Mr. Peters was elected President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Corporation and the Bank on January 22, 2001. Mr. Peters was elected the Chairman of the Boards of the Bank and Corporation effective August 5, 2002. Prior to that, Mr. Peters was founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of the 1 st Main Line Bank, a division of National Penn Bank, from May 1995 to January 2001.

Mr. Smith was appointed as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation and Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of the Bank on April 4, 2005. From October, 2004 through March, 2005, Mr. Smith was the Chief Financial Officer of First Chester County Corporation. Prior to that, Mr. Smith was the Treasurer and Principal Accounting Officer at First Chester County Corporation since 1993 and was also the Executive Vice President of Financial Support Services at First National Bank of Chester County, a subsidiary of First Chester County Corporation since 1998.

Mr. Keefer was employed by the Bank in 1991 as Vice President and Commercial Lending manager. Mr. Keefer was made the Bank’s Chief Lending Officer in December 1997. In December 2002 Mr. Keefer assumed responsibility for the Bank’s Credit Division. In February 2001, Mr. Keefer was designated Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of the Bank.

Mr. Ricciardi was employed by the Bank in 1971. In January 2001, Mr. Ricciardi was named Secretary of the Corporation and the Bank, and was responsible for the Credit Division, the Community Banking Division and the Risk Management Division. In December 2002, Mr. Ricciardi relinquished responsibility for the Credit Division. As of September 2005, Mr. Ricciardi was responsible for the Risk Management Division, the Human Resources/Facilities Division and Insurance Counsellors of Bryn Mawr.

Ms. Gers was employed by the Bank in May 1998 as Senior Vice President of Marketing. Ms. Gers was appointed Executive Vice President of the Bank in 2001. Since joining the Bank, Ms. Gers has held various positions. As of September, 2005 Ms. Gers was responsible for the Community Banking Division, marketing, technology and information services and operations.

Director since 2002. Mr. Leto is Executive Vice President of The Bryn Mawr Trust Company Wealth Management Division. He was formerly with Brett Senior & Associates from April 2006 until December 2008; President, Brandywine Abstract Company L.P. from May 1998 to December 2008.

Mr. Waschull was appointed Executive Vice President of the Bank in charge of the Wealth Management Division in February 2007. Prior to joining Bryn Mawr Trust Company, Mr. Waschull served as Managing Director for a substantial segment of the private wealth management business at Wilmington Trust Company in Wilmington, Delaware.

MATTHEW A. DENUCCI, IV graduated summa cum laude earning a B.S. in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Computer Science from Neumann College in Aston, PA. Matt also earned an M.S. in Strategic Leadership at Neumann College as a member of the first graduating class for the Strategic Leadership Program. Matt is currently a third-year extended division student at Widener University School of Law. Since coming to Widener, Matt has earned several distinctions including both membership in the Moot Court Honor Society and a staff position on The Widener Law Review. Additionally, Matt has served in several leadership roles at the law school including 1L Student Bar Association (SBA) Section Representative, SBA Extended Division Liaison, and currently as the SBA Vice President of Academics/Community Service. For the past nine years, while attending school in the evening, Matt has worked for The Bryn Mawr Trust Company, where he is an Assistant Treasurer, loan officer and investment consultant.

Director since 2005. Mr. Lees is a Senior Partner with myCIO Wealth Partners, LLC since July 2005. Partner and National Director of Ernst & Young's Wealth Advisory Service Practice from December 1996 to June 2005; Partner, Rennaissance Equity Fund since August 2005; Adjunct Professor of Finance & Portfolio Management in Villanova University's Commerce & Finance Department from 2000 to 2005.

Director since 2007. Mr. Bennett has been a private investor since March 1, 2004; Investment Management, Morgan Stanley Investment Management from January 1, 2000 until February 28, 2004; Director and Trustee of the Delaware Investment Family of Funds since May, 2005.

Director since 1997. Mr. Holland is a partner at Saul Ewing LLP and served as Chairman of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission until 2008 and previously Commissioner from September, 2003.
