Brian Cors is President of Cors Productivity Solutions, Inc., a company specializing in turnkey solutions that help companies boost sales productivity and build stronger customer relationships. Brian is a former director of marketing and assistant vice president for Mitel Networks, Inc., a $400 million provider of integrated business communications systems and voice over IP solutions. He created and built the direct sales and services marketing organization for Mitel and also helped Mitel increase direct sales and service revenues by over 50% to transform it from a money-losing business into an industry-leading 10% return-on-sales business. Along the way, he provided productivity tools to hundreds of sales personnel to help them quote, propose and communicate more effectively and efficiently with customers. Ever since Brian bought his first Compaq portable computer back in 1984, he has been focused on finding ways to use technology for the purpose of increasing business productivity. In the early 1990s as a marketing manager at FMC (a Fortune 500 chemicals and industrial machinery provider), Brian created his first automated proposal generation system to help sales people communicate their proposed solutions more effectively with customers. In the late 1980s, Brian spent three years at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), where he honed his systems consulting and analysis skills. In addition to his marketing and systems consulting background, Brian also spent some time in sales with FMC and Baxter International (a Fortune 500 provider of healthcare products), and understands first-hand the needs of a sales person. Brian is an accomplished public speaker, and has conducted numerous seminars and speaking engagements with audiences of all sizes on the topic of the real-world productivity benefits of technology. He is an alumnus of Duke University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, and the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia. He is a member of the Northern Virginia Technology Council and lives in Reston, Virginia with his wife and two daughters.

Owen serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for CounterPath. Owen is the co-founder and previous Chief Executive Officer of NewHeights Software Corp. which was acquired by CounterPath in August 2007. Owen co-founded NewHeights Software in 1998 in response to the emerging shift towards the development of commercial IP Telephony systems. Foreseeing the widespread adoption of IP PBXs and hosted IP Centrex, Owen launched NewHeights Software to develop an intuitive, next-generation software client that would bring together the power of both the telephony and data networks in an intuitive graphic interface. This vision was realized with the NewHeights next-gen soft-client product line, which provides users with simplicity and usability in the management of their IP communications environment. Owen served as Chief Executive Officer for NewHeights. Owen Matthews has been extensively involved in the business of telecommunications and delivering innovation to market for over a decade and is also the son of technology magnate Sir Terry Matthews, founder of Mitel Networks and NewBridge Networks. Owen's business and technology acumen was in part seasoned under various Matthews' business holdings, including NewBridge Networks and the Wesley Clover Corporation and its portfolio of technology corporations.

Sir Terry Matthews was the visionary behind the conception and realisation of The Celtic Manor Resort. From early beginnings as a former maternity hospital where he himself was born, the derelict 19th century Manor House was purchased by Sir Terry in 1980 and following a 90 million expansion programme in 1999, is now established as one of Europe's finest golf and leisure resorts. He is also Chairman and CEO of March Networks Corporation, owner and non-executive Chairman of Mitel Networks Corporation and was the founder and principal investor of Celtic House, an international venture capital firm with more than US $1 billion under management in more than 40 companies and offices in the United Kingdom, United States and Canada. Sir Terry is a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical Engineers and the University of Wales. In 1994, he was appointed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire and later received a knighthood in the Queen's Birthday Honours 2001.

Richard brings 24+ years of Telecommunications expertise to MapleWorks. He has software and systems development experience in real time systems, embedded systems and embedded software development. Adept at building strong, multidisciplinary teams; Richard has an extensive technical management background. Richard has managed complete end-to-end product development, including systems architecture, software development and monitored performance and reliability. Richard's enviable experience in the industry comes from leadership roles with recognized brands in the Telecommunications market, Mitel Networks, Flick Software and Nortel Networks. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Carleton University, Canada.

Norman Stout has been Chairman of the Hypercom Board of Directors since December 2007 and a director since 2003. Mr. Stout served as Chief Executive Officer of Mitel US, the United States operating division of Mitel Networks Corp., until June 2008. He still serves as a member of the board of Mitel. Mr. Stout served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Inter-Tel, Inc., a Phoenix-based business communications provider, from February 2006 to August 2007, when Inter-Tel was acquired by Mitel. Mr. Stout joined Inter-Tel in June 1998, and had also served as its Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. He was also a member of Inter-Tel's Board of Directors from 1994 to 1998. Immediately prior to Inter-Tel, Mr. Stout served as Chief Operating Officer of Oldcastle Architectural Products in 1998, President of Oldcastle Architectural West from 1996 to 1998, and President of Oldcastle's Superlite Block subsidiary from 1993 to 1998. Mr. Stout was Chief Executive Officer of Boorhem-Fields, Inc., a Dallas, Texas manufacturer of crushed stone, from 1990 to 1993, and its Chief Financial Officer from 1986 to 1990. Mr. Stout is a Certified Public Accountant, and was employed by Coopers & Lybrand from 1982 to 1986. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Texas A&M University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Texas.

Peter Charbonneau is currently a General Partner at Skypoint Capital Corporation, an early-stage technology venture capital firm. Prior to joining Skypoint Capital Corporation, Mr. Charbonneau spent 13 years at Newbridge Networks Corporation acting as CFO, Executive V.P., President and COO and Vice Chairman. Mr. Charbonneau served as a member of Newbridge's Board of Directors between 1996 and 2000. Mr. Charbonneau began his career at Deloitte Haskins and Sells and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario since 1979. In June 2003, Mr. Charbonneau was elected by the Council as a Fellow of the Institute in recognition of outstanding career achievements and leadership contributions to the community and to the profession.
