John Clark is Assistant Vice President, Resource Protection Solutions Team and Chief of Police for The BNSF Railway Company. He is responsible for the security and protection of BNSF's critical assets which include employees, facilities, equipment and customer's lading. He also leads the Load and Ride Solutions Team and the Freight Claims group servicing customer requirements for proper loading of rail vehicles and provides claim solutions when damages or shortages occur. Clark joined BNSF in 1970 as a special officer at Kansas City. He was promoted to system manager, security at St. Paul, MN in 1978, and to assistant chief of police in 1981. He was named director, police services at Overland Park, KS in 1987 and transferred to Ft. Worth in 1993. Clark was named general director, crime prevention services in 1995 and general director, police and protection solutions in 2001 and to his current position as AVP in 2003. He represents railroad police as a fourteen year Executive Committee member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP). Along with several committee appointments, he also serves on the board of directors of the IACP foundation. Also, Clark currently is a member of the national Homeland Security Committee and is chairman of the subcommittee on Critical Infrastructure.

As Assistant Vice President of Technology Services at BNSF Railway, Jeffrey McIntyre has enterprise responsibility for IT strategy, planning, budgeting, and governance. In addition, he is responsible for operations research, IT architecture, application development support services, the Project Office, and Business Intelligence applications. He serves as the Chief of Staff to the CIO, and in that role has led a number of major key initiatives in the areas of IT sourcing, IT strategy, and organizational development. He has also held senior management positions in the areas of IT infrastructure and applications development. Prior to joining the IT organization, Jeffrey held management positions in both Intermodal and General Merchandise Marketing as well as Transportation. Recently his team was awarded the IQPC IT Financial Excellence Award for Best IT Metrics and Performance Management. He is a frequent speaker at both local and national conferences with emphasis on all aspects of IT management. Jeffrey did his undergraduate work at the University of Minnesota with a split major in East Asian studies and business economics. He currently resides in Weatherford, Texas, and when not working you can find him out cruising on one of his two motorcycles or in his convertible.

Ms. Martinez, 64, is a partner of Munger, Tolles & Olson, LLP, Los Angeles, California (law firm), a position she has held since September 1982. Ms. Martinez is also a Director of Anheuser-Busch Companies, Inc. and Fluor Corporation.

Gary Herzog is Director of Technology Services at BNSF Railway Company. He has over 28 years of transportation experience with BNSF Railway and has held various positions during his career within the Marketing, Finance and Technology Services departments. Gary has a B.A. in Computer Information Systems from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas.

Tom Simmons is currently the Manager of IP Networks at BNSF Railway, a Fortune 200 company with presence in 28 states and two Canadian Provinces. Tom has over 20 years experience in Enterprise Networking. He has lead the engineering and implementation of WiFi networks at BNSF Railway in both indoor and outdoor locations to provide connectivity for mobile data equipment, telephony and other industry-specific applications. Tom also has backgrounds in RF transmission and telephony.

Carole Ishii is Assistant Vice President, Customer Relationship Marketing at BNSF Railway. She oversees BNSF's customer listening tools and events, customer and marketing communications, industry initiatives, BNSF's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System and corporate reference files, and program initiatives that make BNSF easier to do business with. Ishii joined BNSF Railway in June, 2002, after a 25-year career with Verizon/GTE. She has a wealth of marketing, sales, and information systems experience. In her career, Ishii has served in a series of positions in strategic business planning, marketing, sales, and business process consulting, and information technology management. Ishii received her Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics and computer science from UCLA and graduated from Smith College's Business Management Program. Also, she has been active in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth community. She has served on several Boards the Greater Dallas Asian American Chamber of Commerce, Girl Scouts, Organization of Chinese Americans, Attitudes & Attire, and the Dallas Summit. In 1997, Ishii chaired GTE's United Way Campaign in the Dallas Metroplex, and raised over $1.5 million. Carole is a strong advocate for mentoring. She participated in Dallas' Menttium Texas 100 Program, and is an active sponsor to BNSF's Asian American Network, one of BNSF Railway's internal affinity groups.

Greg was born in 1954 in Alliance Nebraska. Greg still makes his home there and has worked for the BNSF Railway since 1974. Greg has always had an interest in art. In grade school Greg would draw horses and other things for students in his class. Although Greg has taken some short art courses when he was young, he enjoys reading about different techniques and experimenting on his own. Greg is therefore basically a self taught artist, getting most of his information from books and videos by several different artists that he admires. He continued his interest in art through the years by doing various things. Greg built furniture and cabinets for a short time in the 70's through the 80's as a hobby. He also tried sculpture in the late 80's and 90's creating full figure bronzes of professional baseball players. These bronze sculptures were made on commission for the players exclusively. When he started lettering and illustrating safety signs for the railroad facility in Alliance in the late 70's it led to a rekindled interest in drawing and painting. He has illustrated many posters, signs, cartoons, logos etc., for the railroad since then. Greg's first train painting was titled "High Country Thunder" and now resides in BNSF Railway's Fort Worth Corporate Offices with four others, "Autumn Titans", "Sandhills Fury", "Sagebrush and Steel", and "Come Rain or Shine". He started and annual train painting in 2000 with "Giants in the Mist". In 2002 Greg started adding wildlife to the paintings.

Don retired from the USAF in August 2005 as the Commander, Air Education and Training Command, Randolph AFB, TX. During his 36-year career, he held numerous command and high-level staff positions. He was the Vice Commander of both Air Combat Command and the Air Force Space Command. He served tours as the Director, Air Expeditionary Force Implementation, the most expansive reorganization of the AF in recent history; served as a member of the U.S. House Armed Services Committee, Panel on Professional Military Education; and as the Director, U.S. Senate Liaison Office. He also commanded a flying training wing and two space wings. Since retirement, Don has been serving as an independent director on the boards of Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corporation and the Crane Corporation. In addition, he is the head of a small aviation start-up company in San Antonio which has a business relationship in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Mr. Whisler, 53, retired in March 2007 as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Phelps Dodge Corporation, Phoenix, Arizona (mining and manufacturing company), a position he had held since November 2003. Previously, Mr. Whisler was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Phelps Dodge Corporation from May 2000 to October 2003. He is also a Director of US Airways Group, Inc. (and its principal subsidiaries, America West Airlines, Inc. and US Airways, Inc.), Brunswick Corporation and International Paper Company.

Mr. Shapiro retired in 2003 as Vice Chairman of JPMorgan Chase & Co., a financial services company. Before becoming Vice Chairman of JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 1997, Mr. Shapiro was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Chase Bank of Texas, a wholly-owned subsidiary of JPMorgan Chase & Co., from 1989 until 1997. He now serves as a consultant to JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a non-executive Chairman of its Texas operations. Mr. Shapiro is a member of the board of directors of Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corporation and The Mexico Fund, and a trustee of Weingarten Realty Investors. He also serves on the boards of M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, Baylor College of Medicine, Rice University and BioHouston.

Robert H. West was elected a director in October, 1985. Mr. West retired as Chairman of the Board of Butler Manufacturing Company and from its board of directors on July 1, 1999. He is a director of Great Plains Energy, Inc. and Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corporation. Mr. West is Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee and designated as the Committee's financial expert.
