Philip W. Roizin has been our Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration since December 1996. From May 1995 to December 1996, Mr. Roizin served as Chief Financial Officer of The Franklin Mint. From July 1989 to May 1995, he held various senior positions with Dole Food Company, including Vice President/General Manager of Dole Beverages and Vice President of Strategic Services. From 1985 to 1989, Mr. Roizin served as a consultant for Bain & Co., a management consulting firm.

Andrew Richardson brought over thirty years of expertise in commercial building when he joined the company in 1994. His dedication to treating each project as if it were the only one on his agenda has helped grow Brookstone's reputation as a company built on reliable customer service and superior technical skill. Richardson also serves as Chief Estimator of Brookstone and is an active committee member with the AGC Houston.

David Womack, a licensed certified public accountant, joined Brookstone more than a decade ago after years in construction accounting and financial services industries. He is Business Administration graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University who has proudly served as President of the Houston chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and is a Junior Achievement Volunteer Teacher.

THOMAS F. MOYNIHAN has been our Vice President, Finance since March 2009. Mr. Moynihan has been in various senior positions since 1994, serving as our Operational Vice President, Finance since 2001. From 1978 until 1994, he served in numerous capacities in the planning and accounting departments at Filene's, a division of May Department Stores Company.

Mary is the office manager at Brookstone. She assists the developer and the sales agents. She coordinates activities for the residents and helps resolve all issues. Born in Hammond and schooled in Lowell, Mary has lived in Northwest Indiana all her life. She currently lives in Griffith, where in addition to her Brookstone duties, she manages a 15 unit apartment building. Mary is single. She has five sisters and one brother. She worked in the medical field for 38 years with extensive time at one area hospital, several Doctor s offices, and most recently 13 years in the home health field in Merrillville. She is very experienced working with people and enjoys keeping the office organized for everyone.

Thomas Sternweis, Investment Analyst. In his role at Brookstone Partners, Mr. Sternweis is responsible for evaluating prospective investments and working closely with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Brookstone, Mr. Sternweis was a Business Analyst with the consulting firm A.T. Kearney where he worked on operational and strategic projects in the Chemicals, Paper, and Automotive industries. Before joining A.T. Kearney, Mr. Sternweis was a Fulbright Fellow, conducting research on Foreign Direct Investment in the Baltic region. Mr. Sternweis received his B.A. from Northwestern University in Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences and Economics.

Adam L. Suttin has been a director since October 2005. Mr. Suttin co-founded J.W. Childs Associates, L.P. in July 1995 and has been a Partner of J.W. Childs Associates, L.P. since January 1998. Prior to that time, Mr. Suttin was an executive at Thomas H. Lee Company from August 1989, most recently holding the position of Associate. Mr. Suttin is a director of a number of private companies.

Peter Lee Hwai Kiat has been a director since October 2005. Mr. Lee is an Executive Director, the Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of OSIM. Mr. Lee joined OSIM in 2000 and manages OSIM s financial strategy and control, investor relations, human resources and administration and management information systems. Mr. Lee was appointed as a director of OSIM in May 2005.

William E. Watts has been a director since October 2005. Mr. Watts has been an Operating Partner of J.W. Childs Associates, L.P. since June 2001. Previously, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of General Nutrition Companies, Inc. from 1991 until 2001. Prior to being named President and Chief Executive Officer in 1991, Mr. Watts held the positions of President and Chief Operating Officer of General Nutrition, Inc. and President and Chief Operating Officer of General Nutrition Center, Inc. Mr. Watts is a director of a number of private companies.
