Brown Brothers Harriman Co.

Michael W. McConnell has been a director since January 2004. Mr. McConnell has been a Partner of Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., a private banking firm, since January 1984, Managing Partner from February 2002 to December 31, 2007 and a General Partner since January 1, 2008.

Mr. Donahue joined Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. in 1976 as a commercial banker in the firm's Boston Office. He has been active for the past 22 years in the development of BBH&Co.'s Global Custody business. Mr. Donahue was named a Partner of the firm in 1990. In 1997 he was made a member of the firm's Steering Committee and was named Partner in charge of the Boston Office. Mr. Donahue serves as a Director of Brown Brothers Harriman & Co.'s subsidiaries, Brown Brothers Harriman (Luxembourg) S.C.A., Brown Brothers Harriman Investor Services Limited, and Brown Brothers Harriman Fund Administration Services (Ireland) Limited. Mr. Donahue is Treasurer of the Commercial Club of Boston and a Advisor to the American Textile Museum. Mr. Donahue is a 1969 graduate of Phillips Academy, a 1973 graduate of Dartmouth College and graduated from the Harvard Business School in 1976.

Mr. Schell returned to Park Place Capital in Dec. 2002 and leads the portfolio management team's research effort. He had previously been a Sr. Analyst and Co-Portfolio Manager at Park Place from 1998 to late 2000. Prior to returning to Park Place, Peter founded and co-managed the Boxwood Double AlphaFund, which had been sponsored by Minster Trust, a subsidiary of Group Ama. Previously, he had been an Extel ranked telecommunications equity analyst at Schroder Securities Ltd. His prior experiences also include positions with Paribas and Warburg in London and Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. in New York, where he worked with Mr. Fraysse. Mr. Schell holds a BA in History from Williams College and is a candidate for Level III of the AIMR Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

William Russell Grace Byers, Jr., Chairman. Mr. Byers is Co-Founder and Chairman of EcoLogic Development Fund and serves on the Board and the Credit Committee of EcoLogic Finance, Inc. (EF), EcoLogic's "green" loan fund. Formerly an equity analyst at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. in New York, Mr. Byers is now a private investor living and working in New York City. A member of the Mellon family, and involved in his families' organized philanthropies, he has recently been asked to join the Board of the R.K. Mellon Family Foundation. Mr. Byers has been active in support of social, environmental, and arts related causes for many years. Mr. Byers recently became a member of the Trustees Council of the National Gallery of Art. This is a volunteer group for the Gallery serving as a national advisory body to the Board of Trustees. He holds a B.A. in English and a minor in Art History from Skidmore College. He recently was a participant in the Rockefeller Philanthropy Workshop, and is a member of the Social Venture Network.
