Tony Werner is responsible for developing and guiding the company’s technology strategy and evolving network architecture, including supporting next-generation consumer systems and technologies, infrastructure and engineering, network integration and management tools and technical standards.
Mr. Werner most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Liberty Global, Inc., in Englewood, CO, leading the company’s global strategy for video, voice and data services. Werner has more than 25 years of engineering and technical management experience, having held senior management positions with Qwest Communications, Aurora Networks, TeleCommunications, Inc. (TCI)/AT&T Broadband, Rogers Communications, Inc., and RCA Cablevision Systems.
A graduate of Dakota County Technical College in Rosemount, MN, with a degree in Telecommunications, Werner resides in Philadelphia.
As President of The Bank of New York Mellon, Gerald Hassell oversees the Company's broad range of securities servicing businesses, including asset servicing and issuer, broker-dealer, treasury and clearing services. He also has management responsibility for client management, operations and technology. The Bank of New York Mellon is a global financial services growth company operating in 34 countries and serving institutions and high-net-worth individuals in more than 100 markets worldwide. The Company is a worldwide leader in asset management and securities servicing. It has $20.2 trillion in assets under custody and administration and $928 billion in assets under management. Prior to the merger of The Bank of New York Company, Inc. and Mellon Financial Corporation in July 2007, Mr. Hassell was President of The Bank of New York. Since joining The Bank of New York's Management Development Program more than three decades ago, Mr. Hassell has held a number of key leadership positions in securities servicing, corporate banking, credit, strategic planning and administrative services. He was named to The Bank of New York's senior planning committee in 1994, and elected to its Board of Directors in 1998. Mr. Hassell holds an MBA in finance from the New York University Stern School of Business and a BA in economics from Duke University. Mr. Hassell is on the Boards of Directors of The Bank of New York Mellon and Comcast. In addition, he is chairman of the Board of Visitors of The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University; a member of The Financial Services Roundtable and Financial Services Forum; a member of the boards of the New York Philharmonic and the National September 11 Memorial & Museum; and Vice Chairman of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of New York.

Charlie Thurston joined Comcast Spotlight in 2002 and is responsible for leading a team of 3,500 employees in local, regional, and national advertising sales operations that generated $2.0 billion gross in 2006. Comcast Spotlight is in nearly 90 DMAs across the U.S. including 20 of the top 25 markets. Prior to this role, he was President and CEO of Adlink, the Los Angeles digital interconnect. Hired as Adlink's General Sales Manager in 1989, Charlie was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 1991, and then to President and CEO in 1992. His experience spans more than 24 years in the cable industry. He was General Manager of Continental Cablevision's Cable Advertising Division from 1986-1989. Prior to that, his career included launching advertising sales departments for Cablevision Systems in New York, Connecticut and Boston. His career began in 1980 selling cable television subscriptions door-to-door. Originally from Rye, New York, Charlie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College, 1980. He attended the Haas School of Business's Advanced Management Program at the University of California at Berkeley, and is a member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization). Charlie was recognized by Inc Magazine as an Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist in "Communications" in 1995, and "Technology" in 1996, and was the recipient of "The Silver Bell" Award from the Ad Council in 2005. He serves on the Board of Directors of National Cable Communications (NCC), Vehix.com, The Advertising Council, and he is the Chairman of the Board for The Cable Advertising Bureau (CAB). Charlie is also an avid fundraiser for SkiTAM, which aids The Olympic Disabled Ski Team. Charlie is married with a four-year-old son and a one-year-old daughter.

Cassaro is also credited with implementing the pioneering E! "back room" system, placing E! at the forefront of cable ad sales administration.
Cassaro currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Cable Advertising Bureau (CAB), The IRTS (International Radio & Television Society) and City Meals on Wheels. In 1995, he received the CAB President's Award. He is also a member of the Executive Steering Committee for E.D.I.
Prior to joining E!, Cassaro held the position of Vice President of Eastern Sales for Fox Broadcasting Company from 1986 to 1990, and is credited with helping launch Fox's sales department. Before that, Cassaro was at CBS Television Network serving in a variety of affiliate relations and advertiser sales positions. He has also been on the staff of ABC, NBC and Telerep, a national spot sales organization.
A native New Yorker, Cassaro is a graduate of Marist College with a Bachelor of Arts in communication arts. He currently resides on Long Island, NY, with his wife Mary Jane and their three children.

As President of Comcast Emerging Networks, Diane Robina is responsible for developing new networks and is also charged with cultivating and overseeing the conception, startup and operations of the newly created networks. The first of those networks - FEARnet a multi-platform network focused on horror and thriller films, launched in the fall of 2006.
Prior to her arrival at Comcast, Ms. Robina served as Executive Vice President of Acquisition Strategies for MTV Networks where she played a key role in launching new networks, including TV Land, HA! (which became Comedy Central), Logo, Nick UK, Nick Germany, and the relaunch of TNN. She also served as Executive Vice President and General Manager, TNN, and Associate General Manager and Senior Vice President of Nick-At-Nite and TV Land.
Ms. Robina is an elected member of the Board of Directors for New York Women in Film and Television. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Delaware.

John joined Comcast in 1999 as Senior Regional Vice President for the South Central Region. John’s role has since expanded along with the consolidation of regions and he is now the President of Comcast’s Southern Division, which serves approximately 5.7 million customers across portions of ten states. A 25-year veteran in the cable television industry, John spent most of his career in general and senior management roles with Continental Cablevision, which was purchased by MediaOne in 1997. Prior to joining Comcast, John was the Senior Vice President for MediaOne’s Atlanta Region, where John was responsible for not only the cable operations but had oversight of Cable Advertising of Metro Atlanta (CAMA), the region advertising interconnect as well as MediaOne’s local telephone operations.
John attended Denison University in Ohio where he received his degree in economics. He is married and has three children. He is a past president of the Ohio Cable Telecommunications Association and has served on the Board of the Cable Television Association of Georgia (CTAG). John is a Trustee at his children’s school, Pace Academy, in Atlanta.

Comcast SportsNet President Jon D. Litner, 43, is responsible for the strategy, programming, and day-to-day operations of the rapidly growing Comcast SportsNet family of sports networks. Mr. Litner, a veteran sports media executive, is applying expertise gained from the ranks of national and regional sports television and the professional sports business to expand Comcast SportsNet into new markets and new technologies. He became president on May 1, 2007.
Comcast SportsNet’s eleven channels are distinguished by their comprehensive, regional focus, including live game coverage and entertaining sports news, talk, analysis, features and other original programming. Comcast SportsNet’s networks are: Comcast SportsNet Philadelphia, Comcast SportsNet Chicago, Comcast SportsNet Mid-Atlantic, Comcast SportsNet West, Comcast SportsNet Northwest (launching Oct. 2007), SportsNet New York, FSN Bay Area, FSN New England, The Mtn. – MountainWest Sports Network, CSS, and Comcast Local Detroit. Collectively, Comcast SportsNet’s channels will deliver more than 2,400 live games to 38 million sports fans around the country.
Previously Mr. Litner served as president of SportsNet New York (SNY), the official television home of the New York Mets and Jets. As president, he was responsible for the development, launch and growth of SNY, which went on the air in March of 2006 and produced the largest year-to-year MLB viewership increase in 2006 during its inaugural season.
Before he launched SNY, Mr. Litner was the executive vice president, chief operating officer of the National Hockey League from 1999 to 2005, where he managed U.S. and Canadian broadcasting, digital media, public relations, special events, new business development, game scheduling and in-house television production.
Mr. Litner began his career in sports television at Capital Cities/ABC, Inc., and held several senior-level legal and business positions from 1991 to 1999, including programming acquisitions and talent negotiations. Mr. Litner negotiated ABC Sports’ acquisition of MLB television rights for 1994 and 1995, oversaw ABC’s coverage of college sports, motor sports, boxing and Wide World of Sports programming, and played a leading role in creating the Bowl Championship Series and a college football national championship game. While at ABC, Mr. Litner worked on the creation of the Baseball Network, a joint venture with NBC, and served as vice president of business affairs for the Baseball Network in 1994 and 1995.
Mr. Litner is a 1985 graduate of Yale University where he was an Oaklawn Foundation Scholar and a two-sport varsity athlete, earning letters in baseball and football. Mr. Litner earned his legal degree from Cornell Law School in 1988. He is a three-time recipient of Sports Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” Sports Executive Award and was inducted into the Sports Business Journal’s Hall of Fame in 2001. Mr. Litner is a member of the Little League International Board of Directors and serves on the March of Dimes New York Sports Luncheon Committee.

Kevin Casey serves as President of Comcast’s Northern Division leading operations for approximately 6.7 million cable, High-Speed Internet, and Digital Voice customers.
Mr. Casey has more than 25 years of experience in the cable industry, holding various leadership positions with such companies as Continental Cable, Cablevision Systems, MediaOne and AT&T Broadband.
Most recently he served as interim President of Engineering Operations for Comcast Cable, responsible for managing and implementing the Company’s network and technical operations initiatives. He also served as Senior Vice President of the company’s New England Region, responsible for operations serving 2.2 million customers.
Prior to joining Comcast, Mr. Casey served as the executive vice president of operations for AT&T Broadband. In that role, he was the senior executive responsible for broadband operations in five of AT&T Broadband’s major markets serving approximately 8 million customers. In addition to market operations, he managed corporate technical and network operations functions companywide.
Before Mr. Casey’s appointment with AT&T Broadband, he served as executive in residence at Pilot House Ventures Group LLC. In that role, he actively initiated and evaluated new investment opportunities and sat on portfolio company boards working closely with management on bringing their products and services to market.
In 1994, Mr. Casey was awarded the first Personal Achievement Award for engineering achievement by the New England chapter of the Society of Cable Television Engineers. He holds a business science degree in electronic technology from Hesser College and sits on the board of directors of City Year Boston, a non-profit community service organization, the Massachusetts Network Communications Council, New England Cable Television Association and New England Cable News. He also serves on the board of overseers of the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation.

Neal Tiles joined G4 in September 2005 as president of the network. G4, the fastest growing network on television for 2006, launched in April 2002 and is now available in 59 million cable and satellite homes nationwide. Prior to joining G4, Tiles was executive vice president, marketing for DIRECTV, Inc. and responsible for developing and executing all elements of customer communications for the satellite operator. During his tenure with the company, DIRECTV experienced a record year (2004) in terms of gross adds, net adds and industry leading churn and ARPU (average revenue per user).
Among his accomplishments at DIRECTV was the successful integration of all marketing initiatives under a single brand umbrella (“rethink TV”). This marked the first time in over six years that all communications, directed at both prospects and current customers, were leveraging the same brand benefit. Additionally, Tiles and his team were awarded with 39 PROMAX/BDA awards at the 2005 conference - the second most wins among all network and television providers from around the world.
Previously, Tiles was with FOX Sports as senior vice president, marketing, from 1997 to 1999 and executive vice president, FOX Sports Marketing Group, from 2000 to 2003. He was responsible for marketing and promoting both FOX Sports and FOX Sports Net and led strategies to maximize ratings for marquee network sports events such as the MLB Playoffs, NFL/Super Bowl, NASCAR and NHL. During his tenure, FOX was television’s highest-rated network for sports programming and FOX Sports Net launched the network’s largest programming initiative to date: “The Best Damn Sports Show Period.” Also during this time, FOX was honored with over 150 major advertising awards, among them 17 gold Clios and seven Gold Lions at the International Advertising Festival at Cannes. Included in his wins at Cannes was the 2001 “Grand Prix,” awarded to the best advertising campaign worldwide among 6,500 entries.
Additional professional experience includes positions as the director of advertising and program marketing at ESPN, account supervisor at BBDO New York, account executive at Foote, Cone & Belding in San Francisco and account executive at Young & Rubicam in New York.

Sam Schwartz is President and a Founding Managing Partner of Comcast Interactive Capital (CIC), a $350 million venture capital fund affiliated with Comcast Corporation, a diversified global leader in cable television, broadband services, telecommunications, and programming. CIC's goals are to generate financial returns from venture investments in private technology companies and to seek strategic benefits for Comcast through those partnerships. Sam leads CIC and also focuses on broadband and interactive technologies.
Sam is also Executive Vice President of Strategy & Development at Comcast Interactive Media (CIM), a new division dedicated to developing and growing Comcast’s emerging Internet businesses, including the comcast.net site. Sam also advises and participates at Comcast on strategic issues related to new products, technology and important trends.
Prior to joining Comcast in March of 1999, Sam spent time as an investor in communications and software companies. Prior to his work in venture capital, Sam was a Manager at The Boston Consulting Group and a consultant at Booz, Allen & Hamilton. Sam began his career as a software engineer.

Sandy Wax is President and General Manager for PBS KIDS Sprout, the first and only 24-hour on-air, on demand and online service devoted to preschoolers and their parents and caregivers. Wax is responsible for Sprout's overall cross-platform programming strategy, website development and expansion, marketing and new media initiatives. Having held several senior management positions at Disney ABC Cable Networks and Discovery Communications, Wax is one of the industry’s leading authorities in the children’s entertainment arena.
Prior to joining PBS KIDS Sprout, Wax spent seven years at Disney ABC Cable where she became the in-house expert on kids developmental needs, consumer trends and societal forces impacting children and families. During her tenure, she developed the Playhouse Disney curriculum which became the brand’s blueprint for all programming and communications. She was instrumental in driving the company’s global strategy to launch Playhouse Disney in Europe and Asia and to extend the brand into home video, retail and consumer products.
In addition to working on Disney’s kids brands, Wax led efforts to evaluate the potential of new networks and initiatives at Disney. She helped launch SOAPnet in January 2000 and most recently served as Senior Vice President, Programming where she was responsible for SOAPnet’s program strategy, acquisitions, scheduling and operations. Prior to ABC Cable Networks, Wax spent seven years as Vice President of Corporate and New Business Research at Discovery Communications, Inc.
Honored for her achievements and influence in the cable television business, Wax was named a 2006 “Woman to Watch” by MultiChannel News and Women in Cable Telecommunications. Wax also serves on the board of directors for the Philadelphia-based Please Touch Museum, one of the country’s leading children’s museums, designed to enrich the lives of children by providing learning opportunities through play.

Since joining Comcast Cable in 1998, Steve Burke has been a driving force in the Company’s growth from a cable industry leader to a world-class communications company. He has been praised for leading the highly successful and unprecedented integration of AT&T Broadband with Comcast. His work at Comcast has earned numerous industry awards, including the 2006 and 2003 Multichannel News Cable Operator of the Year Award and the National Cable & Telecommunications Association’s 2001 Vanguard Award for Cable Operations Management.
Before joining Comcast, Mr. Burke served with The Walt Disney Company as President of ABC Broadcasting. Mr. Burke joined The Walt Disney Company in January 1986, where he helped to develop and found The Disney Stores. In 1992, he moved to Euro Disney S.A., where, as President and Chief Operating Officer, he helped to lead a comprehensive restructuring effort.
Mr. Burke serves on the Board of Directors for J.P. Morgan and The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He also dedicates his time and expertise to numerous cable industry initiatives, serving as Chairman of the Executive Committee for C-SPAN, a public service created by the cable television industry.
Mr. Burke, 50, is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Colgate University and earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School. He lives in Haverford, PA, with his wife and five children.

He previously served as Vice President of Cox Business Services for Cox Communications in Atlanta, where he more than doubled the size of their business market in less than three years. Stemper also held key executive positions for AT&T Corporation that focused on serving needs of business customers in the United States and Europe.

Lawrence J. Salva serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, and Controller for Comcast Corporation. As Chief Accounting Officer, Mr. Salva is responsible for external financial and management reporting. Mr. Salva served as Chairperson of the Committee on Corporate Reporting, the senior technical committee of FEI, through June 2007 and continues as a member of its Executive Subcommittee. He is a member of the Standing Advisory Group of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board and a member of the Board of Directors of the Rowan University Foundation. In 2006, Mr. Salva was named to Business Finance magazine’s top 60 influencers list, and to Treasury and Risk magazine’s “100 Most Influential People in Finance” list.

Charisse R. Lillie serves as Vice President of Community Investment and Executive Vice President of the Comcast Foundation. She is a member of the Forum of Executive Women and is the former president of the Board of Juvenile Law Center. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees at Howard University, and the Board of Directors of the Franklin Institute, the American Arbitration Association, and the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry. Lillie is a past Chair of the American Bar Association Commission on Racial and Ethnic Diversity and a former Chair of the Board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. She served as a Trustee of Friends Select School from 1994 to 2002 and from 2003 to 2006, serving as President of the Board of Trustees for two years.

Dave Watson is Comcast Cable’s Executive Vice President of Operations where his responsibilities include sales, marketing, Comcast High-Speed Internet, Comcast Digital Voice®, as well as oversight of the Company’s five operating divisions and Comcast Spotlight, the Company’s advertising sales unit.

Mr. Watson serves on the Board of Directors for the Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM), the Partnership for a Drug Free America and the Education Committee of the Police Athletic League of Philadelphia.
Watson is the recipient of the 2006 Vanguard Award, for his work in marketing.
A graduate of the University of Richmond, he holds a BA in political science. Mr. Watson resides with his family in Rosemont, Pennsylvania.
David Juliano serves as Executive Vice President, Marketing and Product Development for Comcast Cable, the nation’s leading provider of cable entertainment and communications products and services with annual revenues of $22.3 billion. In this role, David oversees the leadership of Comcast Cable’s four strategic businesses (Video, Online, Voice and Wireless), as well as Product Development, Marketing & Sales, and Deployment.
Juliano previously served as President and Senior Vice President and General Manager (1999-2004) of Comcast Online, where he grew the business from 80,000 customers to more than 6.5 million customers.
Before joining Comcast in August 1997, David spent eight years at Sony, followed by a 10-year stint in the cellular industry, where he held executive management roles in National Operations, Sales and Marketing.

Marc Rockford joined Comcast in 2003 and serves as vice president and senior deputy general counsel. He is responsible for directing strategic corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and strategic alliances. Rockford’s focus is on joint ventures involving digital television, wireless technologies, and cable programming assets. He also supervises additional Comcast attorneys, who handle the company’s transactional matters.
Prior to joining Comcast’s team, Rockford held numerous positions at the PNC Financial Group, Inc. including, Deputy General Counsel, Chief Counsel & Regulatory Practice Group, and Senior Counsel. Mr. Rockford’s responsibilities included mergers and acquisitions, corporate secretary functions, bank regulatory issues, securities matters, and private equity activities.
Mr. Rockford serves on the Board of Directors for Fellowship farms, a non-profit organization dedicated to education in the field of human relations. He graduated Magna Cum Laude, from Boston University School of Law where he received the Paul J. Liacos Distinguished Scholar, the G. Joseph Tauro Scholar, and the Edward F. Hennessey Scholar, and he received his B.S. at Cornell University, the New York State School of Industrial and Labor Relations in May 1982.

Mark A. Coblitz is Senior Vice President Strategic Planning for Comcast Corporation. His primary responsibility is the development of new business opportunities particularly from emerging technologies.

As a representative of Comcast, Mr. Coblitz has previously served on the boards of Primestar Partners, Teleport Communications Group, Eastern TeleLogic Corporation, and Faroudja Research. He also served on the first operating committee of what has become Sprint PCS.
Prior to joining Comcast in 1989, Mr. Coblitz was a consultant with Strategic Planning Associates, Washington, D.C. where he consulted on strategic issues in industries as varied as jet engines to financial services and textiles. He was a Captain in the United States Air Force serving at the Pentagon.
He holds a B.S. with honors in Management Science from Case Institute of Technology and is a distinguished graduate of Carnegie Mellon's Graduate School of Industrial Administration

Robert S. Pick, 53, is Senior Vice President, Corporate Development for Comcast Corporation, and has been with Comcast since October 1989. He has been involved in the development of the company's strategic vision and the implementation of that vision through the acquisitions and dispositions the company has made since that time.
Major transactions he has worked on have included the proposed Adelphia acquisition and the unwinding of Comcast's stake in Time Warner Cable, the acquisition of AT&T Broadband, Maclean Hunter, EW Scripps, Jones Cable, Teleport, E! Entertainment, and the acquisition and sale of QVC and Comcast Cellular.
Mr. Pick has served on the Boards of several Comcast companies. He has also been active on various community Boards and committees. Prior to joining Comcast, Mr. Pick held various financial positions with Bell Atlantic and spent 10 years with KPMG Peat Marwick. He is a CPA

Stephen Backstrom is the Senior Vice President of Taxation for Comcast. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing Comcast’s Tax Department, which is comprised of 60 employees in Philadelphia and Denver.
Previously, Backstrom served as Vice President of Taxation, and is credited with the founding of the company’s Tax Department when he joined Comcast in 1981. Prior to Comcast, he was a manager at Deloitte & Touche in their Philadelphia office for 10 years, where he served in the Audit and Tax departments.
Backstrom is a past President and a current Director of the Broadband Tax Institute, where he has received the organization’s President’s Award. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Comcast Foundation and Comcast Capital Corporation. Additionally, Backstrom is a member of the Tax Executives Institute (TEI), the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT), Council of State Taxation (COST) and the Media Industry Tax Group.
Backstrom is a graduate of Drexel University, and is a Certified Public Accountant. He resides in Marlton, New Jersey.
Gregg Goldstein is Vice President of Corporate Development at Comcast Corporation. He works to achieve the company’s strategic business goals through merger and acquisition activity, being specifically involved in the Aldelphia transactions and the acquisitions of AT&T broadband, Lenfest Communications, Jones Intercable, Comcast-Spectator, and E! Entertainment. Mr. Goldstein joined Comcast in 1995 having numerous positions in Corporate Development including, Senior Associate, Director and Managing Director.
Prior to joining Comcast, Mr. Goldstein was a manager at Coopers & Lybrand, Valuation Service group. He provided business valuation and other advisory services in connection with merger and acquisition activities for public and private companies.
Mr. Goldstein received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University and his MBA from Drexel University. He resides in Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania with his wife and their two children.
Kenneth J. Bacon is Fannie Mae's Executive Vice President -- Housing and Community Development. Reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Bacon is responsible for the company's Multifamily guaranty book of business, which totaled $173.3 billion as of December 31, 2008. He is also responsible for Community Lending, Community Investment and the company's Low Income Housing Tax Credit business. Mr. Bacon began serving in this role on an interim basis in December 2004, and was named by the board of directors to the Executive Vice President's position in July 2005. From 2000 to 2005, Mr. Bacon was Fannie Mae's Senior Vice President - Multifamily Lending & Investment, responsible for the management and marketing of Fannie Mae's portfolio of multifamily loans and investments, including the Delegated Underwriting and Servicing Lender franchise. Before joining Fannie Mae in 1993, Mr. Bacon was Director of the Office of Securitization of the Resolution Trust Corporation. He also spent eight years on Wall Street with Kidder Peabody & Co. and Morgan Stanley & Co., serving as an officer at each firm. Mr. Bacon is on the board of directors for Comcast Corporation and Corporation for Supportive Housing. He is a member of the Executive Leadership Council and Urban Land Institute. Mr. Bacon was awarded the Order of the British Empire in recognition of his contributions to the Marshall Scholars program. He has a master of business administration from the Harvard Business School, a master of science in international relations from the London School of Economics where he studied as a Marshall Scholar and a bachelor of arts from Stanford University.
