Daniel Rockey practices complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on matters involving companies and individuals in the technology sector, including semiconductor, computer networking, software and internet companies. Dan was formerly with Heller Ehrman LLP in Menlo Park. He has extensive experience in the areas of securities, intellectual property, antitrust, unfair business practices and consumer class action litigation. Dan also has expertise in matters involving information privacy and security breach notification laws.

Diane Mason works with Bullivant's Intellectual Property Practice Group where she focuses on trademark and patent law and intellectual property litigation in state and federal courts. Formerly, Diane was an intellectual property attorney with Morgan Lewis & Bockius in San Francisco. Diane graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in 1993 and received her B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of California, Davis in 1984.

Kamyar Daneshvar joined Bullivant Houser Bailey PC as an associate in the Corporate Finance & Securities Department in 2007. His practice focuses on public and private offerings, corporate governance and securities transactions. Prior to joining Bullivant, Mr. Daneshvar served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Gary L. Taylor, United States District Court, Central District of California and served as an Academic Intern at the ABA's International Legal Resource Center in Washington, DC.

Karen Minnetian is an associate in the San Francisco office of Bullivant Houser Bailey PC, and focuses her practice on corporate governance, business transactions and securities compliance and filings.

Kelly Mosby is an associate in the Corporate Finance & Securities Practice Group. She focuses her practice on a wide range of corporate and business matters, including corporate finance, corporate governance, reporting obligations pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, public offerings, private placements, and mergers and acquisitions.

Krista J. Dunzweiler is an associate in the Litigation and Employment Law Department at Diepenbrock Harrison. Krista has spent most of her legal career litigating complex issues in the area of employment law and advising employers on compliance with California and Federal labor and employment laws. Krista's practice currently focuses on employment law, representing employers in disputes regarding wrongful termination, retaliation, harassment, discrimination, and wage and hour violations both in State and Federal court, as well as before State Administrative agencies, including the Department of Fair Employment and Housing and the Department of Labor Standards Enforcement. Krista also counsels employers on a variety of issues, such as hiring, disciplinary actions, privacy terminations, lay-offs, employment policies and contracts, disability accommodation, wage and hour laws, and compliance with state and federal employment laws. Krista regularly conducts training for employers on topics, such as prevention of sexual harassment, limiting the risk for claims of retaliation, and conducting effective workplace investigations. Krista also presents seminars for continuing education organizations for human resources professionals. Krista is a member of the Litigation and Labor and Employment sections of the State and Sacramento County Bar Associations. She is also a member of the Women Lawyers of Sacramento, the Association of Defense Counsel for Northern California and the Sacramento Area Human Resources Association. Krista obtained her B.A. from University of the Pacific in 1998, her M.A. from University of the Pacific in 2000, and her J.D. from McGeorge School of Law in 2003. Krista is licensed to practice in State and Federal District Courts in California.

Mr. Bernstein leads the firm's Liability Insurance Coverage Practice Group. He is also a member of the firm's Diversity Committee. Mr. Bernstein is Regional Litigation Counsel for PetSmart, Inc. in California and the Pacific Northwest.

Matthew Hooper is an associate in Bullivant Houser Bailey's Litigation and Intellectual Property Departments. His practice focuses on commercial and corporate litigation, art and entertainment law, and technology matters.

Micah Jacobs, formerly a named partner of Jacobs & Ferraro, LLP, focuses his practice on commercial, intellectual property and securities litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts as well as arbitration proceedings.

Michael Wilcox focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation and appellate advocacy. Michael practiced intellectual property and general business litigation with McDonough Holland & Allen, and has represented clients before the Ninth Circuit and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeals.

Susan Olson is an employee benefits and ERISA attorney with extensive experience in Department of Labor and IRS Plan audits, investigations and qualification for tax exempt status. Ms. Olson serves as advisor to trustees of ERISA, collectively bargained retirement plans, health and welfare plans, as well as single employer retirement and health plans.

Todd Norris is a west coast litigator specializing in complex commercial litigation, franchise disputes and intellectual property claims, including trademark, copyright, trade secret, and patent disputes. He has experience responding to cease and desist letters, and works closely with attorneys in his firm who prosecute patent and trademark applications, register copyrights and handle enforcement proceedings, including civil seizures. Todd has also litigated a variety of other types of commercial disputes in various industries, including software, retail, consumer goods, appliances, medical devices, long-term care, construction, manufacturing, waste removal and transportation. He is familiar with the issues unique to business owners sued under alter ego theories and has successfully defended against such claims. In addition to defending clients at mediations, arbitrations, trials and appeals, Todd has successfully litigated claims and made recoveries on their behalf.
