Martin Frank retired after 23 years from his position as Managing Director at Towers Perrin, a management consulting firm. Prior to his work with Towers Perrin, he was an actuary with the Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York, and an actuarial consultant for International Union, United Automobile, and Aerospace & Agricultural Implement Workers of America-UAW. Since his retirement, Martin has served as Director of Pacific Crest Capital, Inc. He is also the Chairman of Moonshadow Entertainment, a film production company, and has executive produced two award-winning feature-length films, "Friends and Enemies" and "Cadillac." In addition, Martin served on United Way's Board of Directors for nine years, two of which he served as Vice Chairman of the Board. Martin joined the Board in July of 2003.

Don Lowman is Managing Director, Global Markets for Towers Perrin HR Services and is responsible for the direction of that business's geographic operations, as well as all of its sales, intellectual capital, marketing and Client Relationship Management (CRM) activities. He joined the firm's Washington, D.C. office in 1982 as an executive compensation consultant and has served as the Managing Director for the People, Performance and Rewards line of business. Don consults with some of the world's most prominent companies on executive compensation matters and is a frequent speaker on strategic compensation and performance management issues. Bob Hogan is managing director of Towers Perrin's global HR Services business. He is a member of Towers Perrin's Executive Council and Board of Directors. Over his twenty-five year consulting career with Towers Perrin, Hogan has served in a variety of leadership roles including: leader of the firm's global retirement consulting business, leader of Employee Benefits Services in Canada and Manager of the Calgary office. He was elected a Principal of the firm in 1984 and elected to the Board of Directors in 1997. Hogan has provided a broad range of consulting services to clients, serving as client relationship manager for a number of prominent clients on varied consulting assignments. Assignments have included acquisitions and divestitures of subsidiary operations, development of retirement and benefits strategy, program design and the financial management and governance of retirement programs. Prior to joining Towers Perrin, Hogan spent over three years with a major Canadian life insurance company in Toronto. Bob Hogan is a graduate of the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Mathematics degree in actuarial science and statistics. He is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and the Society of Actuaries.

Ted Jarvis is a San Francisco-based Consultant affiliated with Towers Perrin s Executive Compensation Research and Development Unit. Mr. Jarvis oversees the development of templates, processes, and methodologies for a broad range of executive compensation-related financial and quantitative applications at Towers Perrin. In this capacity, he serves as a liaison between field practitioners, database developers, and Towers Perrin s Executive Compensation Resources (ECR) division. He serves as an internal resource on accounting, tax and securities law, and contributes to many of the Executive Compensation practice's intellectual capital development initiatives. With Paula Todd, he collaborated on chapters for Executive Compensation Advisory Services Guide to Management Stock Incentive Plans (2000) and Guide to Board Compensation (2002), as well as articles for the Journal of Compensation and Benefits and WorkSpan. He also wrote several articles for Towers Perrin s annual anthology on executive compensation-related issues (The Year in Executive Compensation, 2002 and 2003 editions). Mr. Jarvis joined Towers Perrin in 1994 after two years at McKinsey & Company. A Fulbright scholar at the University of Vienna, he graduated cum laude from New York University and obtained an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
