Mr. Donahue joined Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. in 1976 as a commercial banker in the firm's Boston Office. He has been active for the past 22 years in the development of BBH&Co.'s Global Custody business. Mr. Donahue was named a Partner of the firm in 1990. Mr. Schell returned to Park Place Capital in Dec. 2002 and leads the portfolio management team's research effort. He had previously been a Sr. Analyst and Co-Portfolio Manager at Park Place from 1998 to late 2000. William Russell Grace Byers, Jr., Chairman. Mr. Byers is Co-Founder and Chairman of EcoLogic Development Fund and serves on the Board and the Credit Committee of EcoLogic Finance, Inc.
