BT Infonet

Peter C. Sweers has served as our Chief Operating Officer since October 2002. Prior to his current position, Mr. Sweers was our Senior Vice President, Global Network Solutions, a position he held since June 2001. Mr. Sweers joined BT Infonet in January 2000 as Vice President of Operations and served in that position until June 2001. From July 1999 to January 2000, Mr. Sweers served as an account executive with Computer Sciences Corporation, a consulting and information technology services firm. From April 1998 to June 1999, Mr. Sweers served in numerous positions, including Senior Vice President of the Communications Systems Division, at one of our country representatives, CACI, Inc., an international information technology products and services company. Prior to his employment with CACI, Inc., Mr. Sweers served over 30 years in the federal government and retired as the Director of Air Traffic Resources Management with the Federal Aviation Administration in December 1997.

John C. Hoffman has served as our Executive Vice President Communications Sales & Service since 1991. From 1988 to 1991, Mr. Hoffman was President of BT Infonet USA. Mr. Hoffman has been with BT Infonet since its incorporation in 1988 and from 1983 to 1988 held several positions at CSC.

Michael J. Timmins has served as our Executive Vice President of Global Business Development since 1995. From 1993 to 1995, he served as our Vice President of Global Business Development. Mr. Timmins has been with BT Infonet since its incorporation in 1988.

Jean-Noel Moneton is the Vice President of Network Services Marketing for BT Infonet. Mr. Moneton is responsible for BT Infonet's core Managed Data Network Services, including: IP, Internet, ATM and Frame Relay and our Enhanced Services Reporting, FirstWatch and SLAs. Mr. Moneton is a graduate from Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris, a premier French school of business.

Jeremy Amen is Vice President of Integration and Provisioning for BT Infonet. He is responsible for maximising the value of The World Network, and how customers access it. Mr.Amen received his BA degree from Harvard University, and his JD degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He currently is working towards his MBA degree at the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Luke Dallafior is vice president of Communications Solutions at BT Infonet. In this role, he is responsible for the global service development and marketing of BT Infonet's next-generation portfolio of communications solutions, including the company's leading-edge mobility and security service offerings to multinational enterprises. Mr. Dallafior served on the National Education Telecommunications Organization (NETO) and is a frequent speaker at industry events. He holds a bachelors degree in Marketing and International Business from the University of Alaska, Anchorage.

Bob Passaretti is Vice President of Human Resources for BT Infonet. He directs the activities of the human resources unit, which includes compensation and benefits, employee relations, employment and organisational development and effectiveness. Mr. Passaretti began his employment with BT Infonet in 1984 and has held various positions in the Human Resources unit. Mr.Passaretti holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Dayton, and an MBA from Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Management.

Roger Morrell has served as BT Infonet's Vice President of Information Technology since April of 2002. Mr. Morrell is responsible for BT Infonet's Information Technology strategy and infrastructure. Prior to this for 18 years he held various positions with Computer Sciences Corporation, a consulting and information technology services firm in Europe and the USA. During this time his assignments included Technical Director for the BT Infonet Division in Europe.

Yeanchen Huang is Vice President of Engineering for BT Infonet. Since July 2003, he has managed BT Infonet's Engineering department that includes Development Engineering, Operations Engineering and Solutions Business Engineering. Mr. Huang graduated from University of Michigan with an MS degree in Computer, Information and Control Engineering. He also received a BS degree from National Taiwan University in Electrical Engineering.
