Dustan E. McCoy was named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Brunswick Corporation in December 2005. Previously, he had served as President of the Brunswick Boat Group since 2000. Mr. McCoy joined Brunswick in 1999 as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Louisiana-Pacific Corporation and Freeport-McMoran Copper & Gold Inc. Prior to joining Brunswick, Mr. McCoy served as Executive Vice President for Witco Corporation, with operating responsibility for a variety of global businesses and functions. "B. Russell (Russ) Lockridge is Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Brunswick Corporation, a position he has held since July 1999.
Immediately prior to joining Brunswick, Mr. Lockridge was Senior Vice President, Human Resources of Chicago-based IMC Global Corporation from 1996 to 1999. "George T. Neill is Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Brunswick Corporation, joining the Company in November 2007. Peter B. Hamilton was named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, in September 2008. He returned to Brunswick after retiring from the Company in 2007. Mr. Hamilton had served as Brunswick's Chief Financial Officer from 1995 to 2000 before moving into operations. He was President Brunswick Bowling & Billiards from 2000 to 2005, President Life Fitness Division from 2005 to 2006 and President Brunswick Boat Group from 2006 to 2007. He also served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Brunswick from 2000 until his retirement in 2007. Prior to joining Brunswick, Mr. Hamilton was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cummins Inc. from 1988 to 1995. Prior to this, Mr. Hamilton was a partner in a Washington, D.C., law firm and held a number of distinguished positions with the government including, Special Assistant to the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of Defense; Executive Assistant to the Secretary, Department of Health, Education and Welfare; Deputy General Counsel, Department of Health, Education and Welfare; and General Counsel, Department of the Air Force. From 1971 to 1973, Mr. Hamilton was a naval officer serving in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense Systems Analysis and the Office of the General Counsel of the Department of Defense. Mr. Hamilton received his BA degree from Princeton University and holds his law degree from Yale Law School.

Mr. Lowe joined the company from Chicago’s FMC Technologies, Inc., where he most recently was director, financial control. "Judith P. Zelisko, Vice President-Tax, heads up Brunswick’s Corporate Tax Department which is responsible for all worldwide tax planning and U.S. tax compliance. Prior to being named Vice President-Tax in January 1998, Ms. Zelisko had held the title of Director of Tax and Assistant Vice President and staff Vice President since December 1983. Before joining Brunswick in 1978 as a tax attorney, Ms. Zelisko was an associate with the law firm of Baker & McKenzie in Chicago.
Ms. Zelisko graduated from Syracuse University in Syracuse, N.Y., with a bachelor’s degree in economics and international relations, and received a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
Ms. Zelisko is active in the tax community both in the Chicago area and on a national basis. She was elected the first woman president of the Chicago Chapter of the Tax Executives Institute (TEI) in 1994 and has served in a number of regional and national leadership positions with TEI. Ms. Zelisko currently serves as the 2003-2004 Senior Vice President, Vice Chair of the Executive Committee and Chair of the Continuing Education Committee for TEI National. "Kevin S. Grodzki is Vice President and President – Mercury Sales, Marketing & Commercial Operations. He has been with Mercury since 2004. Prior to that assignment, Mr. Grodzki was President and Chief Executive Officer of Brunswick’s Life Fitness Division.
Grodzki joined Brunswick in 2000 from the Crompton Corporation, where he was vice president of the company’s $500 million Polymer Additives Company. He spent the first 22 years of his career with E.I. DuPont DeNemours and Co., Inc., Wilmington, Delaware. At DuPont, he held several senior management positions in the company’s chemical, electronics, medical and printing and publishing divisions in 11 different locations throughout North America, Europe and Asia. These businesses focused on the development, manufacture, sales and support of high-tech equipment for medical and electronic imaging applications.
Grodzki earned his bachelor’s of science degree in accounting from St. Francis College, Loretto, Pa. and a master’s of business administration degree from the University of Delaware.

"Patrick C. Mackey is Executive Vice President of Brunswick Corporation and Chief Operating Officer – Marine. Mr. Mackey has the functional responsibility for sourcing, logistics, strategic bill of materials, systems engineering, product platform development, and manufacturing excellence across the Company’s marine operations. Mr. Mackey also serves as President - Mercury Marine Group, Brunswick’s largest operating unit, a position he has held since October 2000. Mr. Mackey is a former executive vice president of Witco Corporation.
In addition to his previous service at Witco Corporation, Mackey’s career includes more than 30 years experience in a variety of operating positions throughout Europe with E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Company, Inc.
During his career at du Pont, Mr. Mackey’s many challenging assignments included Process Engineer, Maintenance Manager, Design Superintendent, Manufacturing Superintendent, Organization Development Manager, European Manufacturing Manager, Director of Integrated Operations and Human Resources for du Pont’s Nylon business in Europe, and finally Director of the Global Nylon industrial business. He worked in du Pont locations in Northern Ireland, the Netherlands and at its headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.
While at Witco, Mr. Mackey was responsible for the Polymer Chemicals Group, a global business supplying a wide range of value-added products to, among others, the PVC and polyolefins industries worldwide. In addition, he had responsibility for the entire corporation’s capital expenditure programs management and was the overseer of the company’s activities in Europe.

Robert L. Shannon, Jr., is a Partner with the law firm of Hall, Booth, Smith and Slover, P.C., a medium sized firm with more than 100 attorneys in Atlanta, Albany, Athens, Brunswick, Columbus, Tifton, and Brunswick, Georgia, as well as Nashville, Tennessee. He chairs the Products Liability and the Mass Torts and Toxic Liability Practice Groups. Mr. Shannon is a former member of the Managing Committee which he managed and provided oversight of the firm?s Information Technology. He has tried 35 cases to a verdict in Georgia and Tennessee. He is licensed in Georgia and Tennessee. Mr. Shannon's law practice includes aviation litigation; commercial litigation; medical malpractice; toxic exposure; transportation; products liability; and internal investigations. He has served as lead or co-counsel in a wide variety of complex matters including multi-district litigation and class actions in both federal and state courts throughout Georgia and Tennessee. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court as well as the Sixth and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to practicing before federal and state courts, Mr. Shannon has also represented parties in administrative hearings before the Office of Administrative Hearings and the Composite State Medical Board of Medical Examiners. Mr. Shannon received his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1991. He also received a Master of Science from Oklahoma State University in 1986 and a Bachelor of Arts from Valdosta State University in 1981. Mr. Shannon also holds Associate degrees in Business and Business Administration. Prior to attending law school Mr. Shannon served in the U.S. Air Force from 1981-1988 where he flew E-3 aircraft. His professional military education includes Squadron Officer School, in residence; Air Command and Staff College; and Air War College. He transferred to the Georgia Air National Guard in 1988. He was recently nominated to the rank of Brigadier General. He is now dual-hatted as the Vice Commander, Georgia Air National Guard and as the Director of the Joint Staff for Joint Force Headquarters -Georgia. In his capacity as the Director, Joint Staff-GA, he oversees the senior staff of the Georgia Army and Air National Guard. The Joint Staff has overall responsibility for all personnel, intelligence, logistics, operations, plans and exercises, communications, and budgeting functions of the Georgia Army and Air National Guard. He has also completed the U.S. Northern Command/National Guard Bureau's Joint Task Force Commander's Course which prepares him to assume command of a Joint Task Force for a specified domestic tasking or domestic contingency operation for FEMA Region IV. Mr. Shannon is also a pilot. In addition to his practice, Mr. Shannon has served as a special assistant administrative law judge for the Office of State Administrative Hearings from 1997-2001. As an administrative law judge, Mr. Shannon presided over regulatory disputes and appeals for the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance; the Commission on Equal Opportunity; the Board of Regents; and the Department of Medical Assistance. Mr. Shannon also serves as an adjunct professor with Georgia State University where from time to time he teaches graduate courses in employment law and ethics. In 2005, the Georgia Supreme Court appointed Mr. Shannon to serve on its Special Master Panel to hear attorney disciplinary cases. Jeffrey L. Bleustein was named Chairman of the Board of Harley-Davidson, Inc. in December 1998, and continues in that position today. Prior to his current responsibilities, Dr. Bleustein served the company in many capacities, including Vice President of Engineering, 1975 to 1984; President of Trihawk, Inc., a subsidiary of Harley-Davidson, 1984 to1985; Vice President of the Parts and Accessories Division, 1985 to 1988; Senior Vice President, 1988 to 1990; Executive Vice President, 1990 to 1993, President and Chief Operating Officer, 1993 to 1997; and Chief Executive Officer and President, 1997 to 2005. Prior to joining Harley-Davidson in 1975, Dr. Bleustein was first an Assistant and then an Associate Professor of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Yale University between the years 1966 and 1971. In 1971 Dr. Bleustein became a member of the Central Technical Staff of AMF, Inc. In 2002, Dr. Bleustein was appointed by President George W. Bush to serve on the President's Council on the 21st Century Workforce. Dr. Bleustein is a Regent Emeritus of the Milwaukee School of Engineering and he also serves on the Board of Directors of Kohler Co. Dr. Bleustein holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Cornell University, as well as master's and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in engineering mechanics from Columbia University.

Mr. Fernandez co-founded SI Ventures in 1996 and has 35 years of experience as a venture capital investor and senior operating executive in the information technology and semiconductor industries. He was previously Chairman, President, and CEO of Gartner, where he led the buyout of Gartner in 1990, took the company public in 1994, and led its growth from $40 million to over $90 million in annual revenue during the 1990s. Prior to Gartner, Mr. Fernandez was President and CEO of three technology-driven companies, including Dataquest, an information services company, Gavilan Computer corporation a laptop computer manufacturer, and Zilog Incorporated, a publicly-traded semiconductor manufacturer. At Zilog, he was responsible for growing annual revenue from $5 million to $120 million in only three years while creating the leader in the 8-bit microprocessor market. Previously, Mr. Fernandez was also a Group Executive Vice President of Fairchild Semiconductor, where he managed roughly one-third of Fairchild's business at the time. He began his career in engineering positions with Fairchild and Harris Corporation. Mr. Fernandez holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Florida and completed graduate work in electrical engineering and business management. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the University of Florida, and serves on the boards of Black & Decker, Brunswick and Florida Research Consortium. In addition, Mr. Fernandez was recently appointed by President George W. Bush to serve on the President's Information Technology Advisory Committee.

"Mr. Stayer is the Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Johnsonville Sausage LLC. He joined the retail meat and sausage business in 1965 and immediately began building the wholesale operation, which was spun off into a separate company in 1968. The company is now known as Johnsonville Sausage LLC. Mr. Stayer has been the CEO since 1968.
Mr. Stayer’s involvement in the business has resulted in many accomplishments including leading Johnsonville into a nationally recognized brand while establishing a renowned business operation method that creates teamwork focused on creating exceptional results and developing exceptional talent at all levels.
Mr. Stayer was named CEO of the Year by Tom Peters in 1988 and was runner up in the Ernst & Young national Master Entrepreneur of the Year in 2000. Johnsonville was featured in The Leadership Alliance - the largest selling management video of all time.
In 1990, Mr. Stayer established the Leadership Dynamics consulting firm, which specializes in coaching leaders of large organizations on strategy and execution through people. In 1990, Mr. Stayer wrote How I Learned to Let My Workers Lead that was published in the Harvard Business Review - one of their top 100 most reprinted articles - and in 1993 co-authored the business bestseller Flight of the Buffalo, published by Warner Books.
Mr. Stayer is the National Trustee of Boys and Girls Clubs in the Midwest region. In addition, he is the chairman of the Marian College Board of Trustees and a Board member of PAVE, an organization dedicated to improving education for urban students in Milwaukee.
Mr. Stayer graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor’s degree in finance.
