Béatrice Cazala was appointed to her current position in March 2009. She was previously President, Europe and Asia Pacific. In her new role, she continues her legacy of leadership and results across Europe and assumes responsibilities for Global Commercialization. Under Beatrice’s leadership, Global Commercialization will be increasingly focused on market access, customer interface and integration of assets from our alliances, acquisitions and partnerships. Béatrice joined the company in 1982 as a product manager based in France. In 1987, she moved to the Worldwide Strategic Product Planning group in the U.S. as a director, and was later promoted to vice president. In 1991, she returned to France to hold senior commercial positions until 1994, when she was appointed vice president and general manager of UPSA France. In 2000, she became senior vice president and general manager, Pharma/UPSA France and, in 2002, she was appointed senior vice president, Northern Europe, based in the UK. Prior to joining Bristol-Myers Squibb, Béatrice spent five years at laboratories Cassenne (Aventis). She holds an MBA from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce et d’Administration des Entreprises (Rouen, France).

Carlo de Notaristefani is responsible for the Bristol Myers Squibb Technical Operations organization, which meets the company’s complex supply chain challenges. Technical Operations plays a critical role in the company’s transformation into an increasingly agile and productive discoverer, developer and provider of innovative new medicines. Carlo's responsibilities for Global Support Functions encompass Global Facilities and Engineering, Global Procurement and Information Management Shared Services. Carlo joined Bristol-Myers Squibb in early 2004 from Aventis Pharmaceuticals, where he was senior vice president of Global Finishing Solids. He spent nearly 20 years of his career at Aventis and its predecessors, Hoechst Marion Roussel and Marion Merrel Dow. At Bristol-Myers Squibb, Carlo was appointed to the position of senior vice president of Global Manufacturing Operations in June 2004 and he assumed the position of president of Technical Operations in September 2004. Carlo is a certified professional engineer and holds a doctoral degree in engineering from the University of Naples, Italy. Through the course of his career, Carlo has moved across the Atlantic Ocean five times. He now resides happily in New Jersey. He and his wife have two grown sons.

Elliott Sigal has served as chief scientific officer and president of R&D since October 2004. He was appointed executive vice president of Bristol-Myers Squibb in November 2006 and is a member of the company's Management Council. "Our commitment to help patients prevail in their fight against serious disease sets the framework for everything we do,” Elliott says. "It's the driver behind our strategy to become a next-generation BioPharma leader." Under Elliott's leadership, eight key products have come to market in less than five years: ABILIFY, REYATAZ, ERBITUX, BARACLUDE, ORENCIA, SPRYCEL, ATRIPLA and IXEMPRA. Elliott joined Bristol-Myers Squibb in November 1997 as vice president of the newly created department of Applied Genomics. In October 1999, he became senior vice president for Early Discovery and Applied Technology. He was named head of Drug Discovery & Exploratory Development in January 2001. Prior to his current role, Elliott served as senior vice president of Global Clinical and Pharmaceutical Development and co-chair of the Brand Development Operating Committee. Elliott has more than 25 years of combined experience in medicine, research and management. In 1992 he joined the pharmaceutical company Syntex and held positions of increasing responsibility in drug discovery. In 1995 he joined the genomics firm Mercator Genetics as vice president of R&D. While there he provided the research leadership that resulted in the discovery of the gene for hemochromatosis -- one of the most common genetic diseases in the U.S. in which the body absorbs too much iron and can lead to liver, heart or pancreas failure. "The first patient I admitted as an intern had AIDS. At that time, we didn't know what it was, but it was nearly always fatal. Today, HIV/AIDS has been transformed into a chronic, more manageable illness. We should be proud of what we have accomplished as a company and an industry, not only for patients with HIV/AIDS, but for people with many other serious diseases. Every day, we have the potential to touch the lives of millions of people." Elliott received his medical degree from the University of Chicago in 1981 and trained in internal medicine and pulmonary medicine at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), where he also received his research training at the Cardiovascular Research Institute. He served on the faculty of the UCSF Department of Medicine from 1988 to 1992. Prior to medical school Elliott studied engineering and management at Purdue University, where he received a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science, and his Ph.D.

Jean-Marc Huet is responsible for the company's worldwide finance operations, including Tax, Treasury, Control, Investor Relations, Internal Audit and Financial Shared Services. Jean-Marc joined the company on March 31, 2008. His vision is to execute the company's strategy of transformation into a leading next-generation BioPharma company. Prior to joining Royal Numico, he was executive director of Investment Banking Services at Goldman Sachs International in London. Jean-Marc also spent several years at Clement Trading in Milan, Italy, as a commercial manager. Jean-Marc enjoys challenges, both in his career and his personal life. His passions are skiing and motorbiking. "I love the mountains. My wife and I ski together and we've motorcycled through the Himalayas. It's just a wonderful, wonderful way of life in the mountains." Jean-Marc Huet holds an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France, and a bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College. He is married with two preschool children.

Bob Zito leads strategic communications with a focus on building the Bristol-Myers Squibb corporate brand. He also oversees the Bristol-Myers Squibb Foundation. Bob has guided the successful Together we can prevail brand campaign, which focuses on Bristol-Myers Squibb’s mission to help patients prevail against serious disease. Lou DiMaggio and other survivors, some famous, some not, tell their equally powerful and intimate stories in television spots and Web videos. “Capturing the emotion of that partnership, and that struggle, is at the center of our company’s mission,” Bob says. "The work the people of this company do every day and the difference it makes to people with serious diseases is inspiring." A former sports writer, Bob coaches his team to use a storytelling approach to effectively communicate the mission, news and philanthropy of the company. His team includes public relations, marketing communications, advertising, the Internet, internal communications and philanthropy. Before joining Bristol-Myers Squibb in 2004, Bob worked in the entertainment and financial industries. As Sony’s vice president of corporate communications from 1990 to 1994, he rebranded the company as a global entertainment organization following Sony’s purchase of both CBS Records and Columbia Pictures. Then, during a 10-year career as executive vice president of the New York Stock Exchange, he was credited with building the NYSE’s brand into one of the most respected in the world. He also devised the strategy of using the opening and closing bells as televised news events, and allowed networks to broadcast from the trading floor. After the tragic events of September 11, 2001, Bob joined the board of the FDNY Foundation. He helped found the NYSE Fallen Heros Fund and is a founding member of Cento Amici, a non-profit group that provides scholarships to New Jersey students. A native of Bayonne, New Jersey, Bob graduated from St. Peter’s Prep in Jersey City and later established a scholarship for students from his hometown in his father’s memory. Bob earned his bachelor's degree from Fairfield University and completed Harvard's Advanced Management Program in International Studies. He is married, has three daughters, and on weekends he and his family can be found on the soccer field watching his youngest daughter compete.

Dr. Dixon serves as the President of Global Marketing and Chief Marketing Officer at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company ( Bristol-Myers ), a position she has held since joining the company in December 2001. From 1996 to November 2001, Dr. Dixon held executive management positions at Merck & Company, most recently serving as the Senior Vice President of Marketing. Prior to her employment at Merck, Dr. Dixon held executive management positions with Osteotech and Centocor and various positions at SmithKline in marketing, regulatory affairs and project management. Dr. Dixon was appointed to the DENTSPLY Board of Directors in July 2005.

Anthony McBride is charged with integrating the company’s Human Resources programs and practices with its business priorities and strategies. He is a strategic leader with a commitment to leadership development and organizational change. Anthony joined Bristol-Myers Squibb in 1995 as associate director, Human Resources Development, Worldwide Medicines. Since then, he has held numerous leadership positions including director, Leadership Development, and a variety of vice president positions in Europe, International Medicines, U.S. Pharmaceuticals and, most recently, Worldwide Pharmaceutical Commercial Operations. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Anthony earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Texas, Austin, and both his master’s and doctorate degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Texas A&M University. Anthony lives in New Jersey with his wife and their two children. He enjoys photography, music and travel.

Brian Daniels is senior vice president, Global Development & Medical Affairs, and a member of the Management Council, the company’s most senior leadership group. In this position, he helps drive the company’s focus on science and medicine as a central strategy of our next-generation BioPharma vision. “Pharmaceutical R&D is a long and complex process,” says Brian. “My role is to make the internal workings as simple as possible so that good, bright people can make substantial contributions to patient care. Our goal is to produce medicines that change the standard of care in a meaningful way for physicians, provide economic value to payers and, most importantly, extend and enhance the lives of patients.” Brian joined Bristol-Myers Squibb in 2000 as vice president of the Immunology, Pulmonary and Dermatology therapeutic area, where he provided strategic oversight and led the early development of compounds including ORENCIA and belatacept. In 2002, Brian was promoted to vice president, Full Development, providing leadership to the development of six key clinical programs including REYATAZ and BARACLUDE. He also led efforts to improve productivity and to standardize and integrate the global execution of clinical trials as vice president of Global Development Operations. He was appointed senior vice president, Global Clinical Development in 2004, and to his current position in March 2008. Prior to joining Bristol-Myers Squibb, Brian spent four years at Merck Research Laboratories in clinical research, where he held the role of senior director, Pulmonary and Immunology. He has also worked in clinical research at Genentech. Brian is married with two teenage children, a boy and a girl. Next to spending time with his family, what he enjoys most is gardening. “It’s sort of like simplified drug development,” he says. “It takes a lot of careful tending to develop a great garden. But when you’re successful, it’s a beautiful thing.” Brian holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine. He received training in internal medicine at New York Hospital and in rheumatology at the University of California in San Francisco.

John Celentano has responsibility for the countries in our Emerging Markets Strategy -- Brazil, Russia, India, China and Turkey, as well as Asia Pacific and Japan. John was previously Senior Vice President, Strategy and Productivity Transformation, which he held from March 2008 to March 2009. John was responsible for the company's Productivity Transformation Initiative. "A more competitive Bristol-Myers Squibb means that we will be able to bring more innovative products to market faster, he says." Ultimately, the beneficiaries of our transformation are patients and customers, employees and shareholders." John joined Bristol-Myers Squibb as a sales representative in 1982. He advanced through the Bristol-Myers Squibb ranks in sales, market research and marketing. In 2000, he became vice president and general manager, Northern Europe, and in 2002 was promoted to president of our operations in Latin America and Canada. Three years later, he was named president, Health Care Group, with responsibility for the Mead Johnson Nutrition, ConvaTec and Medical Imaging divisions. John earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware in 1982 and an MBA from Drexel University in 1989. He is married and has three children.

Ms. Leung is currently senior vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary of Bristol-Myers Squibb. From 2006 to 2007, Ms. Leung served as vice president, corporate secretary and acting general counsel of Bristol-Myers Squibb. From 2002 to 2006, she served as vice president and corporate secretary of Bristol-Myers Squibb. Age 49.

Dr. Annalisa Jenkins studied at the Medical College of St. Bartholomew's Hospital in London. Following her undergraduate studies, she earned her medical degree from the University of London. She then accepted a commission with the British Royal Navy and embarked on a nine-year career as a medical officer. During that time, she saw active service in the Gulf conflict in 1991 and was recognized as the first female physician in the British Royal Navy ever to serve at the front line in conflict. In 1997, after becoming a cardiologist, she joined Bristol-Myers Squibb and began a career in pharmaceutical research and development. Dr. Jenkins served in positions of increasing global responsibility until she was appointed as Chief Medical Officer for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Then, in 2006, Dr. Jenkins was promoted to Vice President, Global Development, before assuming her current role in 2008.

Dr. Nicholas Dracopoli is Vice President of Clinical Discovery Technologies at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Previously, he was Vice President at Genos Biosciences, a joint venture between Sequana Therapeutics and the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, and Vice President of Molecular Genetics at Sequana Therapeutics. Dr Dracopoli obtained his B.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of London, and completed post doctoral fellowships at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Subsequently, he served as an Assistant Director at the Whitehead/MIT Genome Center, and as a Section Chief at the National Center for Human Genome Research at the NIH before moving to the biotechnology industry. Dr Dracopoli has authored >70 scientific publications, and has extensive experience in the fields of cancer research and molecular biology. Currently, Dr Dracopoli is leading the pharmacogenomics program at Bristol-Myers Squibb which is focusing in the areas of oncology and cardiovascular disease.

Tony Hooper leads the company’s $13 billion pharmaceutical business in the continents of North and South America, Middle East and Africa. He is also responsible for the company’s distributor markets. Tony is inspired by the company’s mission to “extend and enhance human life” and proud to work for an industry that brings such great value to society. He says, “Having the opportunity to improve people’s health, quality of life and often life expectancy is why a lot of us have chosen to be in the pharmaceutical industry. He was then promoted to managing director of the United Kingdom and Ireland, and then to vice president and general manager for Northern Europe. In 2000 Tony became president of the company’s Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa region. From 2001 to 2002, he was president, Intercontinental region and, from 2002 to 2004, Tony was president, Europe, Middle East and Africa. In 2004, Tony was named President of U.S. Pharmaceuticals. In this role, he led the organization through the launch of seven new products, several serious business challenges (including significant patent expirations and external threats to existing patents) and rapid changes within the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Bristol-Myers Squibb, Tony was assistant vice president of Global Marketing for Wyeth Laboratories. He also worked at Lederle International in New Jersey where he led the international marketing group. Tony assumed his first general management role as country manager for Lederle Laboratories in South Africa in 1987. Tony was born and raised in South Africa and moved to the United States in 1989. He has a bachelor’s degree in law and a master’s in business administration from the University of South Africa. He began his career in law as a state prosecutor specializing in company and criminal law, and then later switched to a career in business when he began working in the pharmaceutical industry. Tony is the 2009 Chairman of the Board for the National Pharmaceutical Council, whose mission involves supporting and encouraging the appropriate use of pharmaceuticals for individual patients based on scientific analyses, clinical outcomes and economic value. Tony also serves on the executive boards of the American Heart Association of Mercer County, New Jersey, and Impact Young Lives Association. He is an advisor to Mended Hearts, Inc. In 2008, Tony was honored along with Vice President Joe Biden as a co-recipient of the American Institute of Stuttering’s “2008 Freeing Voices, Changing Lives” Award. Altogether, Tony has lived in five countries and on four continents. He resides in New Jersey with his wife.

Dr. Frank Shen is Executive Director in Exploratory Development, Global Biometric Sciences at Bristol-Myers Squibb. He joined the pharmaceutical industry in 1989 and worked at Wyeth-Ayerst Research as a Research statistician until 1993. He then joined Biometrics Research group at Merck as a manager. Frank joined Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) in 1996 as Associate Director and has progressed with increasing responsibilities since then. Dr. Shen has been named a Fellow of the American Statistical Association, and elected as the 2004 President of the International Chinese Statistical Association (ICSA). Frank is currently a member of the Clinical Leadership Committee (CLC) of PhRMA and chairs the Biostatistics and Data Management Technical Group under CLC that leads biometric interactions between pharmaceutical industry and the FDA.

Christele Hadjadj recently joined the CSCMP-NYC as the Hospitality Chair. She has over 14 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Strategic Sourcing, Logistics, Planning and Supply Chain Management. She is currently the Biologics Supply Chain Director at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company. Christele holds a B.A. in International Management from ESCEM, France, and a MBA from Lehigh University. She is CSCP certified.

Daniel G. Mannix, PhD, is Group Director, Global Regulatory Affairs, Europe, for Bristol-Myers Squibb and is based at the company's European R&D Headquarters in Braine l'Alleud, Belgium. Previously, he was Global Vice President of Regulatory Affairs with GE Healthcare (formerly Amersham Health).

After an academic career in Internal Medicine, Dr. Petrin started his industry career in the early nineties as the Bristol-Myers Squibb Medical Director for Eastern Europe. He was instrumental in introducing GCP trials into several countries of the region, such as Russia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, etc. He spent 10 years with BMS in roles of increasing responsibility and before leaving BMS to start his own company, he was responsible for Bristol-Myers Squibb regulatory affairs in Asia Pacific, Latin America, Middle East, and Africa. Currently, he also serves as President, Pharmaceutical Regulatory Services, Inc., offering regulatory and medical consulting services in the field of global drug development. He teaches a postgraduate course in Global Regulatory Affairs at the Temple University School of Pharmacy in Philadelphia. He graduated from the University of Ljubljana Medical School and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. He is a Member of the American College of Physicians and several other medical associations.

Mr. Batres role and responsibilities include financial and operational planning. He has over 25 years of global pharmaceutical management experience with a record of achievements in finance, demand and supply chain management, operations and business planning, and information technology. During his career in the pharmaceutical industry, Mr. Batres has held various senior management positions in finance and operations including international responsibilities encompassing Latin America, Asia-Pacific, Europe and Africa. Mr. Batres combines extensive experience in operations with strong skills in financial planning and analysis. He has held positions including Financial Controller of Bristol-Myers Squibb, Europe and Vice President of Global Demand and Supply Chain Management at Bristol-Myers Squibb, USA.

Aldo Donati is the Principal and Founder of Compass Pharmaceuticals LLC. Mr. Donati has extensive international business experience in the pharmaceutical industry and has held executive positions in Sales/Marketing, Business Development/Licensing and General management, with among others, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Sigma-Tau and King Pharmaceuticals. He has negotiated licensing and distribution agreements, as well as managed commercial operations, alliances and Our Partners & Clientships in Europe, Latin America, Asia and the United States. Fluent in English, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish, Mr. Donati maintains a worldwide network of contacts throughout the pharmaceutical industry, the medical community, Trade Organizations and Teaching Institutions. He graduated from the University of Florence in Italy in International Relations Business from the School of Political Sciences Cesare Alfieri.

Alex brings with him 21 years of experience in the consumer product industry. With his impressive retail trade marketing background, coupled with strong leadership, interpersonal and planning abilities, he definitely contributes to further strengthen Norrizon's results-oriented team. Alex's business acumen comes from having worked in a variety of roles with Encore Sales Limited, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Shoppers Drug Mart. In addition to his sales and retail responsibilities, for the past twelve years Alex has been an active board member of a charitable organization based in Toronto.

Having previously worked with patients, students, healthcare practitioners, and peers, Amanda brings a wide range and variety of experience, specifically in virology, to this company. Her career spanned both clinical practice and work within the pharmaceutical sector as a Medical Science Liaison for Bristol-Myers Squibb Virology. Most recently, she had served as Director of Pharmacy for StatScript, a specialty pharmacy in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where she was involved in a variety of aspects of patient care for HIV, hepatitis C, organ-transplant patients, and other patients with chronic diseases. In this position, she managed participation in a national study that evaluated delivery devices for Fuzeon. Amanda is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy and her responsibilities in the New Jersey office include clinical direction of virology accounts.

With over 25 years of experience in all facets of pharmaceutical marketing research, Basya's background is ideally suited to lead Ziment's qualitative services division. She is an industry leader who has participated and helped shape the pharmaceutical marketing research industry as it has matured to what it is today. Prior to joining Ziment, Basya's primary supplier side experience was with IMS Health Consulting for the past 13 years, where she led a team of researchers and analysts in consulting engagements that supported client decisions about licensing opportunities, portfolio development, brand management and product line strategies. Before that, Basya had a long tenure on the client side of the business, invaluable experience in shaping her views on how research is used. This is over a 10 year period in positions of increasing responsibility at Bristol Myers Squibb, Johnson & Johnson and AstraZeneca, culminating in her position as Senior Director of Marketing Research & Business Planning at Rhone-Poulenc Rorer, in charge of research worldwide. Dr. Brian Boyle is an associate professor of medicine (courtesy) in the department of International Medicine and Infectious Diseases at Weill Medical College of Cornell University, medical training chairman of the International Center for Equal Healthcare Access and medical editor of HIVandHepatitis.com. He is a specialist in treating HIV infection and AIDS and has acted as an investigator in numerous clinical trials. Dr. Boyle has authored and co-authored more than two hundred publications and abstracts relating to the treatment of HIV. Prior to entering into medicine, Dr. Boyle received his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School, and practiced civil litigation for nearly a decade. He then returned to school for his M.D. from Georgetown University School of Medicine, and completed his internship and residency at Georgetown University Medical Center. He is both board-certified in Internal Medicine and a member of the State Bar of Georgia. Dr. Boyle is funded by, or is affiliated with Bristol-Myers Squibb, Pfizer, Gilead Sciences, Tibotec/J&J, and Abbott Laboratories as a consultant or member of the speakers bureau.

Egan a co-founder, as Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer he is responsible for all financial and legal issues, investor relations, day-to-day management and operations, and liaison with corporate and government concerns. He has over 25 years experience in managing scientific and technology teams at the National Institutes of Health, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Alteon Inc. From 1999 to 2001, he worked with investment bankers and Wall Street analysts in two public financings, and in 2001, engaged in forming start-up and early stage technology companies. Dr. Egan is a member of the Licensing Executives Society.

Prior to joining Bristol-Myers Squibb in 1991, John Damonti served as Associate Director of State Government Relations for Ciba-Geigy Corporation, Director of the Primerica Foundation, and Manager of Contributions and Community Relations for Mutual of New York. He received an undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University and a master's degree in social work from Fordham University. In 2007, Damonti received the Schriver Award for Creative Grant Making from the Council on Foundations and an honorary doctorate degree from Fordham University.

John R. Gibson, MBChB, MRCP (UK), FRCP (Glasgow) is the Senior Vice President, Global Development at Allergan, Irvine, California. He also serves as Volunteer Clinical Professor of Dermatology, UCI, Irvine, California, and SUNY, Buffalo, New York. He received his medical degree from Glasgow University in 1973, and subsequently trained in general medicine, infectious diseases and pediatrics in Zimbabwe and the United Kingdom. Development as a Dermatologist occurred in parallel with an industry career. He was appointed Honorary Consultant Dermatologist at the Royal London Hospital, England in 1982. He has significant international (27 years) experience in all aspects of drug development with three major pharmaceutical companies (Wellcome, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Allergan); and a track record of product approvals worldwide in the fields of dermatology, ophthalmology and neurology, with additional experience in oncology, allergy and anti-infectives, including anti-virals. His passion for drug development and medicine remains powerfully intact.

Jon Cobb has served as Vice President and General Manager for Dimension, the 3D Printing business unit of Stratasys since January of 2002. Mr. Cobb joined the company as Vice President of Marketing in August of 1995. Before joining the company, Mr. Cobb served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Westec Security, Inc. and has held various Sales and Marketing Management positions with Lockheed Martin's Calcomp Division. Mr. Cobb received a B.S.degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Kenneth J. Sobaski joined our company in February 2006 and has been serving as our President and Chief Operating Officer since that time. From April 2002 to April 2005, Mr. Sobaski served as an officer and Vice President Sales, Marketing and Business Development of Polaris Industries Inc., a publicly held manufacturer of power sports products, and from September 2001 to April 2002, he served as an officer and Vice President Marketing and Business Development of Polaris Industries. From 1999 to 2001, he served as the President of ConAgra Grocery Brands of ConAgra Foods, Inc. Mr. Sobaski s prior experience also includes executive marketing, general management and sales positions for a number of consumer product marketing companies, including The Pillsbury Company, The Drackett Company (a division of Bristol-Myers Squibb), Kraft Foods, Inc. and General Mills, Inc. Mr. Sobaski earned his B.A. from St. Olaf College, and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University s Kellogg School of Management.

Dr. Rogan is experienced in the strategy, management and conduct of Phase I-IV clinical trials, with particular expertise in pediatric trials. His background has included the supervision of numerous clinical programs including therapeutic teams focused on Anesthesia, Anti-infectives, Anti-thrombosis, Cardiovascular, Consumer Health Products, CNS, Oncology and Respiratory research. Additionally, Dr. Rogan has managed Clinical Operations, Biometrics, Health Economics, Medical Liaison and Product Information functions. In his most recent corporate post, Dr. Rogan was Vice President of Medical Affairs at Sanofi Pharmaceuticals. Previous experience also includes tenure at Zeneca Pharmaceuticals, Burroughs Wellcome and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Dr. Rogan received his BS in Biology from Siena College and his MD from Albany Medical College.

Mr. Dunn serves as Executive Vice President and Team Leader and is a member of the RG+A executive management team. Neal joined RG+A in July 2003 after a 6-year career at Bristol-Myers Squibb. As Team Leader, he leads a diverse team of researchers and brings his extensive experience in brand management and strategy to oversee a wide range of quantitative, qualitative and modeling projects, both in the US and abroad. Specifically, Neal works to integrate client strategic needs into project design and analysis to help RG+A deliver strategically sound, tactically applicable results. Within BMS, Neal worked in a broad range of functional areas, including outcomes research and pharmacoeconomics, market research and domestic and global marketing. His brand management and market research activities centered on neuroscience and infectious disease, and included managing in-line and pre-launch infectious disease products. Neal holds a bachelor s degree from Cornell University, concentrating in neurobiology and behavior.

Phyllis has spent over 20 years as a consumer marketer developing brand strategies, launching multi-million dollar advertising campaigns, and creating targeted marketing programs using database, segmentation, and ROI analytics. Prior to joining LMM, Phyllis had built her career at some of the biggest New York advertising agencies. Her most recent position was as Senior Vice President at Foote Cone & Belding. In 1996, Phyllis saw the advent of Direct To Consumer advertising and decided to focus exclusively on the healthcare field. Since then she has worked with Eli Lilly, Roche Laboratories, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Ciba-Geigy, Bayer, Knoll Pharmaceuticals, and Alcon Labs across a number of conditions, including depression, ADD, anxiety, obesity, menopause, Hepatitis C, and Parkinson's. Beyond work, Phyllis finds the time to chair the Author Visit committee at Riverfield School and sits on the board of the Children's Ministry committee at Trinity Episcopal Church. Phyllis earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Smith College and lives in Fairfield, Connecticut with her husband and three children.

Richard Claudio is responsible Taratec' s Puerto Rico business including sales, delivery, and office operations. Reporting to Richard are all P.R consultants delivering projects and services across Taratec's practices. Richard has held positions of increasing responsibility with extensive experience in large scale project management. His business affiliations include many of Taratec's current customers including Wyeth, Millipore, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Ethicon - Johnson & Johnson. Richard has a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus.

Richard Di Rocco, Ph.D. leads the company as Chief Scientific Officer. Dr. Di Rocco has been involved in biomedical research since 1977 as a neurobiologist, university lecturer, pharma and biotech research scientist and business development executive. Dr. Di Rocco was responsible for fundamental work that elaborated mechanisms for the neural regulation of energy balance and food intake, while he was a Postdoctoral researcher at the Obesity Research Center of St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital of the Columbia University School of Medicine. He also did basic work in the areas of cerebral blood flow and metabolism, as a Research Associate in the Neurology Department of the University of Pennsylvania and co-invented a novel radiopharmaceutical that is selectively retained in hypoxic tissue and is a marker for ischemic tissue at risk of infarction as a Project Leader and Senior Research Scientist at Bristol-Myers Squibb. The major focus of Dr. Di Rocco's most recent research was on the role of brain inflammation in stroke while at Cephalon. Dr. Di Rocco was also responsible for several important in-licensing deals and business development strategy innovations as Associate Vice President and Vice President of Licensing & Business Development at British Technology Group, before becoming the Chief Scientific Officer of Secant.

Dr. Rosenheck reports receiving research support from the following pharmaceutical companies: Eli Lilly, Janssen, Astra-Zeneca, and Wyeth. He also reports being a consultant to GlaxoSmithKline, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Janssen.

Robin Friedman joined Aquent in 1998 as an agent, and was quickly promoted to team leader of the creative group in Los Angeles. In 2000 she joined the New Jersey office where she is Director, Business Development. Robin's accomplishments with Aquent include developing consultative relationships with such companies as Bristol-Myers Squibb, Sony, Amgen Kaiser Permanente, Warner Bros., EMI, Unilever Cosmetics and Pfizer. Prior to joining Aquent, Robin worked in the music industry where she concentrated on account management and marketing for Warner/Elektra/ Atlantic in NYC and Billboard Magazine, both Los Angeles and London. Robin was also General Manager of Little Major Records (LMR), an independent record label, where she was responsible for the Art Direction for packaging and advertising. Robin's account management and consultative support experience combined with her understanding of art and design have enabled her to thoroughly understand her clients' needs at Aquent. She is dedicated to providing them with the best talent and service the world has to offer.

Stanley D. Burhans. Mr. Burhans, our Vice President and Controller, has been continuously employed by Mead Johnson or BMS since 1992 in various capacities. Before assuming his current position, Mr. Burhans served as Vice President, Finance of Mead Johnson since February 2006. From July 2005 to February 2006, Mr. Burhans served as Senior Director, International Finance of Mead Johnson and from June 2003 to July 2005, he served as Senior Director, U.S. Finance of Mead Johnson.

Prior to founding Strategy Engine, Dr. Burnell was a managing partner of Vantage Point Associates, a New York based strategy consulting firm. He has more than 15 years of international consulting experience, including management, strategy, and media work for clients including, BHP, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Caterpillar, Corning Incorporated, Exxon, ICI, Johnson & Johnson, Specialty Minerals, and the Australian Environment and Defense Departments. Stephen holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) from Flinders University and a Ph.D from the University of Sydney (Australia).

Todd H. Kasdan, M.D. is a licensed board-certified physician. Dr. Kasdan served his internship and residency at Loyola University Medical Center. He earned his M.D. degree from Loyola University's Stritch School of Medicine, and was awarded a B.S. degree in physiology from Michigan State University. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Kasdan is on the speakers bureau for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals Inc., Astra Zeneca PLC, and Abbott Labs; serves as a consultant to or sits on the advisory board of Eli Lilly & Company, Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, Forest Pharmaceuticals Inc., and Sanofi Synthelabo; receives grant support from Novartis Pharmaceuticals AG; and, is involved in clinical research trials with Janssen Pharmaceutica LP. Additionally, Dr. Kasdan sits on Cornell Companies' (NYSE - CRN) Pharmacy & Therapeutics committee.

Vicki L. Sato, Ph.D., Lead Outside Director and Chair of Infinity's Compensation Committee, is currently a professor at Harvard University. From 1992 - 2005, Dr. Sato held various positions with Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a publicly traded pharmaceutical company, most recently serving as President from 2000 - 2005. Prior to joining Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Inc., from 1984 - 1992, Dr. Sato held various positions with Biogen, Inc., a publicly traded biotechnology company, most recently serving as Vice President of Research and a member of the Scientific Advisory Board. Since 1993, Dr. Sato has served on the Board of Tutors, Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Harvard University, and also served as an Assistant Professor and Associate Professor in the Department of Biology at Harvard University from 1975 - 1983. Dr. Sato is a business advisor to Atlas Ventures, a venture capital firm, and other enterprises in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Dr. Sato serves as an overseer of the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum and is a trustee of Jose Mateo’s Ballet Theatre. Dr. Sato serves as a director of Bristol-Myers Squibb Company and Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Inc., publicly traded biopharmaceutical companies, Perkin-Elmer, Inc., a diversified company with businesses in the life and analytical sciences and optoelectronics, and Avila Therapeutics, a private biotechnology company. Dr. Sato received an A.B. in Biology from Radcliffe College and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Biology from Harvard University.

Mr. Joppy has over 19 years of medical device and pharmaceutical quality management experience with Johnson & Johnson, Warner-Lambert, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Burroughs Wellcome. Prior to joining OraPharma he held the position of Associate Director, Quality Assurance for the Pharmaceutical Sourcing Group Americas (PSGA), a division of Johnson & Johnson. Mr. Joppy serves on the Executive Committee of the International Pharmaceutical Excipients Council and currently holds the position of Vice Chair - Industrial Relations. He is also an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA).

Warren Merlino is the Executive Vice President and Managing Director Logistic Services of PROMOTECH. At PROMOTECH, Warren oversees a full suite of non- personal promotion services for the life sciences industry to include fulfillment, distribution, warehousing, direct mail, database management, tele-services, e-services, print center and direct mail services. In addition, Mr. Merlino serves on the inVentiv Selling Solutions Senior Management Team. With over 21 years of pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience at companies such as Bristol-Myers Squibb and Ciba-Geigy Pharmaceuticals (Novartis), Warren brings a strong skill set in strategic and tactical planning, logistics, marketing, sales, managed care, leadership training and development, and negotiations to PROMOTECH. During the course of his career, Mr. Merlino has had the opportunity to work closely with executives at every level within the health care arena. In his tenure with PROMOTECH, he has led the company through five major company expansions, including the latest, a new 100,000 sq ft. literature distribution center. These changes have enhanced the capabilities available to PROMOTECH clients and positioned this inVentiv division for continued revenue growth. Mr. Merlino earned a B.S. degree in Political Science from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida as well as an M.B.A. from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.

Gloria Sinclair Miller is a Human Resources Professional with over 15 years of accomplishments in multi-unit human resources management positions within the pharmaceutical, retail and finance industries. Currently Ms. Sinclair Miller is an Associate Director, Human Resources for the Information Management organization of Bristol-Myers Squibb, a global pharmaceutical company. In this capacity she works with the Chief Information Officer and the oversees human resources strategic planning, employee recruitment, performance management and employee relations, while also serving as HR project lead in multi-million dollar global Information Technology outsourcing initiatives. Ms. Sinclair Miller has also held increasingly responsible multi-unit Human Resources Management positions with Borders Group, Inc., a Fortune 500 Company specializing in books, music and food. Prior to Borders Group, Inc., Ms. Sinclair Miller developed, and served in, the role of Regional Human Resources Manager for TD Banknorth in New Jersey, and held the position of Human Resources Administrator for American Express Travel in Pennsylvania. Ms. Sinclair Miller holds a Masters of Science in Human Resources Management from Widener University; a Bachelors of Science in Human Resources Management from Wilmington University; and an Associates of Arts in Paralegal Studies from Peirce College. Ms. Sinclair Miller is currently certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and serves on committees in the Philadelphia Chapter. She has been named the chair of the mentoring committee for the 2008-09 program year. Ms. Sinclair Miller brings her passion, integrity and leadership to volunteer positions in the community as well. Some of her affiliations include the International Minority Women Business Leaders; the National Black MBA Association, and the Mercer County, NJ Chamber of Commerce's Young Business Leaders Council.

Irene Heinz Given Professor of Immunology at the Harvard School of Public Health and Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School since 1991. Dr. Glimcher is a Director of Waters Corporation. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and a member of the National Academy of Sciences, American Association of Immunologists, National Academy of Science USA, and the Institutes of Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences. She sits on the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center Board of Scientific Consultants and on the Scientific Advisory Boards of the Burroughs-Wellcome Fund, Cancer Research Institute, Immune Disease Institute, Health Care Ventures, Inc., Nodality Inc., Abpro, Inc. and Sandler Foundation Fund. Age 57.

Freeh brings 26 years of experience in federal law enforcement to his position as Chairman of URU Technology Incorporated, previously holding positions within the FBI and serving as a federal district court judge and federal attorney. President Clinton nominated Louis Freeh as the fifth Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation in 1993 where he served until 2001. During this time, Freeh was successful in modernizing and restructuring the FBI to better handle the dramatic changes that were occurring in crime, terrorism, and national security. He championed the cause of cooperative law enforcement action at all levels: local, state, federal, and foreign, and played an integral role in helping to keep the FBI at the forefront of investigative techniques, particularly in the use of advanced technologies to fight the evolving area of cyber-crime. Director Freeh also spearheaded the effort by law enforcement to ensure its ability to carry out court-authorized electronic surveillance in major investigations affecting public safety and national security in the face of telecommunications advances. Some of Director Freeh's most noteworthy accomplishments during this period were: - Established the National Infrastructure Protection Center (NIPC) that monitors the dissemination of computer viruses, worms and other malicious programs and to warn the government and business computer users of these dangers. It relies on the assistance and cooperation of its partners including federal agencies, the private sector and state and local law enforcement agencies. - Prepared the Economic Espionage Act (EEA) in 1996, a statue that makes the theft or misappropriation of a trade secret a federal crime. The Act prescribes the various acts defined under economic espionage and addresses the U.S. national and economic aspects of crime. It also addresses the theft of trade secrets. - Architected the Healthcare Fraud Act that established and funded a national program to combat fraud and abuse committed against all health plans, both public and private. The Act helped coordinate federal, state and local law enforcement programs in order to control fraud abuse, conduct investigations, facilitate the enforcement of statutes and provide industry guidance and special fraud alerts. - Spearheaded the passage of the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA) in 1994 that authorized electronic surveillance capabilities for law enforcement. While Freeh served as FBI Director, the U.S. government reinforced its commitment to security and protection of its citizens. Recognizing that Human Intelligence (Humint) is becoming a critical element in defense of crime, terrorism and identity theft, Freeh increased the FBI budget by 58 percent and helped pass legislation that strengthened the nation's crime-fighting abilities, including instituting Anti-Terrorism laws.

Louis Sullivan served as U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services from 1989 to 1993. Prior to and following his service as HHS Secretary, he was President of Morehouse School of Medicine, which he now serves as President Emeritus. He is co-chair of The Presidential Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS. A graduate of Morehouse College, he earned his medical degree from Boston University, and is certified in internal medicine and hematology. The recipient of 45 honorary degrees, he served on the faculties of the medical schools at Harvard, Seton Hall, and Boston universities before arriving at Morehouse in 1975. He was also the founding president of the Association of Minority Health Professions Schools.

Stephen Bear is responsible for integrating the company's Human Resources programs and practices with the strategic focus of Bristol-Myers Squibb. Bear worked for the company from 1985 through May 1999 and held a variety of senior leadership positions in marketing strategy and general management. Notably Bear served as president, Worldwide Consumer Medicines, and executive vice president of Strategy for the Consumer Group. His prior assignments included roles based both in the U.S. and internationally. Bear left the company in 1999 to serve as head of Marketing and Business Development for the New York Botanical Gardens. He rejoined Bristol-Myers Squibb in December 2001. Bear holds a B.A. from Duke University and an M.B.A. from Harvard.
