Bunge Ltd.

Mr. Weisser is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bunge Limited. He joined Bunge as its Chief Financial Officer in July 1993. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 1999 and the Chairman and CEO in May 2001. He has served on Bunge’s Board of Directors since May 1997. Mr. Weisser is also a board member of International Paper and Rabobank’s North American Agribusiness Advisory Board. He is also a member of The Council on Foreign Relations and Council of the Americas. Mr. Weisser has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo, Brazil. He has also attended INSEAD’s Management Development Program. Prior to joining Bunge, Mr. Weisser worked for the BASF Group for 15 years in Brazil, Germany, the U.S. and Mexico

Mr. Burke serves as the co-CEO of Bunge Global Agribusiness. He joined Bunge Limited as managing director, soy ingredients and new business development in January 2002. He previously served as U.S. CEO of Degussa, a German chemical concern that he joined in 1983. Mr. Burke held a variety of finance and marketing positions at Degussa and also served as the Executive Vice President of its U.S. Chemical Group. Mr. Burke previously worked for Beecham Pharmaceuticals and Price Waterhouse & Company. He is a graduate of Villanova University and earned an M.B.A. from Manhattan College

Mr. Gwathmey serves as the co-CEO of Bunge Global Agribusiness. He joined Bunge in 1975 as a trainee, and has over 25 years of experience in commodities trading and oilseed processing. During his career with Bunge, Mr. Gwathmey has served as the managing director of the international marketing division and the head of the U.S. grain and oilseed processing divisions. He has also served as a director of the National Oilseed Processors Association. Mr. Gwathmey graduated from Harvard College with a B.A. in classics and English.

Mr. White has served as CEO, Bunge Asia, since its formation in 2006. He joined Bunge Limited as Regional General Manager – Asia in March 2003. Over a previous 20-year career with Bristol Myers Squibb, Mr. White served in various capacities, including President of Mead Johnson Nutritionals Worldwide, President of Mead Johnson Nutritionals and Bristol Myers Consumer Products Asia, and Vice President of Finance and Strategy. He is a graduate of Yale University.

Mr. Gourbin was appointed CEO of Bunge Europe in January 2004. He joined Bunge from the Danone Group, serving since 1999 as president of the company's biscuits and cereal products division. Previously, Mr. Gourbin worked for more than 15 years with the Kellogg Company, eventually becoming president of Kellogg Europe. He has also held positions at Ralston Purina and CPC. Mr. Gourbin holds both a bachelor's and a master's degree in economics from the Sorbonne.

Mr. Padilla joined Bunge in 1991 and is CEO of Bunge Argentina. He has over 20 years experience in the oilseed processing and grain handling industries in Argentina, beginning his career with La Plata Cereal in 1977. Mr. Padilla serves as president of the Argentinean National Oilseed Crushers Association, vice president of the International Association of Seed Crushers and is a director of the Buenos Aires Cereal Exchange and the Rosario Futures Exchange. He is a graduate of the Universidad de Buenos Aires.

Mr. Ben Pearcy became Managing Director of Sugar & Bioenergy and Chief Development Officer for Bunge Limited in 2009. Previously, Mr. Pearcy spent five years at Bunge Europe, most recently as vice president, South East Europe, with responsibility for Bunge’s operations in Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey, and before that as vice president, Eastern Europe, with responsibility for Russia and Ukraine. Over his 13 years with Bunge, Mr. Pearcy has held the position of director, strategic planning for Bunge Limited, based in New York, where he was responsible for global business planning, acquisitions and investments. He also has worked for Bunge in various positions in Brazil and Italy. Before joining Bunge, he worked for management consultants McKinsey & Company in London. Born on a farm in York, in the north of England, Mr. Pearcy holds a B.A. in Modern History and Economics from Oxford University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.

Ms. Fouse is the Chief Financial Officer of Bunge Limited. In July 2007, she joined Bunge Limited from Alcon, Inc. where she also served as CFO. Ms. Fouse has served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Strategy, at Alcon since 2006, and as SVP and CFO since 2002. She joined Alcon from SAirGroup, where she was CFO from 2001 to 2002. Previously, she held a variety of senior finance positions at Alcon and its majority owner Nestlé SA. She worked at Nestlé from 1993 to 2001, serving as Group Treasurer from 1999 to 2001. She worked at Alcon from 1986 to 1993 and held several positions, including Manager Corporate Investments and Domestic Finance. Earlier in her career, Ms. Fouse worked at Celanese Chemical and LTV Aerospace and Defense. She earned a B.A. and an M.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Mr. Teixeira joined Bunge Limited as Chief Personnel Officer in 2008. Prior to Bunge, he served as served as director of human resources for Latin America at Dow Chemical and Dow Agrosciences in Brazil, a position he held since 2001. Before Dow, Mr. Teixeira served as director of human resources and administration for Union Carbide's operations in Latin America and South Africa, starting in 1995. Previously, he had worked at Citibank for 21 years, where he ultimately served as human resources vice president for the company's Brazilian operations. Mr. Teixeira earned an undergraduate degree in Business Communication and Publicity from Faculdade Integrada Alcantara Machado (FMU/FIAM), a Master of Business Administration from Faculdade Tancredo Neves and an Executive MBA from PDG/EXEC (currently IBMEC) in Brazil.

Mr. Kfouri joined Bunge Limited as managing director of the company’s food products division in May 2001. Prior to joining Bunge, Mr. Kfouri worked for 18 years with Joseph E. Seagram and Sons Ltd., serving most recently as president of the company’s Americas division, including North, Central and South America. He has also worked in numerous capacities for General Foods Corp., becoming general manager of its Venezuelan operations before joining Joseph E. Seagram and Sons Ltd. Mr. Kfouri received a degree in business from the Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo.

Mr. Barbosa Neto has served as CEO of Bunge Fertilizantes and its predecessor company Fertilizantes Serrana, since 1996. He has over 20 years experience in the Brazilian fertilizer industry. Prior to Serrana, Mr. Barbosa Neto served as superintendent of Fosfertil S.A. from 1992 to 1996 and was the CFO of Manah S.A. from 1980 to 1992. In addition to serving on the board of directors of Bunge Fertilizantes, he serves as president of the Administrative Council of Fosbrasil S.A.; and is a board member of Fertifós, Ultrafertil, Alpargatas Santista Têxtil and Bunge Alimentos. He is also vice president of the International Fertilizer Association. Mr. Barbosa Neto holds a B.S. in engineering from the Universidade de São Paulo and an M.B.A. from Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo.

Mr. Born has been a member of our Board and our Deputy Chairman since 2001. Mr. Born is President and Chief Executive Officer of Bomagra S.A., a privately held company involved in the real estate, technology and communications equipment, hotel construction and management, farming and waste management industries in Argentina. Prior to joining Bomagra in 1997, Mr. Born spent all of his professional life working for Bunge in various capacities in the commodities trading, oilseed processing and food products areas in Argentina, Brazil, the United States and Europe. He also served as head of Bunge’s European operations from 1992 to 1997. Mr. Born serves on the Advisory Board of Hochschild Mining S.A., a South American mining conglomerate. He is also a director and Deputy Chairman of the board of directors of Mutual Investment Limited. Mr. Born has a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is a member of Wharton’s Latin American Executive Board and the Board of Governors of Wharton’s Lauder Institute.

Mr. de La Tour d’Auvergne Lauraguais has been a member of our Board since 2001. Mr. de La Tour d’Auvergne Lauraguais joined Bunge in 1970 and held various senior executive positions in Argentina, Brazil and Europe in the agribusiness and food products divisions until his retirement in 1994. He is also the Chairman of the board of directors of Mutual Investment Limited. Mr. de La Tour d’Auvergne Lauraguais has a degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal Polytechnic School of the University of Lausanne, Switzerland and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Boilini has been a member of our Board since 2001. He has been a Managing Member at Yellow Jersey Capital, LLC, an investment management company, since September 2002. Prior to establishing Yellow Jersey Capital, Mr. Boilini was a Managing Member of Farallon Capital Management, LLC and Farallon Partners, LLC, two investment management companies, since October 1996. Mr. Boilini joined Farallon in March 1995 as a Managing Director. Prior to that time, Mr. Boilini also worked at Metallgessellschaft Corporation, as the head trader of emerging market debt and equity securities, and also served as a Vice President at The First Boston Corporation, where he was responsible for that company’s activities in Argentina. Mr. Boilini is a member of the board of Alpargatas SAIC and he is a Managing Director and member of the board of Sovereign Debt Solutions Limited, an entity that acts as negotiating team for the Argentine Bond Restructuring Agency PLC (ABRA), a special purpose vehicle established for the sole function of aggregating bonds issued by Argentina and held by retail and small institutional investors outside the United States and representing those investors in the restructuring of Argentina’s sovereign debt. Mr. Boilini received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School in 1988 and a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Buenos Aires School of Engineering.

Mr. Bachrach has been a member of our Board since 2001. He has been the Chief Executive Officer for Latin America and, since 1999, has been a member of the Executive Committee of Advent International Corporation, a private equity firm. He has been with Advent since 1990. Prior to joining Advent, Mr. Bachrach worked as Senior Partner, European Investments, for Morningside Group, a private investment group. Mr. Bachrach also serves as a member of the boards of CardSystem Upsi S.A., Aeroplazas S.A. de C.V., Sintres Holding AG, Arabela Holding S.A. de C.V., Farmacologia Argentina de Avanzada and Dufry AG. He has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

Mr. Pillard has been a member of our Board since 2007. He has served as executive chairman of the Tetra Laval Group, a global business with operations in food products processing equipment and packaging, since 2003. Mr. Pillard was chief executive officer of Tate & Lyle PLC, a global producer of cereal sweeteners and starches, sugars and other food and industrial ingredients, from 1996 to 2002. He was the company’s chief operating officer from 1995 to 1996, and the president and chief executive officer of its U.S. starch business, A.E. Staley Manufacturing Co., from 1992 to 1995. Prior to joining Tate & Lyle, Mr. Pillard served for more than 20 years in a variety of managerial positions at Cargill, Inc

Mr. Bulkin has been a member of our Board since 2001. Mr. Bulkin is a private investor. He retired as a Director of McKinsey & Company in 1993 after 30 years of service in which he served as a board member and in a variety of senior positions, most recently as head of McKinsey s New York and Northeast offices. Mr. Bulkin also serves as a member of the boards of Ferro Corporation and Specified Technologies Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science degree from Pratt Institute, and a Master of Industrial Administration from Yale University.

Mr. Caraballo has been a member of our Board since 2001. Mr. Caraballo is President of Estancia y Cabaña Las Lilas S.A., an Argentine company. Mr. Caraballo joined Bunge in 1967, and served in various divisions over the course of his career, including as head of the Bunge group’s former paints, chemicals and mining division, until his retirement in 1997. Prior to joining Bunge, he worked for several financial institutions in Europe. He is also a director of Mutual Investment Limited and has served as Chairman of the board of directors and President of Mutual Investment Limited. Mr. Caraballo received a Business Administration degree from Babson College and is a member of the Board of Trustees of Babson College.

Mr. Engels has been a member of our Board since 2001. From September 2002 to January 2003, he was head of mergers and acquisitions at Quinsa, a Luxembourg based holding company listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Mr. Engels has also served as Group Controller and as Manager of Corporate Finance at Quinsa, beginning in 1992. In 2003, Mr. Engels joined the board of directors of Quinsa as the representative of Beverage Associates (BAC) Corp. Prior to joining Quinsa, Mr. Engels served as Vice President at Citibank, N.A. in London, responsible for European sales of Latin American investment products. Mr. Engels also serves as a member of the board of BISA, a fund with diversified investments in different industries. Mr. Engels holds a B.S. from Babson College, an M.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
