Douglas H. Brooks was elected Chief Executive Officer of the Company in January 2004, and has served as President of the Company since January 1999. Previously, Mr. Brooks served as Chili's Grill & Bar President from June 1994 to May 1998, Executive Vice President of the Company from May 1998 until January 1999, and Chief Operating Officer from May 1998 until June 2003. Mr. Brooks joined the Company as an Assistant Manager in 1978 and was promoted to General Manager later that year. He was named Area Supervisor in 1979, Regional Director in 1982, Senior Vice President – Central Region Operations in 1987, and Senior Vice President – Chili's Operations in 1992. He held this position until becoming President of Chili's in 1994. Mr. Brooks serves on the Board of Directors of Limbs for Life and is a member of the Professional Advisory Board for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Mr. Brooks has been a member of the Board of Directors since November 1999.
John Reale serves as the President of Global Business Development at Brinker International. Before his current roles, John served as Chief Operating Officer for Macaroni Grill in 2005 and Regional Vice President in 2004. Prior to joining Brinker International, John held various titles at Carlson Restaurants Worldwide, including Senior Vice President of Operations for TGI Friday's International Business.
Todd E. Diener reclaimed the position of President of Chili's Grill & Bar on June 7, 2005. He was elected Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in June 2003, having previously served as Senior Vice President and Chili's Grill & Bar President since May 1998, and Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Chili's since July 1996. Mr. Diener joined the Company as a Chili's Manager Trainee in 1981 and was promoted to General Manager in 1983, Area Director in 1985, and Regional Director in 1987. Mr. Diener became Regional Vice President in 1989, a position he held until July 1996.
Wyman Roberts previously served as executive vice president and chief marketing officer for NBC's Universal Parks & Resorts for more than four years. Wyman assisted in growing market share in Orlando by 15% and reducing the spending in marketing by 20% for Universal. He also assisted in growing internet sales from $2 million to $44 million within three years. He is also a 16-year veteran of Darden Restaurants, Inc., where he held numerous marketing and financial positions, including executive vice president of marketing for Red Lobster.

Mr. Thomson served as a Director of the Company from 1993 until 1995.
Michael B. Webberman was elected Executive Vice President of Concept Services in June 2003. Mr. Webberman joined the Company in 1989 as a Senior Financial Analyst for Chili's. He was promoted to Vice President of Operations Analysis in 1996 and Vice President of Planning and Analysis in 2000. Mr. Webberman was named Senior Vice President of Concept Services in April 2001.
Mr. Wyatt has over 20 years experience in building high-growth businesses and is currently VP of Concept Development with Brinker International. Mr. Wyatt was formerly a partner with 1024 Partners, LLC, a Kirkland, WA based venture catalyst firm focused on supporting early stage high-tech and life sciences companies and has also held senior management roles at Altrec.com, Nike, Starbucks Coffee Company, Eddie Bauer Inc. and Spiegel, Inc. Mr. Wyatt received his B.S. from Iowa State University and a MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Business.

Marie Perry is the Vice President of Investor Relations & Treasury for Brinker International. In her role, Ms. Perry is primarily responsible for the company's overall corporate finance and treasury operations strategy and investor relations. Deborah Holand founded her own strategic business consultant company, Food Sense in June 2000. She has over 20 years of successful food industry experience, with specialized expertise in new concept development and turn-around operations strategies. Her diverse background spans across major trade channels: Restaurant Multi-Chain Concepts; Conventional Supermarkets; Specialty Gourmet Retailers; Convenience Stores; Niche Kiosk Concepts; Franchise Joint Venture Operations; Bakery and Prepared Foods Commissary Production and Manufacturing Operations; Catering Businesses; Supply Chain Distribution; E-Commerce. Ms. Holand consults at both the corporate and business unit levels, from single unit operations to multi-unit national chains and global operations. She engages in short-term and long-term assignments customizing services from initial strategic counsel, organization and operations assessments, to full concept development / revitalizations, start-ups, management training, initiative implementation and interim management. Her innovative results oriented business models and growth strategies, have significantly improved business performance, for the organizations with which she has been affiliated. Ms. Holand's restaurant background includes premier restaurant multi-concept chain operators, Metro Media, Inc. and Brinker International, Inc., where she played a key role as a core team member of Brinker's New Concept Development team. Deborah was instrumental in the team's execution of "Eatzi's Market & Bakery," a Brinker / Phil Romano Joint Venture, receiving the NRA's innovative "New Concept of the Year" award. Her foodservice experience spans across a wide range of casual and fine dining full-service, fast casual, quick-service and self-service concepts, with extensive business innovation, product development, cost management systems, procurement and profit analysis experience. Ms. Holand's retail background includes supermarket perishables and foodservice business growth and product development, for elite national specialty supermarket retailer, Whole Foods Markets, Inc. and international conventional supermarket retailer Ahold, USA division. Deborah held Ahold USA's Merchandising Marketing Synergy Chairperson position, coordinating five multi-chain divisional leadership groups in perishable growth initiatives. She has developed fresh food concepts with best in class convenient store retailers such as: Store 24 Company's City Oasis Concept; Chevron Texaco's Bread Garden Bakery Cafe Concept; Family Express's Cravin's Market and Java Wave Concepts. Deborah's formal education is in business management and finance. She is actively involved in: Industry Roundtables/Summits; Trade Leadership and Educational Training Seminars; Speaking Engagements; Publication editorial contributions (alias "The Food Gal"). She is a member of the NRA-National Restaurant Association, IDDBA-International Dairy Deli Bakery Association, NACS-National Association of Convenient Stores, NCSAG-National Convenient Store Advisory Group, among others.
Judy has 17 years of marketing research expertise, having specialized for 11 years in business-to-business and consumer marketing research for the automotive, personal care, and food service industries. She was a key member of the Saturn start-up team during the six years of research preceding vehicle production. During this time, she also helped General Motors develop new research methodologies for product development and customer satisfaction. As a co-founder of Food Insights and Insights Research Group, Judy now directs the premier marketing research division that assists clients such as Brinker International, Sara Lee, Lipton, and Heinz. Her methodology includes in-depth one-on-one interviews, focus groups, quantitative surveys and custom combined techniques. Judy's ability to uncover the key motivators that drive people's decisions have made her a unique asset to Insights Research Group. Judy is an active member of IFMA, NACAS, NACUFS, and the Marketing Research Association.
