In his role as vice president of engineering, Mike McGonagle is responsible for helping Deploy's product offerings grow and mature to support the near- and long-term goals of the company. McGonagle brings extensive experience to Deploy in deploying mission-critical applications for large customers including such organizations as Tetley Tea, Eli Lilly, Ingersoll-Rand, The Boston Globe, Nissan and Federal Express. McGonagle brings more than 28 years of experience in commercial software development to his role at Deploy. After starting his career in the mainframe, time-sharing environment, McGonagle spent 10 years developing commercial products for the mini-computer marketplace at several different companies before spearheading Cullinet Software's first client-server research efforts. This initial client-server exposure has been followed by major product development efforts at Atex, Praxis, MarketPulse, Xchange and Exchange Solutions. In 1994, McGonagle co-founded Xchange and directed the growth of the product family and the R&D organization for over six years of rapid growth as Xchange became an industry leader in the CRM industry. McGonagle holds a B.S in Mathematics from Lowell Tech and a Master's in Mathematics from Brown University.

Mr. Hagenlocker joined Ford Motor Company as a research scientist in 1964. He was elected Vice President and named General Manager of Truck Operations in 1986, appointed Vice President of General Operations for Ford North American Automotive Operations in 1992, and appointed Executive Vice President in 1993. He was elected President of Ford Automotive Operations in 1994 and Chairman, Ford of Europe in 1996. He served as Vice Chairman of Ford Motor Company in 1996 and Chairman of Visteon Automotive Systems from 1997 until his retirement in 1999. Mr. Hagenlocker is also a director of AmeriSource Bergen Corporation and Ingersoll-Rand Company Limited.

Michael W. Lamach was elected senior vice president of Ingersoll Rand and named president of Ingersoll Rand's Security and Safety Sector in February 2004. Prior to joining Ingersoll Rand, Mike was group vice president and managing director for the European, Asian, South African and South American businesses of Johnson Controls' Automotive Group. Before that, he served as vice president and general manager of the Controls Group, leading the company's integrated facilities management business. During his 17-year tenure with Johnson Controls, Mike also held positions in sales management, marketing and new product development. Mike received a bachelor's degree in engineering from Michigan State University and a master's degree in business administration from Duke University.

Garrett Lai is a veteran of the publishing, advertising and marketing worlds, in print and online. He cut his teeth as an editor at Road & Track magazine, and has been an editor with Bicycling and Bicycle Guide as well. He has been a columnist for Sport Compact Car, a ghost writer for Carroll Shelby, and has penned feature stories for Outside, Men's Health MH-18, Mountain Bike, P.O.V. and VW Trends. Garrett's copywriting experience includes brochure and web materials for Mitsubishi Motors, Toyota, Ingersoll-Rand, GU Sports, Schwinn, Burton Snowboards, Haro, Litespeed, Merlin and Avid. In 2002, Garrett saw an opportunity to provide small, niche companies that have strong product lines with the kind of big-dollar agency service they desperately needed, but couldn't afford. Perfect Pitch Creative was launched to be a creative link between those companies and their future customers.

Herbert L. Henkel was elected chairman of the Board of Directors of Ingersoll-Rand Company Limited in May 2000. Also, he retains his previous titles of president and chief executive officer of the company. Henkel came to Ingersoll Rand in April 1999 from Textron, Inc. where he was president and chief operating officer. Previously, he was president of Textron’s Industrial Products segment. Before that, he was group vice president with responsibility for Textron’s industrial segment. From 1987 to 1993, he was president of Greenlee Textron, a maker of tools for wire and cable installation and maintenance. Before joining Textron, Henkel was president and chief operating officer of Southern Fastening Systems and Unifast Industries, Inc. He had previously served as vice president of sales and marketing for Chicago Pneumatic Tool Company and Hilti, Inc. Henkel holds a bachelor of science degree in aerospace engineering and applied mechanics and a master of science degree in mechanical engineering from Polytechnic University. Also, he holds a master’s degree in business administration and an honorary doctorate degree in commercial science from Pace University. He is a director of C. R. Bard Inc. and 3M Company.

Don Rice is a management consultant and educator with over 20 years of experience in manufacturing. Don is president of D. R. Rice Company and a senior partner of Partners for Excellence. He specializes in consulting and education for Value/Supply Chain Management and Logistics implementations while integrating the Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP II), Total Quality Management (TQM), Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), Continuous Improvements (CI), Just-In-Time (JIT), and People Involvement and Empowerment philosophies. He holds an A.S. degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from Nashville Tech and is certified (CPIM) by the American Production & Inventory Control Society (APICS) and is a frequent speaker for APICS and other professional organizations. Previously, Don was associated with R. D. Garwood, Inc. for over eight years, where he provided consulting and education for a wide variety of companies both abroad and in North America. He has developed and taught courses to managers and executives and has published numerous articles. Some of his clients have included Bristol-Meyers Squibb, BASF, Ingersoll-Rand, O-Cedar Brands, Torrington, Pandrol-Jackson, Crescent Hosiery, Maxfli, Ethel M Chocolates, Mizuno Air Products & Chemicals, and Simon Ladder Towers. Before becoming assiociated with R. D. Garwood, Inc., Don was Manufacturing Administrator for APCOM, Inc. where his responsibilities included Purchasing, Production Control, Data Processing, Internal Management Consulting. He designed and developed company wide systems to support sales planning and forecasting, cycle counting, point-of-use inventory control, back-flushing, engineering changes, vendor scheduling, flow production processes, and capacity requirements management. Don was full-time Project Leader during APCOM s successful MRP II implementation. He took a stalled implementation project, restarted it, and reached "Class A" status and recognition. After reaching "Class A" status, he focused the management team on pursuing additional applications of Just-In-Time manufacturing principals.

Richard Randall joined Ingersoll Rand in 1999 as vice president and controller for the Bearings and Components group in Torrington, CT. Shortly thereafter, he was named vice president and sector controller for the Industrial Solutions Sector.

Mark Willingham has joined DORMA Architectural Hardware as a Direct End User Sales Representative, responsible for working with end-users in Texas that are using and specifying DORMA's full line of door hardware products. Mark will also be visiting, educating and introducing customers to DORMA in various specialty channels. Willingham's experience includes work with the glass and glazing industry at Vistawall, which produces entrances, storefronts, curtain walls, skylights, and windows for business consumers worldwide. He conducted end-user sales for Pleasants Hardware in Arlington, Texas, as well as spending eight years as a territory manager for Ingersoll-Rand's Security & Safety division. In his early years he worked as a certified master locksmith in Northern California, installing door hardware and setting up master key systems. Willingham received valuable knowledge in end-user sales and the wholesale industry overall with Clark Security Products, Inc. in Northern California and Atlanta. Comprising DORMA Architectural Hardware, DORMA Automatics, DORMA Glas, DORMA Canada, DORMA Mexico, Modernfold and Crane Revolving Doors, DORMA Group North America manufactures and markets a wide range of products for the architectural openings industry -- with a particular focus on commercial and institutional openings. DORMA Group North America is part of The DORMA Group worldwide, the world's largest manufacturer of door controls and operable partitions and a global leader in automatic doors. Jim Fort has joined the PSA Security Network as regional representative, a position that will take advantage of his extensive experience in new market sales and market penetration. In his new position as regional representative, Fort will recruit new members. His territory is the southern half of the United States.

Robert Diesel comes to Germane with over 25 years of extensive manufacturing experience, ranging from multinational conglomerates including Ingersoll Rand and De La Rue, as well as, mid-size automotive tier two suppliers and smaller Internet start-ups. Mr. Diesel holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York (SUNY) Buffalo and a Masters in Accounting from SUNY Binghamton. He is also a co-inventor on 4 U.S. Patents for design enhancements of Paving Breakers and Jackhammers, two products for which he was responsible as Product Manager. Mr. Diesel has been actively involved in Junior Achievement as the former CFO of the Western Virginia Region and has been an Adjunct Professor in the Business Department of PHC College.
