Frank Laukien is the President and CEO of Bruker Corporation and he is also President of Bruker Daltonics and President of Bruker AXS. For over a decade, he has also served as Co-CEO of the Bruker BioSpin group, a $400 million p.a. revenue privately-held affiliate of Bruker BioSciences. Dr. Laukien holds a B.Sc. in physics from MIT, and a Ph.D. in chemical physics from Harvard University. Throughout his 20 year business career, he has taken numerous courses and done extensive reading in business, innovation and R&D management, accounting and corporate finance as well as in business, corporate and IP law. He has been a part-time professor at the Swammerdam Institute for Life Sciences (SILS) of the University of Amsterdam, and in 2002-03 served as Chairman of the Analytical & Life Science Systems Association. He is a Trustee of the Rivers School in Weston, MA.

Brian P. Monahan. Mr. Monahan was appointed Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Finance in March 2009. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Monahan served as Corporate Controller since joining the Company in April 2004. Mr. Monahan also serves as an Executive Vice President of the Company's Bruker Daltonics subsidiary, a position he has held since November 2006. From January 2005 to November 2006, Mr. Monahan was Vice President of Finance for Bruker Daltonics and from July 2004 to January 2005 was Assistant Vice President of Finance for Bruker Daltonics. Before joining the Company, from December 2002 through April 2004, Mr. Monahan served as the Manager of Accounting and Financial Reporting at Fisher Scientific International, Inc., a provider of products and services to the scientific research and clinical laboratory markets, and as an audit manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he was employed from July 1999 through December 2002. Mr. Monahan is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts.
William J. Knight joined Bruker Corporation as its Chief Financial Officer on October 25, 2004. Prior to joining Bruker Corporation, Mr. Knight was Chief Financial Officer of Anika Therapeutics Inc., a publicly traded medical device company located in Woburn, MA. Prior to that, Mr. Knight served as Chief Financial Officer for Zycos Inc., a private biotechnology company, as well as for NMT Medical Inc. and Zoll Medical Corp., both publicly traded medical device companies. From 1982 to 1996, Mr. Knight was one of the founders and senior executives of Analytical Technology Inc., a scientific instrumentation company with 1995 revenues of $125 million. Mr. Knight is a certified public accountant and began his career as an auditor with Grant Thornton. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin.

Mr. Wangler joined the board of directors in February 2000. Mr. Wangler has been a German tax consultant and principal partner with Kanzlei Wangler in Karlsruhe, Germany since July 1983. He has been a Certified Public Accountant in Germany since 1984. Mr. Wangler holds a Bachelor of Economics and Commerce degree and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim, Germany.

Dr. Tony Keller currently serves as chairman of the board of Bruker BioSpin AG, and is also a member of the board of directors of Bruker BioSpin Inc. Dr. Keller joined the Bruker BioSpin Group in 1964 with the establishment of Spectrospin AG by the late Dr. Günther Laukien, and has served the Bruker BioSpin Group in a variety of capacities throughout the years. In 1968, Dr. Keller was promoted to the position of operating director at Spectrospin AG. He then served concurrently as director of Spectrospin AG and as manager of the NMR division of Bruker Rheinstetten. Dr. Keller became director of Bruker Physik AG in 1973, and in 1978 he advanced to managing director of Bruker Analytik GmbH. In his 43 years with the Bruker BioSpin Group, Dr. Keller has made significant contributions to the research, technical development, and business aspects of the Bruker BioSpin Group. Dr. Keller holds honorary doctorates from the Technical University of Berlin and from the University of Queensland.
William A. Linton is the founder, President and Chairman of Promega Corporation. Mr. Linton has served as director or advisor for numerous industry, government, and community organizations. He currently serves as director for Bruker Biosciences, High Throughput Genomics, the Wisconsin Technology Council, and is Chairman of the Analytical and Life Science Systems Association. He also serves on the Dean's Advisory Board for the Department of International Studies at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Dr. Emmerich spent a 35-year career with NETZSCH Thermal Analysis in Selb, Germany, since 1974 as Managing Director and since 1980 as the General Manager of the business unit, turning it from a relatively small enterprise into one of the industry's most reputable suppliers worldwide. Since 1995, he has served on the Board of Directors of the NETZSCH Group. Dr. Emmerich retired in 2005 and currently still serves as a consultant to NETZSCH Holding and as Chairman of the Advisory Board of the ANALYTICA International Trade Fair.
