Giant Eagle from 1999 to 2000 and was Vice President of Marketing at GNC from 1996 to 1999. Mr. Sigler received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Pace University and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania - Wharton School of Business"

John S. Davis Senior Vice President - General Counsel and Secretary Mr. Davis has served as Senior Vice President - General Counsel of the Company since May 2008. From 2007 to May 2008, he was a Managing Director for Major, Lindsey & Africa, a legal search consulting firm. Prior to 2007, Mr. Davis served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Carreker Corporation (Nasdaq) for two years, as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Dave & Buster’s Inc. (NYSE) for three years and as Vice President and General Counsel for Cameron Ashley Building Products, Inc. (NYSE) for seven years. Mr. Davis received his law degree and bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Shawn L. Lucht Senior Vice President - Strategy and Corporate Development Mr. Lucht has served as Senior Vice President - Strategy and Corporate Development of the Company since May 2008. He began his career with the Company in June of 1991and has held a variety of management roles of increasing responsibility during his 17 years with the Company including Vice President - Brink’s Home Technologies and Vice President - Business Development. Mr. Lucht received both his Bachelor of Business Administration and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Stacey V. Rapier Senior Vice President - Human Resources Ms. Rapier has served as Senior Vice President - Human Resources of the Company since July 2007. Ms. Rapier also served as Vice President - Human Resources of the Company from January 2001 to June 2007. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Rapier held the position of Vice President of People & Corporate Services for The M/A/R/C Group for two years and Vice President of People Development for AT&T Wireless from 1996 to 1999. Ms. Rapier received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Kansas.

Steven E. Neace Senior Vice President - Field Operations Mr. Neace has served as Senior Vice President - Field Operations of the Company since March 1996. Mr. Neace joined the Company in September 1990 and has served in various management capacities within the organization, including: Branch Manager, Director of Customer Relations and Vice President - National Operations. Mr. Neace received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University.

Barry R. Bruce Vice President - National Sales Mr. Bruce has served as Vice President - National Sales since October 2004. He joined the Company as Director of National Sales in our Irving, Texas office in May 1998 before serving as Region Director - Central Region from July 2001 to October 2004. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Bruce served in a variety of sales leadership and management capacities at AMRE during his twelve year tenure including Director, Sales Training and Development. Mr. Bruce received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Abilene Christian University.

Brent D. Uhl Vice President - Business Security Mr. Uhl has served as Vice President - Business Security since June 2007. Mr. Uhl joined the Company in June 1993 as a Security Consultant in Houston. He was promoted to Sales Manager in Houston in February 1995 and to National Sales Trainer in November 1996. Mr. Uhl became the General Manager in Houston in October 1997 before serving the Company as Region Director - Southeast Region in October 1999. In October 2002, Mr. Uhl was promoted to Vice President, Brink’s Home Technologies serving in this capacity until June 2007. Mr. Uhl holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Texas Tech University.

Charles Fisher Vice President - National Technical Operations Mr. Fisher has served as Vice President - National Technical Operations since November of 2006. He began his career with the Company as Marketing Administrator in June 1993 before advancing to Manager - Central Sales in January 1994. In January 1995, Mr. Fisher became the Branch Manager in our Minneapolis branch, then General Manager in Chicago from January 1997 through September 1999. Mr. Fisher also served as General Manager for the Houston area from September 1999 to October 2001 when he was promoted to Region Director - North Central Region and later served as Region Director - Central Region. Mr. Fisher became Director - National Technical Operations in June 2006. Mr. Fisher received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Texas A&M University and his MBA from the University of New Orleans

Gary Samberson Vice President - Treasury and Investor Relations Mr. Samberson joined the Company as Vice President - Treasury and Investor Relations in June 2008. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Samberson was a principal at RCFO, an outsource provider of financial services to small companies. He also served as Senior Vice President, Treasury and Risk Management for Carreker Corporation from 2004 to 2007. Mr. Samberson served as Vice President and Treasurer for Monarch Dental Corporation from 1998 to 2004. Earlier in his career, Mr. Samberson held several management positions including Manager of Corporate Finance for AAF-McQuay, Inc. and Financial Planning Analyst/Financial Planning Officer for Bank One. Mr. Samberson is a Certified Treasury Professional and received his BBA in Finance from Texas Christian University."

J. Keith Patterson Vice President - Region Operations Mr. Patterson has served as Vice President - Region Operations since October 2002. He joined the Company in September 1986 as an Installation Technician in our San Antonio branch office. Mr. Patterson has served the Company in management positions of increasing responsibility beginning with Technical Manager in Jacksonville from 1989 to March 1990 and in San Antonio from March of 1990 when he was promoted to Branch Manager in Atlanta in November 1992. Mr. Patterson became Director - Marketing in August 1997 and Region Director - Central Region in September 1998. He was promoted to Vice President - Central Inspection Sales in July 2001.

Jay Autrey Vice President - Customer Operations Mr. Autrey has served as Vice President - Customer Operations since July 2007. He joined the Company as Senior Manager, Customer Relations in June 1998 and has held positions of increasing responsibility within the Customer Operations area including Senior Manager - Operation Services, Senior Manager - Monitoring, and Director - Customer Relations. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Autrey worked for AT&T Wireless from 1994 to 1998 as Manager - Customer Service. Mr. Autrey received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University

Joann Johnson Vice President and Controller Ms. Johnson joined the Company as Vice President and Controller in February 2005. She joined the Company from Celion Networks, Inc. where she served as Vice President - Finance and Administration from January 2001 to 2005. Ms. Johnson held the positions of Vice President and Controller at IP Communications Corporation in 2000, Controller for Communication Expo from 1996 to 1999 and various management positions including Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, and Assistant Controller with Tandy Corporation from 1990 to 1996. Ms. Johnson began her professional career as an Auditor with Ernst and Whinney. Ms. Johnson holds a and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Texas in Austin, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. Ms. Johnson is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor.

Sammie is the Senior Editor for Heart Changers International Ministries. She is currently a Customer Service Specialist for Brinks Home Security. She also currently owns and operates a small printing business Imaginative Printing, specializing in a three-fold arena: Wedding Stationary, Business Stationary, and Graphic/Web Design. Sammie has been doing desktop publishing, printing for over 10 years and editing for over eight years. She honed her editing skills while working for International Paper Company, serving as Senior Editor for the company s monthly newsletter publication and managing a team of 12 writers. While working for International Paper, she received a Diploma from the West Redding, Connecticut Institute of Children s Literature for writing and editing children s books. Sammie moved to the DFW area where she has partnered with HCI ministries as Senior Editor and WilliamSong Productions as Graphic Design Artist. At this time, she enjoys managing publication layout, producing and editing the Loveletter, a quarterly publication of Heart Changers International Ministries.

Lawrence J. Mosner is the retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Deluxe Corporation, a company that helps financial institutions and small businesses better manage, promote, and grow their businesses. Mr. Mosner served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Deluxe Corporation from 2000 until his retirement in November 2005.

Carroll R. Wetzel, Jr. is a retired investment banker. Mr. Wetzel served as a member of the Board of Directors of Laidlaw International, Inc., a North American transportation services company, from 2003 until it was acquired in October 2007. From 2000 to 2005, he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Safety Components International, Inc., a supplier of automotive airbag fabric and cushions and technical fabrics. He is a director of Exide Technologies.

John S. Brinzo has been a member of our board of directors since October 2006. Mr. Brinzo has been affiliated with Cleveland-Cliffs, North America's largest producer of iron ore pellets, since 1967. He served in various operational finance roles and also as chief financial officer before becoming chief executive officer in 1997. In 2000 he was named chairman of the board. Mr. Brinzo retired from Cleveland-Cliffs as its CEO In September 2006 and has announced his intention to retire as chairman in early 2007. Mr. Brinzo served as chairman of the National Mining Association from 2005 to 2006, and currently is a director and chairman-elect of the Audit Committee at The Brink's Company. He is a former director of International Steel Group Inc.

Michael S. Gilliland Director Mr. Gilliland is the current Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Sabre Holdings Corporation (“Sabre Holdings”). Mr. Gilliland was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sabre Holdings in November 2004 and was elected President and Chief Executive Officer of Sabre Holdings in December 2003. Mr. Gilliland also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Travelocity.com (“Travelocity”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Sabre, from May 2002 through December 2003. Prior to Travelocity, Mr. Gilliland was Executive Vice President of Sabre from March 2001 through December 2003. Mr. Gilliland received a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Kansas and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas. Mr. Gilliland has been a director of the Company since November 2008. His current term as a director of the Company expires in 2009.
